Agenda 21 Realization - Renewed Hope - Are Folks Finally Getting It!

For decades I have engaged myself in what I term "advocacy in the face of corpocracy.

Along the way, corpocracy and its marxist/fascist approaches slithered off their (historical) slimey, brutal path of politico incursion and adopted a benevolent, warm and assuring optic deceiving many about their true intent, a lesson they well learned.

Since their transformation from jack-boot subjugationists into a futuristic transhumanism, environmental sustainability facade, the inner sanctum has made great strides in displacing what people desire... fair and equitable representation in the matter of self-governance. I cannot fault the unwitting... for who would be against the wholesome tokens of environmental sustainability, political correctness and a raft of other deceptions wrapped in motherhood labels?

Once the mantle of deceit took hold it seemed less and less probable the intended victims would come to realization until too late. So ubiquitous the subterfuge... realization and escape from it began to seem hopeless.

Instead of a direct traditional frontal attack the cunning perpetrators have enlisted the cooperation of your friends, neighbors and trusted local officials to tap into place the instruments of subjugation, each couched in a friendly, helpful title but containing disastrous constraints to individual freedoms, rights and aspirations. Sadly these fresh faced minions believe they are serving a greater good, but like trojan horses are loaded with a deadly cargo.

It is no wonder the rank and file remains oblivious.

In reality we are fast approaching a milestone where hiding tracks is no longer required, day after day in the past few years the corpocracy is now blatant in their disregard for constituent wishes, well-being or societal aspirations. Total disregard for social contract and constitutional adherence are now brazenly flaunted, ridiculed and disregarded... routinely and as a matter of course. Sadly with impunity... or so it would appear.

Of late though, I have noticed individuals with both perspicacity and respectability, if not with some authority and respect, noticing the abysmal erosion of constituent rights and have taken to heralding the stark realities of pending capitulation to a sinister fate, if not for themselves at least for their offspring and future generations. I will not regurgitate the degree of evil faced, I have written much about it so instead I will showcase a recent article I ran across, it illustrates well the concern and the trepidation we all should feel, my hope is it and likewise become widely circulated.

Open your eyes on Agenda 21

I'm one of those raising the alarm about Agenda 21, a “nonbinding” agreement, and I'd like to add a few comments to hers.

The definition of “agenda” connotes actions to be taken. And those actions are being taken by Agenda 21’s implementation partner, ICLEI, originally the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, now called Local Communities for Sustainability (heard that term lately?), headquartered in Bonn, Germany.

ICLEI’s programs for smart growth, sustainability and educational dictates have now been seeded into almost every city, town and county in the United States. Smart growth initiatives alone affect every aspect of our lives: transportation, housing, environment and education. Every city plan has the same standards. (Ever wonder why we're beginning to look so much like Roseville?) Local issues such as private property, wildfire danger, economic growth, forest health, endangered species and farm freedoms are ignored as Agenda 21 goals are put into place.

Check it out for yourself (see this story at TheUnion.com for a link), particularly Chapter 28 – “Local authorities’ initiatives in support of Agenda 21.” Here’s the introduction about the importance of local governments getting on board: “Because so many of the problems and solutions being addressed by Agenda 21 have their roots in local activities, the participation and cooperation of local authorities will be a determining factor in fulfilling its objectives.

Local authorities construct, operate and maintain economic, social and environmental infrastructure; oversee planning processes; establish local environmental policies and regulations; and assist in implementing national and subnational environmental policies. As the level of governance closest to the people, they play a vital role in educating, mobilizing and responding to the public to promote sustainable development.”

Now, I don’t know about all the other citizens of this county, but I don’t recall any local authorities asking my opinion as to whether or not I wish to give up my Constitutional rights and be subsumed into the United Nations. Do you?

Instead, our local government is telling us that Agenda 21 is nothing more than a fantasy, another “wingnut” conspiracy, when at the same time, it’s being put into place under our very noses by that same local government in return for grant monies, “educational” programs and the like.

So we have Agenda 21, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), NAFTA, and many more — all these little dots — and it’s about time we opened our eyes and started to connect them. As Ms. Delgado says, the Trans-Pacific Partnership all by itself threatens our Republic. It is “being negotiated secretly, behind closed doors.” Government, academia, financial and corporate interests are instituting their global dreams.

The European Union, the model for world integration, began to be promoted as early as 1958 and was sold as merely a “free-trade agreement” between the countries of Austria, Denmark, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and England. It’s worked out well for them, hasn't it?

The reason these “agreements” are utilized is that they are done at executive government levels and therefore lend themselves easily to secrecy and back-door deals of all kinds. The citizens of a country know nothing about them, other than the most innocent-sounding propaganda, along with a nifty name: North American Free-Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization, Trans-Pacific Partnership (doesn't that sound friendly and fun?), etc. The EU is consolidating regions of the world into unions with these agreements: the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, and others.

There was an interesting article in Natural News about the Trans-Pacific Partnership and another treaty, the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. That’s the biggie, designed to fold the coming North American Union (amnesty, anyone?) – Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, which Bush signed into agreement as the Security and Prosperity Partnership on March 23, 2005 — into the European Union.

From that article: “Negotiations for both agreements are taking place behind closed doors, with input allowed almost exclusively from the corporations and industry trade groups that stand to benefit the most. And the Obama Administration intends to push the agreements through Congress without so much as giving lawmakers access to draft texts ...”

There’s not going to be a “one-world corporate government which promotes unfettered capitalism and free-trade everywhere on the planet,” as Ms. Delgado asserts. There’s going to be a one-world government that decimates the citizens of all countries and enslaves “We The People” to slake its greed for ultimate power.

Are you going to open your eyes? Or do you prefer the dark?

The Cult of Catastrophe-Just Trust & Suck It Up!

"Fracking just the latest villain of the cult of catastrophe."

Catchy disparaging phrases catch my eye, I am not about to address fracking, I am writing about the unrelenting, insidious attacks upon the character and intelligence of those who would advocate against willful, ill-advised industrial complex inspired, greed driven corporate activity, condoned by sycophant governance with no thought to our future, well being or prospects.

Corporate shill headlines are usually intended to heap derision upon anyone who experiences the nagging sensation of impending catastrophe, or who would dare to challenge the wisdom of a dodgy decision.

As a group they are painted loon-like.

This attention grabber uses the derogative term "cult" to undermine the character of participants who feel the need to protest what is an obvious candidate for present and future disaster.

This is not a theoretical proposition, the abysmal consequence of hydraulic fracturing, a process that involves using high-pressure blasts of water and sand — plus a smattering of chemicals — to extract hitherto inaccessible oil and natural gas from shale rock thousands of feet below the earth’s surface has demonstrated catastrophic result.

Fracking just the latest villain of the cult of catastrophe.

According to the author, you could call it the modern educated person’s substitute for religion.

He refers of course to the legion of unwitting lab rat constituents who are routinely subjected to heinous and often catastrophic consequence of insanity wrapped in the bright alluring wrappers of "progress." Or more rightly corporate and governmental profit grubbing at all and any costs.

According to the author, advocates for sensibility are cult-like in their zeal.

I would ask you to view that perspective as a compliment, I am afraid it is what it will take to stem the tide of unconscionable application of "advanced" technologies running amok amongst us.

From my perspective we are speaking of well informed folk who are dubious of untried, untested technology and are rightfully adamant to suppress or prevent ill-advised assaults upon the living environment.

In a companion thesis I noted a hard driving force propelling the astute philosophy that technology is the only hope for fixing our planet. As I read on... the reason the planet needs fixing is because of the unbridled and unregulated use of... wait for it... technology.

Within this bit of brilliance it seems humanity is the blight upon their planet and need to be culled, modified, transmuted into techno-critters and otherwise dehumanized... that way the planet will blossom into a veritable paradise, much like it was before it was ruined by science gone mad.

If you subscribe to the "more technology" solution you will notice the "problem" is never defined... the problem is referred to as one of alarming degradation of earth's environment, "how" is never mentioned, that part is conveniently absent and obscure references to the habits of humans is slipped into place, like a conjurors misdirection or sleight of hand.

The reason for alarming environmental degradation can be anything EXCEPT the centuries worth of slash and burn economics demanded by the fast buck, greed mongering elitist power mongers.

One should keep that omission in mind when consuming their putrid rhetoric.

Technology as our planet's last best hope

The concept of ecological modernism, which sees technology as key to solving big environmental problems, is getting a lot of buzz these days. The modernists wear their environmentalism with pride, but are pro-nuclear, pro-genetically modified crops, pro-megadams, pro-urbanisation and pro-geoengineering of the planet to stave off climate change.

