DTRAs&#8217; Technical Support Group (TSGs) are worldwide, military led, rapidly deployable teams that train, equip, and support military and/or civilian personnel in tactical low-visibility radiological/nuclear (R/N) search operations. TSGs are comprised of military, civilian, and contractor personnel that provide on-site training, operational, and technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME). Additionally, TSGs bring a 24/7 reach back capability to the DTRA Operations Center providing linkage to numerous USG entities/laboratories (additional SMEs). Due to the unique TSG mission and associated operations, TSGs are often required to work extended hours in a field environment under austere conditions during operational responses to contingencies with domestic and international travel up to (but not limited to) 90 days per annuam. Efforts often require physical exertion over long periods, such as walking and moving heavy equipment over 80 pounds. Some operational support missions may require limited exposure to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) hazards. The TSG mission sets may occur in hostile environments. </p>
<p>Junior Instructor EOD Technician personnel are former EOD technicians and shall serve as SMEs on the TTPs, SOPs, and POIs of the TSGs and communicate and train both military and civilian personnel on these plans and procedures. The Junior Instructor EOD Technician shall serve as an expert in the use of the TSG search equipment, communications systems, surveillance equipment, and other mission essential gear. The Junior Instructor EOD Technician is required to operate specialized equipment on land, sea, and air either during contingency operations, training and/or exercises. The Junior Instructor Special Operations provides training to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of search gear and communications equipment and directly support search operations.</p>

<p>Required Skills<br />
-Able to perform duties in all weather and climate conditions and be capable of carrying loads of up to 80 pounds over uneven terrain<br />
-Willing and able to accept worldwide deployments which include elements presenting reasonable risks to personal safety<br />
-Able to meet medical requirements to wear a protective mask<br />
-Able to submit to immunization for worldwide travel<br />
-Able to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours and take on-call duty<br />
-Possess personal mobility, including ability to use Jacobs ladders, step ladders ropes and perform climbing skills<br />
-Capable of flying in utility helicopters for extended periods of time; and/or be available for expeditious foreign travel for extended periods of time<br />
-Physically and mentally qualified for deployment and performance of duties to include tactical operations in austere, hostile environments and able to maintain Army Physical Fitness Test score of 270 or above for each individual’s specific age group<br />
-Capable of completing the in-house TSG training within 3 months of hire<br />
-The training includes tasks associated with R/N search operations, communications, mobility, surveillance, and force protection<br />
-Possess an Official Passport<br />
-Able to qualify with the M9 pistol and M4 rifle<br />
-Able to successfully complete annual Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) training, to include use and wear of assigned NBC Protective equipment<br />

<p>Locations:<br />
Some TSG personnel will be permanently assigned to overseas locations. TSG contractor personnel will be located (permanently and/or temporarily) in the Washington DC area (WTSG) and within the U.S. European Command (ETSG), U.S. Pacific Command (PTSG), U.S. Central Command (CTSG), and when established, the U.S. Africa Command (ATSG) Areas of Responsibility, as well as deployed to other locations domestically and/or overseas for training, exercises, and contingency operations.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>General Duty Description:<br />
We are currently seeking Senior Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or conventional forces operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).</p>
<p>Detailed Responsibilities:</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and is able to provide daily feedback to team lead on product development. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Senior Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.</p>
<p>Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook /Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.</p>
<p>Experience and Education:</p>
<p>The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.</p>
<p>This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.</p>
<p>The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.</p>

<p><strong>The In-Country Coordinator (ICC) shall serve as the primary “go-to” representative in country / at site for both the Client and COR, to address any and all issues related to the personal protective security program.</strong> The ICC is responsible for monitoring the performance and all aspects of the program by the deployed driver and personal protective officers  (DPPOs) and static protective officers (SPOs).</p>

<ul>
<li>The ICC shall be responsible for the direct coordination and interaction with the Government’s senior staff in-country along with coordinating the activities of all DPPO and SPO team members and addressing administrative issues between the field, the Operations Manager and the program office on personnel issues, manpower staffing and schedules, equipment requirements and shipments (vehicles, weapons, ammunition, communication gear, etc), travel (passport, clearance messages, orders, ID cards, etc), in-country training, and any and all contractual performance issues.</li>
<li>The ICC shall develop Post Orders, Standard Operating Procedures, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures for DPPOs and SPOs to complete their respective missions, based on operational mission requirements.</li>
<li>The ICC shall provide the orders, SOPs and TTPs to on-site Government representatives, mission elements and the COR for review and approval prior to implementation.</li>
<li>The ICC shall maintain complete operational mission preparedness and be called upon to augment DPPO and or SPO missions if / when necessary, at the discretion of the COR.</li>
<li>Shall serve as the Lead Instructor for all OCONUS Driver/Personal Protective and Static Protective Officers.</li>

