All that I can think, is its the new multivitamin because that coincides with the time of the appearance of the rash, but it is also the same time I started taking chia seeds. I did a 60 minute walk outside and part of that was on trails.  It is so much easier to exercise outside for me than inside - but unfortunately, the Pacific Northwest doesn't cooperate with that often lol!  =0

I had thought this all along, it's actually what I believe God told me in 2008 that I needed to do before we tried to conceive again, but seems like obstacles keep getting thrown in my way (back injury, immune issues, etc.).