Stave off climate shift! Like throwing a wiffle ball in front of a moving train! Climates shift, that's what they do, always have and always will. Adapt and get over it.

I have a feeling these pencil necked theorists have never walked in a woods, changed a light bulb and probably have mumsie tie their shoelaces, they take doltish to a whole new level. Yes, playing in the science sandbox is great fun, no hippocratic oath, no long term accountability and unlimited funding from the taxpayer, who would not defend that boondoggle?

If there was ever a blight - these proponents of "set nature free from the impact of humans" are it.

The last time I looked humans are a specie WITHIN nature, they are not a specie outside of the natural world even though for generations they have been conditioned otherwise to better serve the needs of self anointed "masters" in need of subservience to accomplish goals. Maintaining and sustaining that illusion is the entire goal of modernists and their paymasters.

They say they are about curing poverty, I would ask how said poverty came about? They say they are about rectifying our environment, I would ask how said ruination came about?

I would not expect truth for an answer.

For those who will say I am anti-progress, I am far from that.

What I am anti to... is ill-advised, reckless implementation of science in the name of bottom line benefit and where risks of intended and unintended consequence is downloaded to the unwitting inhabitants of the planet.

Even worse, insinuating they are the causal effect of planet ruination and as a consequence must be dealt with, while footing the bill.

Democracy is Dead - Pretend no more!

Our journey to Corporatocracy!

The word "democracy" is kicked around like a discarded rag doll these days. So faded and worn, the concept has gradually twisted into an almost unrecognizable parody without shape or form. Basically, the term has become a "catch-all" phrase indicating--not the other forms of governance, while avoiding what itself has become.

To understand what "democracy" has become we need to look at what "democracy" was supposed to be.

Democracy; government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

Arguably, in the pale anemic "democratic" style today, the wishes of the people are all but irrelevant, while the wishes of governmental sponsors and special interest groups reigns supreme. The one remaining artifact is the ability to vote which as a token gesture remains intact. Although the act of voting has become an empty gesture, it does occasionally change the personnel but not the juggernaut, rogue and corporate motivated governance which rolls forwards unimpeded by constituent wishes.

Compounding the erosion of democratic principle is another added layer of un-democratizing complexity, organisations such as the United Nations have somehow perched upon the shoulders of sovereign nation prerogatives, they profess to be the voice of the people from above and without input profess to provide actual countries with rules and regulations, regardless of that countries population and their "will."

In this scenario the citizens vote is entirely impotent, redundant and otherwise a complete waste of effort to register or execute, this is reminiscent of historical implementation of marxism, fascism or other undemocratic ruling systems. It is not at all what we signed on for and quite simply is intolerable.

"Pretending" democracy does not realize democracy... let us call it what it is... delusional.

If it were not so serious the current attempt by the UN itself to loosely fit into a "democratic" wrapper would be humorous. As it is... no matter how they squirm, they are a square peg and the hole of democracy is round.

In its zeal to appear to have legitimacy, the self-anointed, self-professed UN is striving mightily to morph into a democratic-like shape.

How can something become "more democratic?"

It is either democratic or not democratic and by self-admission it is not.

The UN suffers from the same ailment as other previously democratic governance systems which now by and large have become chronically undemocratic--there are no people franchised into the process for the supreme power to be vested into, therefore they, the people are unable to exercise their will, therefore what we have is NOT democracy.

The very BIG decisions are made in Corporate boardrooms where the peoples input is neither wanted, welcomed or considered, These arbitrary decisions are routinely condoned then enacted by sycophant,
puerile governance, most often to the detriment of the hapless constituents. Many of these decisions are reckless, ill-advised, wanton and often manifest travesty and hurt.
It is high time we stop pretending, democracy as a governing system is dead! It seems to me we have two options, one re-label or two re institute.

Re institution seems impossible since that requires the people to have the supreme power, which they don't.

Relabeling is easy, we just match the current operating conditions to the label which best describes the system we now have, or even invent a new label altogether. It seems all along the higher order plan was for us to accept this eventual inevitability, so lets just capitulate and change the name-NOW!

At least that way we can all stop pretence and get on with living in something which matches reality, it is apparently unhealthy to live in chronic denial, and I just hate when I become self-delusional.

From the list available the choice seems obvious... Corporatocracy!

The good news is you don't need to vote, the bad news... well... many of you are experiencing that so no need for me to go on. Are you on board with a stealth implemented usurper of democracy--or not?

Regardless of how this occurred and regardless of label, it is beyond the point of debating the fact of the matter, it is here and it is NOW! It is time to rectify... or capitulate entirely, will you accept unrepresented subjugation--or not?

We all need to take an interest in the most powerful nation of the world.

Many of us see what happens when a juggernaut power decides to be creative with shaping the world and the worlds thinking.

One imagines the "powers that be" who decide and institute the many world shaping activities are representing the better interests of their constituents and this will surely lead to a brighter and better future for them.

Once in awhile populations may take stock and wonder who's better interests are being represented, especially when one reviews the score sheet and determines very few are enriched by wide sweeping policies and legislation... particularly in times of obvious collapse, stress and uncertainty, while a favored few seem to prosper and thrive.

Coincidence is the stuff of happenstance and it is difficult to ascribe luck, either good or bad to the result yielded by the actions of our best and brightest--one has to believe the result was gauged and the plan executed with specific intention.

This is a chilling prospect when the result is seen as onerous, ill-advised and reckless... at least for the majority of citizens. A few hallowed individuals do make out like bandits--it is this disparity which raises curiosity.

How can so few do so well, while the majority slide backwards in a collapsing economy.

Perhaps there is a club you can join or perhaps there is an exclusive form of insurance? You do hear that "memberships" can have an advantage.

How 31,385 people fund national elections

Everyone knows that a relatively small number of wealthy people donate the lion’s share of money to political campaigns. But, you probably never suspected just how small that group actually is.

Thanks to the amazing Sunlight Foundation, we now know that just 31,385 people — one tenth of one percent of the overall U.S. population — are responsible for nearly 30 percent of the $6 billion contributed to federal campaigns and committees in the 2012 election.

While the numbers are mind-boggling, one of the charts that Sunlight built to visualize them is even more telling.

It shows that the 31,385 people who qualify as the one percent of the one percent of political donors would not even come close to filling a football stadium. And, their seats would cost a minimum of $12,950, the smallest contribution amount of any of the one-tenth-of-one-percenters.

The mildly inquisitive would be forgiven if they thought perhaps decisions of legislators might in some way reflect the preference of their sponsor rather than respect the wishes of their constituents. One can only hope the statistics shown are in no way, shape or form indicative of how influence is garnered and responded to.

One can only hope our elected representation is impervious to undue influence and conduct the "peoples" affairs in the manner prescribed by law... to the better interest of and for the people.

What would remove suspicion from the table would be "capping" of candidate financing for election campaigns.

When candidates are reduced to merit and platform issues and their positions on them, elevated assurance of integrity is preserved. In this model the better interests of the constituent is more fairly represented and it opens the door to a less elitist candidates, perhaps with far better qualifications to govern and without the insinuation of "influence peddling".

The mission of the 2045 initiative is the creation and realization of a new strategy for the development of humanity.

Remember when specie, yes even us, would evolve in response to prevailing conditions and the mystical union of genes? Well apparently we are not shaping up as quickly or as sophisticated enough for at least one group of "thinkers."

Given their preference... the messy business of being a biological life-form is far from satisfactory and we need to be "developed" away from that unpredictable state apparently. They may be having control issues with us, or anticipate foolish resistance?

I don't know anyone off hand personally... who wishes to be developed into something other than a regular human individual

This makes me wonder who and what these "developer" folk are?

What is there driving motivation and should they really be in charge of steering our next iteration when I see no urgent call to be morphed into techno-critters from the general population, who are probably albeit unwittingly, footing the bill for this... if not directly then indirectly.

Sadly, most of the general population are unaware of these curve pushers, until a law comes down making you adopt the position.

GLOBAL FUTURE 2045

At first their development road map slightly amused me, but then it is initiatives like this that ultimately start the slide into the meddling abyss of science gone wrong... something that has never produced much besides added burdens, travesty or unmanageable complexity.

Usually their efforts give cause to needing to find a solution to their last insane implementation of mayhem inducing discovery. A perpetual "break-fix" cycle of funding justified by the horrors they induce. Genetically modified frankenfood is their latest crowning glory, it is as we speak transmuting wholesome into unwholesome while self-perpetuating as as an unstoppable, spreading feral horror.

To avoid any close sniff of their intentions... the GF2045 initiative has absolutely stellar objectives, ones anyone would sign up for in a heartbeat. This greeny glam wrap approach has become the stock in trade for all who would save us from ourselves, such as UN agenda 21 and all its supporting tinsel like GF2045.