<li>The ICC is responsible for monitoring the performance and all aspects of the program by the deployed driver and personal protective officers  (DPPOs) and static protective officers (SPOs).</li>

<p>Physical Requirements: Describe the work environment and conditions.</p>
<ul>
<li>Daily hours worked can be as few as eight (8) to as many as twenty-four (24), depending upon the site and the Government requirements. An ICC shall typically deploy for a 60 to 90 day rotational basis with a rest or break in service period of at least 30 days.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Able to meet the following health and physical requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 81 push-ups in 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Minimum of 80 sit-ups in 2 minutes.</li>
<li>¾ mile run, 50 meter drag (185 lb), ¾ mile run in a maximum time of 14:30.</li>
<li> Candidates shall possess binocular vision, one eye correctable to 20/30 or better, the other eye correctable to 20/40 (Snellen) or better; close vision correctable to 20/30 (Jaiger) or better for both eyes; be free of color blindness; have normal fields of vision and depth perception; and shall be without conditions which would interfere with the performance of duties. Medical procedures such as optical laser surgery are acceptable.</li>
<li>Operable hearing aids are acceptable for individuals who are hearing impaired, provided their hearing is correctable to normal range levels.</li>
<li>Will have to successfully complete a physical examination, to include medical, dental and drug screening of body fluids, by a licensed and certified physician.</li>
<li>Annual medical and dental recertification and drug screening is required.</li>
<li>The Government requires the ICC to provide annual BO/Rh, G6PD, HIV and DNA blood work prior to any overseas deployment.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered the Wonderlic Personnel Test and receive a minimum score of 21 points out of a possible 50 points.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered the Inwald Personality Inventory and shall receive a favorable report that indicates candidate is suitable for duty requirements.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered an psychological assessment exam.</li>
<li>All candidates shall be required to complete a psychological interview with a Government Clinical Psychologist before initial deployment. Candidates may also be required to complete additional psychological testing with a Government Clinical Psychologist prior to deployments.</li>
<li>Demonstrates oral and written command of the English language to the extent of comprehending printed regulations, detailed written orders, training instructions and materials. Shall be able to compose and convey concise and accurate reports.</li>
<li>All candidates shall complete DD Form 2760  to determine whether the employee may lawfully possess a firearm.</li>

<li>Cleared to the Government’s TOP SECRET clearance level and submit an SF86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions and agree to be administered a counterintelligence-scope polygraph by the Government. When successfully completed the individual shall be indoctrinated for TOP SECRET/SI access.</li>
<li>Possesses a valid U.S. driver’s license.</li>
<li>Shall have been a successful personal protective security Team Lead or Team Member on a minimum of two years active deployments consisting of 5 successful rotations as a Driver and Personal Protective Officer.</li>
<li><strong>Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or Special Operations or five years civilian Personal Security Detail experience in a hostile overseas environment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or military police, or five years civilian experience in anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) in a hostile overseas environment.</strong></li>
<li>The ICC shall complete all the program pre-requisites, and shall have been a successful Team Lead or Team Member on a minimum of two (2) years active deployments consisting of five (5) successful rotations as aDriver and Personal Protective Officer (DPPO). DPPO Experience includes:

<li>Trained  and provided surveillance detection, route surveillance, armed protection, and defensive tactics capabilities in protection of Government’s personnel and designees and while transporting Government equipment.</li>
<li>Responsible for providing threat detection to minimize protectee’s exposure to hostile individuals and incidents.</li>
<li>May have been called upon to provide static surveillance, counter surveillance, and other nontraditional protective countermeasures.</li>
<li>Capable of responding to various threats to include Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIED), Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), direct fire from small arms and ground assaults by multiple personnel possessing various types of hand held or shoulder mounted weapon systems (military rifles, machine guns, rocket propelled grenades, etc), indirect fire by mortars and rockets, individual suicide bombers and employment of other weapons of mass destruction in an unconventional warfare environment.</li>
<li>May have been required to initiate rapid response to threats or attacks that may exceed normal or established responsibilities. Such threats include armed attack, breaches of perimeters or checkpoints, hostile protests, direct or indirect fire, etc.</li>

