3 large oranges&lt;br /&gt;
1 gallon of apple juice&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup of lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;
10 (2 inch) cinnamon sticks&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups of vodka&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup of brandy&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat oven to 350°F.&lt;br /&gt;
Insert cloves, 1/2 inch apart, in unpeeled oranges. Place in shallow pan; bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
Meanwhile, heat apple juice in large kettle until bubbles form around edge of kettle.&lt;br /&gt;
Add lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and baked oranges. Heat, covered, over low heat, 30 minutes. Remove from heat.&lt;br /&gt;
Add vodka, brandy; mix well. Pour into&amp;nbsp; punch bowl. Serve warm.&lt;br /&gt;
makes about 36 (4 ounces) servings&lt;br /&gt;

Serve with 1 jigger of rum added. Can leave on all day (Christmas). Cut one orange and one lemon in slices. Put the cloves in fruit slices. Let simmer. Serve hot. We use a crock pot.&lt;br /&gt;

Cut an orange into thick slices. Stick a few whole cloves in each slice. Float on cider. Makes 3 quarts.&lt;br /&gt;

Over cracked ice in 1 1/2 quart pitcher, pour rum and limeade concentrate; stir to mix. Strain into cocktail glasses. Serve immediately. 8 servings&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Frozen Daiquiris: In a covered blender container at high speed, blend 6 cups of cracked ice, rum and limeade concentrate until slushy. Pour into cocktail glasses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fruit Daiquiris: Prepare Frozen Daiquiris as above but add 1 cup of peeled, sliced fruit to mixture before blending. Choose from bananas, peaches, apricots, strawberries, pineapple and other fruits.&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 lime, sliced&lt;br /&gt;
fresh mint&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Combine concentrate for lemonade, ginger ale, quinine water, and grenadine syrup in a large bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
Add a large ICE MOLD (directions below) or several trays of ice.&lt;br /&gt;
Thread each lemon and lime slice with a sprig of mint; float on top. Serve in paper cups.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ice Mold - The day before your party, fill a 6 or 8 cup mold with water; freeze until firm. To remove from mold, dip very quickly in and out of a pan of hot water; invert onto a plate, then add to punch bowl. Makes 16 large punch cup servings&lt;br /&gt;

Place the brandy soaked lump of sugar on a serving ladle and ignite. Add, flaming to the Cafe Brulot and serve immediately. Makes 8 servings&lt;br /&gt;

one 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed&lt;br /&gt;
one 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed&lt;br /&gt;
4 cups of cold water&lt;br /&gt;
3 bottles (28 ounces each) of ginger ale, chilled&lt;br /&gt;
Orange slices&lt;br /&gt;
Lemon slices&lt;br /&gt;
Ice ring or cubes&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In chilled punch bowl, combine all ingredients. Ladle into 6 ounce punch cups. Yields: 5 quarts&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sunshine Champagne Punch: Prepare as above but substitute 3 bottles (750ml) champagne, chilled for ginger ale.&lt;br /&gt;

In a 3 quart saucepan over high heat, heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain cider into 10 ounce mugs or heat safe glasses. Yields 8 cups&lt;br /&gt;