The main goals of the 2045 Initiative: the creation and realization of a new strategy for the development of humanity which meets global civilization challenges; the creation of optimal conditions promoting the spiritual enlightenment of humanity; and the realization of a new futuristic reality based on 5 principles: high spirituality, high culture, high ethics, high science and high technologies.

There, that should do the trick, said the spider to the fly.

Oh... and Spiritual development in support of Science and its Spirituality.

All religions need that one... even the great usurper...

Well... I know many of you will be a little incredulous and perhaps feel this phase of phasing "YOU" and your spawn out and into a more acceptable, (read as... compliant government asset unit), is far fetched and just a passing quirk, but trust me it isn't.

Given the unassailable mission statement, unlimited funding (courtesy of you)--goals and objectives this particular piece of insanity is well underway and will, through favorable legislative process grind its way into the ubiquitous "hive" we think of as society. You will be amazed at what you soon will deem "acceptable."

Unfortunately it is to be your children who are to be thoroughly subjugated, remember that when you shrug off the inevitable suffrage as "oh well".

It will not be the end goal so much, but the inevitable curtailment of personal freedoms and restrictions applied in preparation for the endgame. Think of recent comments from the corporate world, water should not be an individual right, it should be a product under commercial control. One preposterous example of many, preposterous today, acclimatized as normal tomorrow!

Several generations of children have been conditioned to accept preposterous as normal, the beaches of GF2045 have been shelled, softened and are rife for imminent invasion.

To attain the splendid goals set forth, the likes of you and I are intrusive and will not be tolerated, we are flawed and infested with morality, infected with discernment and have an unfortunate remembrance of right and wrong. We question and questioning is out of the question!

Day by day your freedoms are dissolved, or as in their words, "The transfer of a individual’s personality to a more advanced non-biological carrier." is slowly yet surely taking place, one drip at a time.

It may behoove us all to keep tabs on this latest integration of the new religion, some aspects like immortality seem to have lasting appeal and is usually a deal clincher when recruitment of supplicants is key. I just wish somewhere they had mentioned hugging babies, cuddling kittens or petting puppies or at least something indicating more than cyber harmonious techno-think in their bid for New Atlantis.

Remember the gospel according to GF2045 has competition... but I am sure if you follow them on twitter you will also take time off of purgatory.

For the rest of us, forgive us if we seem cynical, deceived and violated.

In more equitable times, you the scofflaw would be subject to prosecution if not persecution. Today however... you... the cheat, thief and liar have gained control of justice and ride high above the reach of the law. You are backstopped by compromised government and corrupt politicians and hide within the skirts of corporate fortresses.

That is today... tomorrow may be a different kettle of fish, for the light of right and the weight of might are taking notice and your fun on the sunny side of the street may well soon expire.

You have become brazen and sloppy with your crime spree.

At the moment your scurrilous antics are described by corporate owned media as those of naughty children, words such as scandal, rigging, rascally and tainted substitute for heinous, diabolical, larceny and corruption.

Independent reporters write truth and truth is becoming legion... as too is readership.

Remember, even the worm turns and your status will soon be what it should be... targeted.

It is only a matter of time before your houses of corruption collapse under the weight of heinous travesty. Your ill-begotten obscene wealth will be an albatross around your neck. Right now scumbag elitist power mongers have created an illusion of impunity for themselves, as too... their owned stooges in legislatures... but as the hard bite of poverty spreads across the globe retribution will not remain selective.

Pizza Politics--Your pie is wrong! Too bad.

In days gone by I thought I understood democracy... at least the base principles of it. It seemed simple enough, Guided by wise constitutional laws, citizens elected their representation, the representation implemented and guarded the wishes of the people, and everyone lived happily after.

For the past few years I have increasingly had qualms about the integrity of today's pale version of democracy. Day by day as alarming events unfold... I have nagging doubts about the sanctity, purity and intent of the uses for "our" democratic shield and its spear.

It seems the new world order version of democracy is 180 degrees counter to the genuine "articles"... and THAT is what I am now subjected to.

Over time something sadly and badly has transformed wholesome pie to inedible swill ... an insidious creeping blight of perversion and corruption, the crust is mouldy, the toppings, withered, sparse or wrong!

Formally, one had the satisfaction of receiving the whole democratic pizza pie, fresh, hot and resplendent with all the toppings.

It seems these days our legislators have abandoned the toppings requested by the will of the people in favor of very selective topping they feel will be best for you, or more likely what are best for them.

There is a serious, well demonstrated disconnect between modern governance and its constituents.

Far too many unwelcome and undesired edicts are foisted, often secretly... upon the population... while welcomed and desired features for general improvements are willfully ignored, not considered or just plain buried from view. One wonders how long such state of affairs will be tolerated before correction comes about.

For nations with new world order styled democracy (now) entrenched, you have a severe problem, for nations who have been forced to accept new world order flavored democracy or else... you have an even worse problem. Nations considering adopting the new world order "cooked" democracy, you may want to wait... until the next batch is baked. I have a feeling the bakery will be changed, if not sooner... then later.

Hopefully the new bakery will take notice of customer requirements.

The current new world order pizza stinks, its toxic... and is confirmed as dangerous to your health, welfare and well being.

I am spouting off in isolation, but a very fast review shows me I am not alone in my sentiment.

I stopped at three... the point is made.

The other unsettling thing concerns newly minted "democratic" nations.

Mostly these regions were in various ways... smashed into accepting the new world order version of democracy as their political system.

Many had bobbled along quite happily using their own paradigms of governance, but because commerce, corporations and banks need a preferential environment to conclude their desire for global controls and wealth scavenging, were bulldozed into accepting the NWO mantle of subservience.

That is bad enough, but we are witnessing a secondary form of enforced compliance to NWO inspired "line-toeing"... if said "democracy" conversions are not to the liking of global power and wealth grubbing elitists, they are re-smashed again like a broken bone that did not set correctly the first time.

NWO style...

Egypt may well be the typical re-set.

It is now common currency to say that Morsi, who served just a year after he was legitimately elected in June 2012, failed some kind of democracy test... Selective democracy at work.

For detractors, I am not down on either capitalism or democratic principle, I am down on perverted, twisted, corrupt renditions of both. It is painfully apparent both have been co opted for purpose, the purpose is as obvious as the act of perversion, the only thing amiss is widespread recognition of the malady and an appropriate reaction to it.

As the pains wrought by corruption become undeniable, I am certain swift and certain remedy will be applied.

The outstanding question is "when?"

Dislocated, Relocated - Socio Economic Repercussion!

Repercussions of global economic collapse are many... mass unauthorised migration of displaced citizens is one, it may be the least spoken of, yet the most potent in terms of societal effect.

What distinguishes today's economic depression is scope, depth and penetration... it being worldwide.

In past times depressions and hard times were often a faraway, distant event, happening elsewhere.

Somewhere, someplace... things weren't so bad and eventually regional "have's" tended to be a shock absorber for the struggling region and over time balance and equilibrium restored some sort of normalcy to the afflicted region.

Today's depression represents a true frontier... it is probably unprecedented and so pat solutions are theoretical, untried and untested. So far the writhing of NWO inspired elitist governance to address issues... has quickened the descent into the quicksands of collapsed global economic folly, hastening ultimate demise, not arresting it.

The world wide phenomena could be likened to every country being latched onto a single buoy, which when deflated dragged all regions, municipalities, corporations and individuals down to the bottom of a pit... the depth of which is still yet to be plumbed. Having all the eggs in one basket... so old wisdom says... is never wise. Old wisdom is old, because it rings true.

An earmark of depressed regions is evacuation, which is now occurring in never seen before droves. These folks are called economic refugees.

The total number of international migrants has increased over the last 10 years from an estimated 150 million in 2002 to 214 million persons today.

As folks find themselves without a livelihood reality commands action. Relocating to less desperate regions is a traditional way to forge self-survival and sufficiency. Mostly... regions accepting fleeing talent have benefited and often enriched their culture and productivity through accepting immigrants providing a win win situation. That was then and this is now!

But what happens when the target host nation is plagued with the same chronic unemployment malady as the nation being exited. That by and large is the picture today, and knowing human nature will probably not be a pretty picture when all is said and done.

From the frying pan into the fire...

Naturalized citizens of countries have often displayed empathy and encouragement for displaced persons and accommodate as best they can. The circumstances in times of surfeit often lend themselves well to additional population, but what happens when the host target country is fighting for its own survival and its back is also to the economic wall?

My guess is disgruntlement.

Particularly when citizens see no opportunity for their own population or worse, for their own children.

Encroachment by more disenfranchised strangers cannot possibly sit well... can it?