<li>Must successfully complete DI initial training requirements: This training shall include basic mission protocol and pre-planning, Operations Order (OPORD) preparation and warning orders, standard operation procedures and inspection checklists, force protection operations, land navigation procedures (GPS, compass), route research, analysis, selection and pre-planning procedures, small vehicle convoy procedures, advance team reconnaissance and surveillance for small unit tactical formations, individual combat movement, cover and concealment, weapon familiarization and basic marksmanship, immediate action / reaction to contact drills, identifying IEDs and IED protective measures, protective formations and movements, combat first aid, pistol and carbine urban / close quarters shooting, hotel, office and residence security, body armor and tactical gear selection, counter-ambush drills, emergency extraction drills, etc. Sustainment training shall be completed for continual and annual recertification. <strong>All candidates subject to weapon qualification (live-fire) test and must successfully meet current and annual recertification  on weapon’s qualification, on the use of 9mm, 5.56mm and any other systems as specified.</strong></li>
<li>Must maintain current proficiency in defensive driving techniques. Driving training shall require annual recertification.</li>

<p>The Operations Manager (OPSM) shall serve as the direct liaison officer between the U.S. Government (USG) and Client.  The OPSM shall be responsible for all direct coordination and interaction with the USG senior staff CONUS along with coordinating the activities of all personal protective security  team members CONUS and deployed.  The OPSM shall have full authority to represent Client in all matters related to the program operations, such as procedures, schedules, program status, security, logistics, reports, briefings, and administrative matters.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>The OPSM shall have a 24/7 response requirement for operational issues. They should be prepared to coordinate and deploy personal protective security teams into a high-threat environment to an undisclosed location for a typical deployment of 60 – 90 days.</strong>  They will be responsible for developing and submitting staffing and rotation schedules. They will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the personal protective security team deployment performance and addressing any and all issues related to the program.  They shall address programmatic issues between deployed teams, DI and the USG on issues such as manpower staffing and schedules, equipment requirements and shipments, travel, in-country training, and all contractual performance issues.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Principal Accountabilities (use bullet points): Describe what the individual will do</p>
<ul>
<li>The OPSM shall manage all issues between the field, Client and the program offices to include manpower staffing and rotation schedules, equipment requirements and shipments, travel and training.</li>
<li>The OPSM shall develop and submit staffing and rotation schedules to the CORs.</li>
<li>The OPSM shall establish a quarterly rotational schedule for the security personnel. The OPSM shall provide the completed schedule to the COR.</li>
<li>The OPSM shall be responsible for overseeing and fulfilling all requirements for the contract and the planning, execution and performance of the contract.</li>
<li>The OPSM shall serve as the direct liaison officer between Client and the COR for the contract.</li>
<li>Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality on-time performance and best return for investment;</li>
<li>Responsible for managing, planning for and deploying personal protective security teams of fully trained and certified In-Country Coordinators, Driver and Personal Protective Officers, and Static Protective Officers, along with their supporting infrastructure;</li>
<li>Establishes work and multi-disciplinary staffing plans for multiple  personal protective security missions and arranges for recruitment or assignment of program personnel as needed;</li>
<li>Reviews status reports prepared by deployed security personnel and modifies security personnel team member schedules or plans as required;</li>
<li>Prepares project reports for management, USG, or others on a “Need to Know” basis;</li>
<li>Administers personnel functions of the program, such as work scheduling;</li>
<li>Develops appropriate Client standard operating procedures;</li>
<li>Ensure that all personal protective security operations are executed effectively and within the confines of the contract;</li>
<li>Develops CONUS Initial, Sustainment, and Advanced training plans to ensure that members of the personal protective security program meet the training requirements as specified under the contract;</li>
<li>Develops in-country training plans to ensure that members of the personal protective security team remain cognizant of the rules for the use of force, and remain proficient with their assigned duties, weapons, ammunition, and equipment;</li>
<li>Monitors that all team members have been initially assessed and meet the continual individual qualifications specified under the contract;</li>
<li>The OPSM must be able to respond to operational issues on a 24-hour-a-day, 7 days-a-week basis. Must be able to deploy when necessary to high-threat environments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Management Responsibilities: Manager or Supervisory roles only</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manage 100+  personal security protection personnel CONUS and OCONUS</strong>.</li>