The question has yet to be raised seriously in the popular press who seem more inclined to publish pre-fashioned press release pap for their sponsors, most of which spins hope and restoration, meanwhile reality disagrees.

Yet... rapid influx of unneeded additions to the struggling regional family is a situation of brutal consequence and ignoring it and probable consequences is foolhardy. Surely in the coming months... as conditions worsen, disgruntlement will turn to angst, then retribution.

I cannot see otherwise, but then I usually face reality head on. The examples here are Greece, but the same challenges face all nations to some degree or another. Burgeoned by crushing debt, shrinking economy and rising unemployment, few if any regions will escape this coming tidal wave of displaced person incursion, and most are ill-prepared.

This may be a harbinger of things to come...

Greece, as in other parts of the Mediterranean Sea, seems to be making history over the past year and proceeding into the unknown through a circle of violence, change and transformation.

For those interested in self-awareness through discernment, it is probably a good time to consider the enormity and ramifications of culture clashes as indigenous populations react to ever worsening economic conditions, exacerbated by foreign influx and added strains to already tenuous social safety nets.

Once the rocks appear through well worn pavement, a rough ride is all but guaranteed.

Survival instinct is base and usually uncontainable. Many times cultural baggage presents another layer of complexity rather than the traveller, often racial discrimination is blamed for unrest, but usually it is economic stresses behind frustration.

Today's possible 'flight to' destinations are the ones which may crack first.

2013 Index of (eroding) Economic Freedom-

Depending upon where you live and which elevation you have achieved in the socioeconomic strata, you may have had a nagging feeling your liberty, prosperity and economic freedoms have become somewhat pinched of late.

This will not be noticeable if you happen to be in the 1 percentile club of privilege, but for the rest of us who come by our daily bread honestly, the row to hoe seems to be getting longer, the weeds thicker and the heat of the day more oppressive.

It turns out it is not just our imagination. For over a decade, The Wall Street Journal and The Heritage Foundation, Washington's preeminent think tank, have tracked the march of economic freedom around the world with the influential Index of Economic Freedom. The Index covers 10 freedoms – from property rights to entrepreneurship – in 185 countries.

It turns out the things which govern our chance at economic freedom and personal opportunity to thrive... have been gradually whittled away.

What is economic freedom?

Economic freedom is the fundamental right of every human to control his or her own labor and property. In an economically free society, individuals are free to work, produce, consume, and invest in any way they please, with that freedom both protected by the state and unconstrained by the state. In economically free societies, governments allow labor, capital and goods to move freely, and refrain from coercion or constraint of liberty beyond the extent necessary to protect and maintain liberty itself.

With so many "fixes in" on behalf of corporations it seems much of the definition has been reduced to a platitude for the common citizen. Hence the growing feelings of oppression, failure and inequity.

In an overall sense, places such as the USA(10) and Canada(6) still rate well in context of a world list but the disturbing thing is the consistent trend downwards since 2000. One would hope to see gradual improvement, not consistent erosion.

As an example the index reports...

The United States, with an economic freedom score of 76, has lost ground again in the 2013 Index. Its score is 0.3 point lower than last year, with declines in monetary freedom, business freedom, labor freedom, and fiscal freedom.

Registering a loss of economic freedom for the fifth consecutive year, the U.S. has recorded its lowest Index score since 2000. Dynamic entrepreneurial growth is stifled by ever-more-bloated government and a trend toward cronyism that erodes the rule of law. More than three years after the end of recession in June 2009, the U.S. continues to suffer from policy choices that have led to the slowest recovery in 70 years. Businesses remain in a holding pattern, and unemployment is close to 8 percent.

Prospects for greater fiscal freedom are uncertain due to the scheduled expiration of previous cuts in income and payroll taxes and the imposition of new taxes associated with the 2010 health care law.

Although the organisation may be lobby based or biased, it at least provides confirming economic freedom erosion indications.

This obvious sign of consistent decline is a sobering prospect. We are talking about the most powerful nation on the planet, a country often held up as an ideal for others to follow... but not down the drain.

This post is not intended to disparage the USA or any other country for that matter. The point is to bring home a factual perspective to those folks who continually chide me for suggesting my perspectives are overly pessimistic when I note a slow creeping malady is chipping away citizens opportunities to be fully engaged.

I seldom have empirical data describing consistent slippage, mostly I cite "result" of the moment which I am told is a blip or exception or an anomaly.

These comments of my reporting negative blips, exceptions and anomalies is fair enough, but when they represent a steady state over time, I believe that represents an un-arrested trend. A downward spiral, gradual perhaps... but consistent, grinding, debilitating and unacceptable.

Consistent worsening prospects point to consistently flawed goals, objectives, policies, practises and procedures, the solution is replacement, tuning broken instruments is a fruitless endeavor. Ineptitude exacerbates failure and is a fatal companion to a broken system. Change need be applied to both.

And NO! Global collapse-nomics is not a solution, it is antecedent to the collapse.

Austerity-A Fancy Word for Destitute.

The reason for this post is not for the folks who have been caught in the first wave of personal economic hard reality, but the next wave.

Regardless of the optimism espoused by grinning leaders and sycophant press, we are entering the final stage of global economic collapse.

It began in 2008 and was forestalled for five years with fudge putty, but the weight of global indebtedness cannot be propped any longer and the final crunch is imminent.

Austerity measures herald the final throes. Indications of coming austerity. Austerity measures are the final last ditch effort, futile or not!

Back in the day many of us old-timers went through periods of "hard-times". In retrospect I realize there is no comparison to yesteryear hard times and today's version. Back then, expectations were never very high for the working class, there were no sophisticated systems or conveniences anyway.

In fact the difference between being "set" or not was about having treats or not. Simple things, perhaps a radio, gramophone player or an ice cream treat on a warm day, the difference between being in a tight spot or not was about rent and food. Somehow we seemed to scrape by even in the tough goes.

Today expectations are far more different, folks are accustomed to a whole suite of standard convenience... some now deemed absolutely necessary--emergency response, technology, housing and sanitary standards, medical care and a plethora of other expected services. I suppose my point is about contrast, the difference between being skint then and being dispossessed now.

When the differences are considered the gap is considerable at least for material and comfort losses.

Finding oneself a victim of today's brave New World Order inspired collapse-enomics, it is likely your losses are far greater than victims of other historical depressions... although the misery factor is probably less, since there are at least better conditions for the dispossessed these days. Yet that is of small comfort when a persons life is literally dissolved--often through no fault of their own.

For the elitist rich and self-anointed austerity means a tad less caviar, for the rest of us it means far less of everything. We don't have to wonder what austerity measures bring, all over the world populations are experiencing chronic losses of services, diminished savings, pensions and of course employment.

As usual it is average citizen who must bear the brunt. Call it sequester, furlough, tightening or what it is, austerity... and the first place to suffer is the vulnerable.

“The city is past being a city now; it’s gone,” said Kendrick Benguche, whose family lives on a block with a single streetlight, just down from a vacant firehouse that sits beside a burned-out home. The Detroit police’s average response time to calls for the highest-priority crimes this year was 58 minutes.

There have been times in 2013, the authorities acknowledge, when only 10 to 14 of Detroit’s 36 ambulances have actually been in service.

Losing America-One Pig at a Time!

We all know how extraordinarily disastrous all things global turned out to be.

For a few select elitists, not so much, but in the overall scheme of things, by and large... the world finds itself a smoking, scraped out shell of its former self with no known way to recuperate..

The reasons are well documented so do not need a lot of examples, you will find them throughout this site.

One of the continuing idiocies still in play--is an ability for one country to come into another country and literally bye the assets, many of which represent key security concerns for the inhabitants. Some commercial enterprise lends itself well to foreign interest purchase, some... decidedly not.

Any domestic service, resource or product representing core reliance or national advantage needs to be exempted from foreign ownership--period! The list should be well thought out and extensive.

Imagine, a group who probably loathes you and your culture, lifestyle and aspirations is able to own and operate things you totally rely on.

What could possibly go wrong with that?

Certainly the companies up for grabs belong to a corporation, not you, so they can turn a profit for themselves anyway they see fit unless one examines their genesis and who and what enabled them.

But should Corporations arbitrarily be able to divest themselves to foreign interests without compunction?

It seems to me the folk on the street are the ones who provided the healthy standards, environment, infrastructure, security, transportation and energy network and labor which enabled said corporation to seed, blossom and thrive. Does anyone consider that?

Without a conducive environment--a corporation would not have been viable as a start up. So in a way, everyone in a community is a stakeholder in that endeavor and has investment there. The return should be stable and attractive domestic opportunities. Does anyone consider that?

There is also the question of well being... If the "sold to foreign interests" corporation represents a national trove of industrial, technical or other guarded trade secrets, then is not providing this to offshore competition a self-defeating move? Does anyone consider that?

Will this not disadvantage and penalize future generations? Does anyone consider that?

When the product is a wholesome food source for the country, can that safety be jeopardized by placing it into the hands of foreign interests? Especially when the foreign interest has an abysmal record in that regard! Does anyone consider that?

Beyond bottom line profit and a fast return, is there not a question of ethics or morals here, or are we simply saying the citizens of a country and their combined support for fostering domestic economic success is irrelevant? It sure seems so to me.

This particular case I am citing is about pigs, America and China... but the same social moral decline and erosion is happening almost everywhere.

It seems the majority lose and only a sliver of elite class win in these "global" escapades. I see no upside whatsoever for already beleaguered citizens. In fact--I cannot see one ounce of sense in this insanity.

Chinese pork conglomerate to buy Smithfield Foods for nearly $5 billion.

It would be the biggest Chinese purchase of an American company ever.

Supporters say that it would increase U.S. exports to China. Critics call it a threat to America's food safety and security.

Who in blue blazes would think this is a fine idea?

Smithfield CEO Gene Groves is supportive of the deal. (For himself and the shareholders.)

Enough said!

The Treasury Department is reviewing the Smithfield deal, but can only block the sale for national security reasons typically related to computers or defense, not food. But with Smithfield selling food technology secrets China can use in competition against other American producers, a bipartisan group of senators wants food security elevated to the national security level.

However, it's probably too late to stop the Smithfield deal and it is likely to go through.

China has major food safety problems, starting with pork. Last spring, thousands of dead pigs were simply dumped into the river that supplies Shanghai with drinking water. Two years ago a Shanghui subsidiary was caught putting a banned chemical into pig feed to make the animals lean.

When I see the charade mounted around the topic of National Security and how "bad things" have to be prevented on behalf of citizens safety... it almost makes my head explode when I contemplate the damage commercial transactions such as this represent in context.

On so many levels.

Critics call it a threat to America's food safety and security. Well no feldspar... Sherlock!

Anyway, patriotism not withstanding along with sense, logic and social justice... In my view of the future I see "for sale" signs on children's backs, and many weeping widows--constitution, restitution replaced by destitution. If your governance cannot look out for your better interests... exactly what use are they?

And please don't tell me about the sanctity of "capitalism" -- I am down to here with that. Whatever hopeful start democracy fueled by capitalism had... that model was long ago perverted.

Foreign ownership is tantamount to silent, government assisted invasion. Forget "Red Dawn" these "sell-out" events are real... and happening NOW!

Triage Theory of Grading Threats... What Tops YOUR List?

Is your personal "fear list" short and sweet? Have recent events expanded it? Do you have the nagging thought... "It may be time for review?"

Generally people are interested in their own welfare, this is perfectly natural and it inspires interest in potential personal threats.

Perceived personal threats range widely and often include things like loss of freedom, injury, loss of income, loss of domicile, sickness and any number of unwanted life altering risks. For some it is a mindboggling list of recently coined phobias, designed to map onto pharmaceutical profit opportunity.

Risks to personal welfare are many and sundry but most of them can be avoided using sensible risk avoidance habits and lifestyle, so many of us tend to do risk analysis subconsciously or on the "fly" keeping ourselves out of harms way.

This applies to almost all the obvious threats posed by a roaming lifestyle.

Being safe is a product of being careful and being aware of immediate surroundings. Surroundings are very important since occupying a certain space in time often determines an individuals fate. If you were not there, the incident wouldn't have been experienced.

Some studies show the top fears of most populations.

Losing your freedom
The Unknown
Pain
Disappointment
Misery
Loneliness
Ridicule
Rejection
Death
Failure

The reason the list seems a little frivolous to some of us is... participants have probably assumed all the very BIG threats have been taken care of for them so don't need to be listed.

Thousands of their "paid for" civil servants are working diligently on their behalf making sure the BIG risks and threats are by and large averted, mitigated or reduced substantially. This is not a bad assumption as long as the substance of it proves correct! It means the residual threats are small and quite insignificant in the scheme of things.

This is probably why the "greatest fears" list looks quite superficial, the BIG risks are looked after, are they not?

Over the past several decades, assumption of BIG risk aversion through diligent governance seems to have lost its worth, value and credibility... if we examine the millions of citizens who have fallen victim to gross negligence of our paid 'gatekeepers.'

Be it in the arena of personal economic standing, trustworthy nourishment, air or water, susceptibility to natural or man made threat or any of the other "givens" entrusted to the care and attention of governance--all seem woefully neglected and the growing victim list seems legion.

It may be safe to say, "The assumption of BIG risk avoidance through robust governance"... is a thing of the past, if it ever was.

Should this be true, it stands to reason a persons greatest fear has been realized, that now our triage of personal risks and fears must now include all the BIG things, the things we paid for to be minimized. It is increasingly obvious we are well and truly on our own and assumption, like they say, "Will certainly make an ass of you and me."

If you have not done so already, it is sensible to review your own personal list of greatest fears and add the obvious one to the top...

For me it is "Universal abandonment of my safety and well being in favor of power mongering and profitability."

This all but guarantees...

Misery
Loneliness
Ridicule
Rejection
Death
Failure

Looked at this way the list only need have one item, the one that precipitates the rest.

Why Activism Seems Futile-Yet the Cause is NOT! .

Those of us who see humanity gradually sinking into the clutches and influence of a self-professed higher order whose intent is subjugation ... and who would resist this tyranny in the name of individual rights and freedoms... are rapidly becoming phased out by a different mind-set, a generational planned obsolescence.

Fact is... we accept what we are born into, as will they.

Where you and I may have had the benefit of knowing and understanding a concept of a fair and equitable system positioned to offer individual opportunity, the past few generations have not.

In fact quite the opposite has transpired.

Expectations have been set in young minds that individual rights and freedoms must be parked in favour of the common good. The common good of course... is a state predefined for them, replete with twisted reasoning and outlandish justification. Notwithstanding they are receptive, they have been shaped that way.

The ideals of competition have been eroded, replaced by the notion of consensus rules. Scoring and scores have been made irrelevant, participation with cooperation has replaced it. Facts and figures--replaced by group agreement. The enemy of the planet has been defined as humanity. Prime motivation such as succeeding has been replaced by entitlement expectations. Ambition replaced with apathy. Literacy replaced by disjointed "texts". Relationships reduced to pokes and conversation rendered token.

Chronic induced attention span deficiency -- achieved!

Traditional standards eroded and replaced by "anything goes", equates to populations becoming morally bankrupt. Nature, of course, abhors a vacuum... so replacing former cultural sanctity becomes a process of tapping crazed alternative into place.

These new conditioned ears are not conducive to our arguments or logic or warnings, they have been told to expect assault on their provided ideals by selfish, old-fashioned types who have ruined the planet.

They can't listen, they are drugged to inattention, they won't read beyond 144 characters because they can't, they won't debate because that is anti consensus, they cannot reason because reasoning requires critical thinking--a learned attribute no longer taught. In short... the conditioning is for future use... not now.

It is a slow and insidious planned societal subjugation transformation.

History has shown that trying to subjugate rapidly using brute force is ineffective. Attempts to force fit Marxism, fascism, and other forms of extreme socialism or even total population subjugation elicits violent push back... without preconditioned minds molded to accept, rejection is guaranteed, albeit painfully.

Seemingly, with a lesson learned the cycle of repeating history has been broken.

Once one disposes of a time-table, societal transformation becomes a marathon not a sprint. Small, incremental change slides by innocuously, larger changes more noticeable and onerous are announced then rejected repeatedly until over time they become "normalized" then entrenched.

Regardless, relentless sponsored change eventually prevails and society slips into the oppressors desire.

Absurd things become normalized, travesty becomes diluted, personal welfare becomes secondary, insanity seems acceptable and eventually resigned acceptance seals the deals.

The reason we activists are allowed and even encouraged to generate ever alarming clarion calls is because over time it all becomes background noise. Much of it is passed around cut and paste, much of it is over sensationalized, much of it is circulated only to the choir.

The sting of anti subjugation activism--softens to a docile jab, a steady state condition soon reduces "activist productions" to a semi-accepted genre without focus or clarity and often resembles infomercials for an authors upcoming book, another source of entertainment.

A dizzying array of concerns clouds fundamental root cause and imbibes a sense of discontinuity and incoherence for the message. In a way "movements" succumb to mirroring their professed adversary. Soon the uninitiated find the cause confusing... if not incredulous.