<p>-        CONUS based normal work hours with the ability to deploy when necessary to high-threat environments.</p>

<p>Able to meet the following health and physical requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 81 push-ups in 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Minimum of 80 sit-ups in 2 minutes.</li>
<li>¾ mile run, 50 meter drag (185 lb), ¾ mile run in a maximum time of 14:30.</li>
<li> Candidates shall possess binocular vision, one eye correctable to 20/30 or better, the other eye correctable to 20/40 (Snellen) or better; close vision correctable to 20/30 (Jaiger) or better for both eyes; be free of color blindness; have normal fields of vision and depth perception; and shall be without conditions which would interfere with the performance of duties. Medical procedures such as optical laser surgery are acceptable.</li>
<li>Operable hearing aids are acceptable for individuals who are hearing impaired, provided their hearing is correctable to normal range levels.</li>
<li>Will have to successfully complete a physical examination, to include medical, dental and drug screening of body fluids, by a licensed and certified physician.</li>
<li>Annual medical and dental recertification and drug screening is required.</li>
<li>The Government requires the OPSM to provide annual BO/Rh, G6PD, HIV and DNA blood work prior to any overseas deployment.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered the Wonderlic Personnel Test and receive a minimum score of 21 points out of a possible 50 points.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered the Inwald Personality Inventory and shall receive a favorable report that indicates candidate is suitable for duty requirements.</li>
<li>All candidates will be administered an psychological assessment exam.</li>
<li>All candidates shall be required to complete a psychological interview with a Government Clinical Psychologist before initial deployment. Candidates may also be required to complete additional psychological testing with a Government Clinical Psychologist prior to deployments.</li>
<li>Demonstrates oral and written command of the English language to the extent of comprehending printed regulations, detailed written orders, training instructions and materials. Shall be able to compose and convey concise and accurate reports.</li>
<li><strong>All candidates shall complete DD Form 2760  to determine whether the employee may lawfully possess a firearm.</strong></li>

<li>Be a citizen and permanent resident of the U.S.</li>
<li>Cleared to the Government’s TOP SECRET clearance level and submit an SF86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions and agree to be administered a counterintelligence-scope polygraph by the Government. When successfully completed the individual shall be indoctrinated for TOP SECRET/SI access.</li>
<li>Possesses a valid U.S. driver’s license.</li>
<li><strong>Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or Special Operations or five years civilian Personal Security Detail experience in a hostile overseas environment.</strong></li>
<li>Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or military police, or five years civilian experience in anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) in a hostile overseas environment.</li>
<li>Has a minimum 10 years demonstrated management skills  for large scale personal security protection programs.</li>
<li>Shall have been a successful Driver and Personal Protective Officer Team Lead or Team Member.</li>
<li><strong>Minimum of 2 years active deployments consisting of 5 successful rotations as an In-Country-Coordinator (monitoring OCONUS high-threat environment performance and all aspects of  personal security detail operations) or Driver/Personal Protection Officer (armed drivers and personal protective officers for Government personnel at high-threat environment locations).</strong></li>

<li>Must successfully complete Client initial training requirements: This training shall include basic mission protocol and pre-planning, Operations Order (OPORD) preparation and warning orders, standard operation procedures and inspection checklists, force protection operations, land navigation procedures (GPS, compass), route research, analysis, selection and pre-planning procedures, small vehicle convoy procedures, advance team reconnaissance and surveillance for small unit tactical formations, individual combat movement, cover and concealment, weapon familiarization and basic marksmanship, immediate action / reaction to contact drills, identifying IEDs and IED protective measures, protective formations and movements, combat first aid, pistol and carbine urban / close quarters shooting, hotel, office and residence security, body armor and tactical gear selection, counter-ambush drills, emergency extraction drills, etc. Sustainment training shall be completed for continual and annual recertification. All candidates subject to weapon qualification (live-fire) test and must successfully meet current and annual recertification  on weapon’s qualification, on the use of 9mm, 5.56mm and any other systems as specified.</li>
<li>Must maintain current proficiency in defensive driving techniques. Driving training shall require annual recertification.</li>