Such perpetual and ever rising diverse venting loses relevance in a population attuned to frivolity and novelty.

Even that activists channels are tolerated flies in the face of the clarion calls... surely if there was substance to it--the threatened and supposedly all powerful would shut it down?

Yet... in spite of all that...

Fortuitously, final resolution lies elsewhere, beyond the effort of alarmists... yet the efforts of the thoughtfully concerned are not in vain and should continue unabated.

A candle is a modest light, but can light a thousand more...

The "would be" subjugates plan is a clever plan, a plan beyond diabolical and heinous.

On paper it looks unassailable, yet in my heart of hearts I know it will never fully materialize. I know the indomitable spirit which carried us through the centuries transcends the folly of "pretenders to the throne,"... that when conditions warrant, humanity draws from depths unknown.

The immutable natural law of equilibrium and balance is sure to right the wrongs. Humanities capabilities are provisioned to stand the test of time, adversity and tyranny...

Can Prophecy Mold Current Events--and is it?

I find the concept interesting.

When one delves into current events and wonders "How so?" An often overlooked causal component can often be found... if looked for.

Finding the missing bit can explain much about what mainstream media neglects to mention--they are more inclined to face-value or vetted press release pap or agenda spin.

The reporting of "far-away" events... seldom associate prophecy as being a motivating factor in the affair. If it did, comprehending the event and its sometimes confusing mix of participants and their motivation could be much more clear to a sense seeking reader.

That overlooked component of news... is a product of various faith "belief" systems often known as prophecy... and as much as many disdain the concept... prophetic edict still plays a huge role in many regions political affairs.

The supplicants of various faith belief systems often adhere literally to their tenets and are apt to be motivated to respond and react to situations which appear to them... to map onto their beliefs prophetic lore.

They do in fact follow prescribed action responses in a very literal way.

For many in the West, this concept is difficult to resolve since many other belief systems have the thought that prophetic alignments are a "result" outside of conscious effort for them to manifest--and are something to watch for... not participate in.

In many places "logical thought" or "critical thinking" takes a far back seat to unquestioning faith, this point is often incredulous to adherents of self-discernment who often cannot comprehend logic displaced by edict.

Surely they think, "that" cannot possibly be true, surely "those" individuals have personal discretion and could have made a better decision!

The fact is they cannot and therefore don't. So strong the belief, some die for it, logical or not!

Aiding and abetting prophecy to come about is an alien concept for many. Yet, cases of "assisted prophecy" do abound, the idea being, that which was prophesied to come about, requires contribution to ensure it does.

Shiite Fighters Drawn To Fight In Syria By Islamic Prophecy

Syria's war didn't start as a sectarian one. It started as an uprising of the people against their government. But the majority of those people are Sunni. The government is Alawite, which has roots in Shiite Islam.

Abu Ther says he's not fighting in Syria to support the Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad.
He's fighting to stop what he sees as an onslaught of Sunnis led by jihadi militants. Abu Ther says there are hundreds of Iraqi Shiites now fighting in Syria. But perhaps the most striking thing Abu Ther tells us is that this war has been preordained by one of the most revered figures in Shiite Islam, the Imam Mahdi, who lived in the 9th century. Abu Ther says the imam predicted he would reappear on Earth after an army from Syria, led by a man named Soufiani, attacked the Shiite shrines of Iraq.

We stick to those teachings and according to the teachings that we have to fight this Soufyani army. And this is what we are doing.

The main reason for this post is an interest in providing context beyond the conventional serving of mainstream news when they postulate "Where, when, why and how," concerning a particular news event when it occurs.

I suspect popular press views presented... are often overly simplistic, unsubstantial for purpose or are the verbatim "parroting" of "facts" as provided by participants with an ulterior motive, this is a generalization... but!

Whenever I see inexplicable or nonsensical or illogical renditions within "story news", added clarity is often found by delving beyond the face values provided through exploring possible unheralded associations or regional culture compositions and entrenched belief ... I seldom rest easy until I fully understand the real causal motivations.

I am not referring to silly things like 2012 Mayan end of world prophecy, I am referring to daily headlines vogue today, many of which fall into the category of "news by assisted prophecy," when viewed closely.

Many current events are indeed molded by "prophecy"... with desire to fulfill them.

In 2013 many formally content nations are now fighting for survival while Parasitus Extraordinaria is fat, content and bloated, Sovereign nations have become abject victims of Parasitus Extraordinaria.

If establishing global economics networks did nothing else, they did create the most wondrous environment and habitat for the Corporate Parasitus Extraordinaria, a financial corruption blight which if not contained spreads faster than Floridian black mold in damp walls.

It came to light readily--global scope commerce and regional economic meshing provides the idyllic, quintessential parasitic paradise ever intentionally conceived.

In more sensible times, infection spread was somewhat contained by naturally formed, robust regional economies which served as containment to wild outbreaks of far reaching corruption, a barrier or firewall of sorts.

Removal of containment produced an epidemic of corruption never seen by humanity in the annals of commercial activity before, not entirely a surprise when one understands Corporate Parasitus Extraordinaria has usurped all governance and associated oversight, it has only one focus, self-enrichment.

2013 Bribery and Corruption - The new normal is upon us!

With tumultuous rivers of Trillion$ to spread contagion without impediment, global commerce infested faster than a virulent flesh eating disease and by 2013 the infestation had permeated every nook and cranny of commerce, stripping wealth at a mind numbing rate.

Eventually though--consuming the host entirely becomes self-defeating and so the process is being reinvigorated currently, surreptitiously--of course. This is the activity we saw in the first half, parasitic self-preservation gaged to preserve the globally enmeshed honey-pots.

Applied tenaciously, these surgical instruments of wealth gouging yielded untold Trillion$ to the benefit of practitioners, at the cost and expense of untold victims. Although exposed as destructive activity no attempt has been made to curtail them, prosecute the perpetrators or otherwise apply deterrent.

At this moment the focus has shifted away from blatant wealth skimming, although it is still ongoing, to a strategy of replacing infested surfaces with a synthetic skin manufactured to resemble the original--that instrument is known as Quantitative Easing or its many variations, the hope being the scavenging cycle can be preserved and hence repeated again.

The ploy is to whitewash the infected surfaces having them appear as pristine.

The "Whitewash brigade"... a lot of sizzle, no bacon.

The effect of QE devalues the worth of any original real skin, but that is the problem of the host not Parasitus Extraordinaria. It does not differentiate between the synthetic material and the genuine... it's only interest is in accumulation. Only Suckers Play by the Rules--How the West Unwound.

If you don't know the rules of the game you should not play.

If you were playing the game and the rules were changed while you were unaware, you are likely to lose, you will become a sucker.

In a way, that is what has happened to most folks in the developed countries. At one point in time the rules for successful livelihood and inter societal satisfaction rested on a few well known and well supported rules of engagement. It was by and large a wholesome game in which most were well invested and franchised. Officiating worked and game results were well come by.

The social contract was easy to understand and comprehend and the majority played the living game with a fair modicum of satisfaction and success. In a few words the environment supported ethical behaviour, reward for effort and provided support for taking a risk. The unethical were penalised, the shiftless scorned and the timid still found a place to be, while the entrepreneurial often excelled.

In essence, doing it right and playing the game most often found satisfaction and correct recompense, the rules for achieving this seldom wavered, there are always exceptions, but by and large an individual could launch... then achieve acceptable altitude within social standing.

The thriving was reliant on an understood platform designed to foster personal self-satisfaction and sufficiency. These core values had meaning and were protected and preserved within both a constitution and a tangible social contract.

But that was then... and this is now!

Like a mirage the acceptable faded to opaque then inexplicably disappeared entirely.

There is much written about why today is different, there are oodles and oodles of social scientists and analytical pundits who generate reams and reams about how folks have gone wrong and how people have upset the equilibrium of socioeconomic balance by their attitude and about how the drive of self-respect and pride has diminished and how striving is a thing of the past.

Those things well might be... but cutting to the chase, it is not about the citizens or their diminished capacities... it is about the unconscionable rule changes performed in secret without their knowledge, a literal tipping of the table designed to impede the honest game players to the advantage of the dishonest elitist players.

In a nutshell the umpire, referee and game officials succumbed to corruption. The impartial have been rewarded for being partial, even while remaining on the payroll of the honest players.

Everything negative or unacceptable you see or experience today... is a direct result of honest players, playing without the benefit of the rules they endorsed, accepted and committed to.

Under today's circumstances it is not hard to imagine who is destined to win or lose the game, it is also not difficult to see the confusion and disappointment of uninformed players as they become overwhelmed by the lack of officiating on their behalf.

What we do see is enormous reward for the few who have the game officials in their pocket.

Formally, education helped folks to succeed, thriving industries provided opportunity, good governance kept things fair and equitable, justice supported fair legislation, good sense ensured viable community, citizens embraced their lot and prepared future citizens with expectations, based on preexisting social mores, for a while it was an enviable model.

The fire triangle is a simple rule for preventing unwanted combustion, combustion requires all three things to enable it, an ignition source, fuel and oxygen. If any one of these three is removed, combustion is prevented.

A healthy socioeconomic model is not much different, if enough of the required elements are inaccessible, removed or made difficult to use then certainly socioeconomic well-being collapses. Knowing this society provisioned for sustainable game conditions. It is why we instituted governance and civil servants, their only mission and purpose is to keep all the required elements in working order and readily available to those who instituted and funded them.

There is only one question really, "Have public service practitioners fulfilled their obligations? Your answer may reflect which end of the tipped table you occupy.

I will not resort to micro reviewing the complex bigger picture, it takes away from the fundamental and prime issue.

The system is entirely dysfunctional, the rules have been mysteriously changed, agendas have been perverted, game officials are compromised and have no intrinsic value... which leaves constituents with a very big decision to make, tolerate or reject.

Fixing is entirely out of the question, the machinery is vast and all components failed. Even the backyard mechanic would get this one right--replace it.

Currently we are at the "tolerate" stage, it might be this will be our new constant.

Each region has a personality not unlike a person does, reaction to broken trust can go several ways as daily headlines proclaim. For some, "get 'er done!" fills the bill... while for others it is a case of suffer and accept.

Protecting nuclear plants from nature? What!

That particular headline or viewpoint - Protecting nuclear plants from nature... somehow struck me with a huge pang of astound. Here we have an article which might just show how advanced human devolution has become, at least in the arena of intelligence.

Any sufficiently advanced stupidity is evil and potentially lethal.

On the one hand we have nature... the very essence and giver of life versus insane potentially lethal technology.

Surely, protecting nature from nuclear plants is what that should read.

That needs to be thought about for a nano-second.

Einstein may have said it aptly, "Nuclear reaction is a silly way to boil water." Me... being me... would probably have said, "Nuclear reaction to boil water is insane."

So the gist of the article is about how nature is the threat to humanity because... humanity has seeded its own habitat with what amounts to an array of poorly designed, poorly located, ill-advised, wanton and reckless proliferation of deadly machinery capable of undoing all of natures handiwork, we may even have set up the demise of life on our own planet as a result.

Yet nature is cast as the villain?

The article alludes to several noteworthy points...

To assess the vulnerability of nuclear power plants globally, we collected information on plant height, sea wall height and emergency-power-generator locations for 89 nuclear power plants that lie next to water. We compared this to historical information on high waves triggered by sources such as earthquakes, landslides and hurricanes.

Our findings were striking. Several nuclear plants in Japan had inadequate protection — the average height of a historical tsunami exceeded the height of the sea wall, the plant itself and on-site emergency generators. Fukushima Dai-ichi was not even the most vulnerable plant in Japan. We found that plants operated by the largest power companies —Tokyo Electric, Kansai Electric and Chubu Electric — were particularly unsafe.

Equally striking, our data also suggest several U.S. nuclear power plants are unprepared for high waves. The U.S. came in second, behind Japan, as the country with the largest number of inadequately protected nuclear power plants.

The 1938 New England hurricane triggered a storm surge up to 30 feet, higher than waves this week from Sandy. A wave that tall would overtake many East Coast nuclear power plants, which on average lie about 20 feet above sea level, with minimal sea wall protection.
According to our data, the U.S. nuclear power plants most vulnerable to inundation are the Salem and Hope Creek plants on the New Jersey/Delaware border; the Millstone plant in Connecticut; and the Seabrook plant in New Hampshire.

All of these are close to large cities: The Salem and Hope Creek plants are about 90 miles from Washington and about 35 miles from Philadelphia. The Millstone plant is about 40 miles from Hartford, Conn., and 100 miles from New York City. The Seabrook plant is about 35 miles from Boston. As points of reference, consider that the U.S. government recommended a 50-mile evacuation radius in the Fukushima disaster, and Tokyo is about 140 miles away from the Fukushima Dai-ichi site.

This and more alarming revelation is intended to lead up to a conclusion, not the obvious conclusion such as who or what allowed the situation to become so dire, but rather what in retrospect we can do to make our dirty little mistakes "nature proof."

The presumption being general citizens at large will respond to a vile form of ransom and cough up the desired "protection money" to apply the remedy.

In other words, attempt to protect the man-applied insanity, rather than applying a sane solution - such as...

Shut them all down!

The solution is so obvious one should cringe at any attempt to justify otherwise.

Evacuation planning should not be the prime consideration when implementing technology solutions to problems. If the problem to be solved was large, the solution to the problem should not be larger--should it?

Now we have the original problem compounded exponentially with the so called "solution", which often carries far graver ramification than the original problem. If there is sense in that somewhere I have yet to discern it.

Like the learned author states... "The threat posed by extreme weather is not hypothetical." He goes on to illustrate many "real-life" examples of how reality is... well real!

Eventually we get to the punchline...

But there are other reasons to question the safety of U.S. nuclear power plants. Our research found that the risk to U.S. plants is probably understated. Historical data regarding tsunamis are available going back about 2,000 years for East Asia and only about 350 years for the U.S.

This uncertainty means we should do much more to protect U.S. nuclear power plants against potential threats. Many nuclear plants on the East Coast are perilously close to major population centers.

More sea walls should be constructed, and existing walls should be raised to minimize the danger of inundation. All backup power generators should be located well above sea level and within watertight structures.

We should not wait for a major disaster to take reasonable precautions.

While taking precautions against such deadly self-annihilation of our environment smacks of a modicum of common sense, the solution proffered does not.

If you think building walls will nullify the scoundrel natures threats, then think again, nature has a well defined set of characteristics only one of which is extreme movement of water nature is known for surprise and diversity.

In the olden days nature was described as the elements of fire, earth, water and air, all of which in small doses allow us to tick, when amplified to extreme applications they encourage renewal, which occurs on a cyclic frequency.

The old sciences included a moral component, unfortunately modern science does not, so tomorrow is always someone elses bag of muck.

Nuclear reaction is a heck of a way to boil water to make steam... to rotate 100 year ago steam turbine technology. An expensive and extremely dangerous kettle. In whose world did this ever make sense?

Here the questions are... What does nuclear energy cost? What does the proposed impregnable fortifications cost? Oh... and by the by... has anyone figured how to dispose of 50 years of ever growing lethal toxic spent fuel and storage water safely... no, not yet!!!

Are you OK with this? Or are you still reliant on the dolts that would profess to lead us. Do you think perhaps we should introduce a mental "means test," before we vote them in or hire them? Do you think "recall", might be a good idea? Remember allowing strangers to make your life and death decisions... is a volunteered situation, trustworthiness is key.

Are nuclear facilities placed in strategic locations by design? They are in remarkably unsafe locales!

Eventually of course our friends over at UN agenda 21 have the solution already fleshed out, you will be relocated to their "safe" stack and pack high density serf abodes... where you are needed for their enjoyment.

Of course the fiscal answer is academic, the real answer well may be "Everything!"

Using UN logic - climate was a steady state condition prior to our ability to measure it a few years back. Presumably before 1850 the climate is seen by them as either static or cooperative for their purpose or is simply irrelevant.

Note... on the real world charts of climate undulations, we are currently on the cusp of leaving an ice age, the projection indicates a predictable warming is in order. We appear to be in order.

UN... excuse me... we do get planetary climate shifting, climates shift on ALL planets, that's what they do--always have and always will.

It is why we have traditionally demarked climate periods and called them "ages." Nowhere is there a decree cancelling natural shifts, unless of course your UN stooge King Canute is at it again. You may have it filed under crooked cucumbers...

Global-average atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide rose to 389 parts per million in 2010, 39% higher than at the start of the industrial era in 1750. Methane rose to 1,808.0 parts per billion (158%) and nitrous oxide to 323.2 ppb (20%).

Declassified papers show extent of plutonium fallout from South Pacific tests of 60s and 70s was kept hidden...

I used to bridle when the cool aid drinkers would chide me for suspecting foul intention behind foul deeds... or when inexplicable and often tragic failed implementations of science, technology, financial or legislation transpired.

It never ceased to amaze me how wide eyed and earnest these folks are about defending their naivete, "Sure things happen," they say... but not intentionally. I am admonished to be more "trusting", more "accepting" and encouraged not to wonder beyond the obvious.

Honestly, I wish I could! I wish even more I didn't need to!

One problem I cannot reconcile is this, if our brightest and best are in charge of things, why then does "horrendous" always seem to trump "beneficial?" Not even in an isolated way... but with dull monotonous regularity, else things like 24 hour "news" services would be blank sheets.

I am either surrounded by village idiots... or surrounded by genius with extremely poor judgement or worse, self-serving agendas with very bad blow back for others.

Either affliction becomes irrelevant... if you are caught in the spatter.

Surely our brightest and best are capable of understanding the ramifications of their actions, both tactically and strategically when they formulate and implement their contributions into society for our societal well-being. When I look around, I see scant evidence of intelligent governance, I do see endless corruption, ill-advised this's and reckless that's.

After a while surely one has to wonder-no?

I will grant these self anointed geniuses the benefit of their claimed intelligence and education, unfortunately this makes things worse, it suggests either these people are in reality mentally unbalanced or they delight in creating havoc and fear, or they are so selfish we become meaningless to them.

Besides... for me "Conspiracy" is about conspiring.

No one disputes individuals and even groups do conspire, the purpose is exclusive to their personal benefit and gain. Through the decades one is apt to look at certain contrived eventualities, and like the RCMP, suspect foul play when trauma by knives and bullets is evidenced on a corpse.

Personally, I have always discounted happenstance and coincidence in the matter of manifested travesty, especially when the "players" were or are judged most competent. One could think some sort of ulterior motive had been achieved under those circumstances. In those cases, what you get, is not necessarily what you have been provided to see.

Occasionally, and more frequently the "real story" does emerge, but does not seem to faze the slumbering who seem content to remain in the "ignorance is bliss state." That is OK with me because it is a personal choice and as such commands my utter and due respect.

However, for the rest of us, validation of suspected concerns is both informative and interesting.

French nuclear tests in the South Pacific in the 1960s and 1970s were far more toxic than has been previously acknowledged and hit a vast swath of Polynesia with radioactive fallout, according to newly declassified ministry of defence documents which have angered veterans and civilians' groups.

The papers, seen by the French paper Le Parisien, reportedly reveal that plutonium fallout hit the whole of French Polynesia, a much broader area than France had previously admitted. Tahiti, above, the most populated island, was exposed to 500 times the maximum accepted levels of radiation. The impact spread as far as the tourist island, Bora Bora.

Now... I am not singling out this particular confession in particular, I can almost stab my finger at the screen when I view world events... and pick at random. I could write to infinity gathering up "case in point" material but have never needed to at this point.

Political Wind--Turbines Suck

Before you mount a wealth grab gambit one needs to conjure up an urgent problem to be solved.

This is the routine play for all carpetbaggers, snake oil salesman and bought politicians. The problem in this case was the old standby, CO2. CO2 is responsible for everything that could possibly ail us, but that is another story.

The solution to CO2 is a card from the green smoothie pack of lies (aka Agenda 21) --wind turbine farms, these blight upon the landscape are touted to be the best thing since Tesla free electricity was passed over for the metered chargeable version.

Under even passing scrutiny the technology is hopelessly inadequate for purpose, pitifully inefficient, outrageously expensive, offensive to the eye, damaging to the health and lethal for birds and bats.

They also disturb local habitat through creating mini variations in ground weather, stifling natural formation of dew destroying micro ecology while seriously devaluing personal property.

Other than that they are probably fine, for what... we don't yet know.

What they have been good for... or even exceptional for... is the "industry" who for years have been making fortunes out of the greatest public subsidy bonanza (swindle) of modern times.

Although ten or fifteen years too late, the lustre is beginning to lose its shine, the truth as they say... is beginning to reveal itself... and increasingly the magnitude and scope of the deception is making itself known.

Millions of taxpayer funding has been blown into the wind--landing of course into the back pockets of the wind lobbyists.

Meanwhile the energy issue lies undisturbed by real attention, another ten years wasted.

The significance of yesterday’s shock announcement by our Energy Minister John Hayes that the Government plans to put a firm limit on the building of any more onshore wind farms is hard to exaggerate.

On the face of it, this promises to be the beginning of an end to one of the greatest and most dangerous political delusions of our time.

Ludicrous

I have been following this extraordinary story for ten years ever since, in 2002, I first began looking carefully at what really lay behind this deceptive obsession with the charms of wind power. It didn't take me long, talking to experts and reading up on the technical facts, to see that the fashionable enthusiasm for wind energy was based on a colossal illusion.

I first warned about what I called ‘the greatest mistake in our history’ in an article in the Mail almost ten years ago.

I described the claim that it would be the answer to all our future energy problems as a catastrophic failure of judgment. I feared that wind power was stupendously inefficient and ludicrously expensive and that by falling for the greatest energy hoax of our time.

So unreliable are wind turbines — thanks to the wind’s constant vagaries — that they are one of the most inefficient means of producing electricity ever devised.

No one would dream of building wind farms unless the Government had arranged to pay their developers a subsidy of 100 per cent on all the power they produce, paid for by all of us through a hidden charge on our electricity bills.

The only way the industry managed to fool politicians into accepting this crazy deal was by subterfuge — referring to turbines only in terms of their ‘capacity’ (i.e. what they could produce if the wind was blowing at optimum speeds 24 hours of every day). The truth is that their average actual output is barely a quarter of that figure.

Yet it was on this deception that the industry managed to fool pretty well everyone that wind farms could make a contribution to Britain’s energy needs four times larger than reality — and thus was ‘the great wind scam’ launched on its way.

The sad part...there is a technology wasteland, the same basic technologies for basic infrastructure and transport is essentially a century old, what passes for innovation is no more than enhancements, true pioneering has been waylaid in favor of protecting entrenched interests in obsolete technologies and infrastructure.

Until the grip of entrenched corporations is pried loose from the public purse... true innovation is doomed to languish.

Unless this is changed we are doomed to flounder around in archaic methodologies.

Henry Ford, George Stephenson, and the Wright brothers would easily recognize their first automobile, locomotive and aeroplane even in the most modern configurations of today.

By now we should be far beyond burning, spinning and reacting things to achieve energy sources.

If you favor nuclear reaction to boil water to make steam to drive a 100 year old technology steam electrical generator... well, you will never grasp my point!

Showing my age... The conditioning begins!

How often have you come across a news article where some obnoxious or even downright despicable activity has come to light and is shown to have been an activity for some period of time. How could such a travesty have gone on so long... surely someone should have been aware? In the back of our minds we are incredulous someone should have known and somehow put a stop to it.

The chances are the foul, dangerous or illegal practice was known to some degree by a passive observer who chose for some reason to turn a blind eye to the situation. Some would say that person was culpable through remaining silent, others may have empathy for that position, usually from bitter experience.

The track record for those who come forward and seek to right obvious wrongs is not good. The well intentioned are often subjected to harsh consequence and personal attack, careers are often ended. We need to ask and understand why, for surely intervening in a wrong situation should be lauded, not penalized.

They are torn between doing the right thing, or becoming culpable through silence and inactivity. For an individual with high moral fiber and a well developed sense of justice or principle the decision seems simple.

Brian Martin, an associate professor at the University of Wollongong, who’s interviewed hundreds of whistle blowers and has written extensively about the subject.

Bucking the system

Whistle blowers are part of society's alarm and self-repair system, bringing attention to problems before they become far more damaging. Australian whistle blowers have spoken out about police corruption, paedophilia in the churches, corporate mismanagement, biased appointment procedures, environmentally harmful practices and a host of other issues.

Although whistle blowers are extremely valuable to society, most of them suffer enormously for their efforts. Ostracism, harassment, slander, reprimands, referral to psychiatrists, demotion, dismissal and blacklisting are among the common methods used to attack whistle blowers. Bosses are the usual attackers with co-workers sometimes joining in.

Many whistle blowers are conscientious, high-performing employees who believe that the system works. That's why they speak out. They believe that by alerting others to a problem, it will be dealt with. Many do not think of themselves as whistle blowers at all - they believe they are just doing their job. So they are shaken to the core when the response to their public-spirited efforts is to vilify them as disloyal, to question their work performance, to withdraw emotional support and to mount attacks. As well as suffering financial losses and severe stress, whistle blowers are at increased risk of relationship breakdown and health problems.

Even worse than this, though, few whistle blowers seem to bring about any change in the problem they speak out about. The treatment of whistle blowers is a double disaster for society: capable and courageous individuals are attacked and sometimes destroyed, while the original problems are left to fester. It is not difficult to understand why it is so difficult to call attention to corrupt or heinous practices.

Many people view the world as a place where humanity is inherently good and where evil is a nasty exception. But is it? Indications are, if one takes note of the daily stream of headlines inspired by violence, greed and corruption it is difficult to make a case for widespread ethical inclination, at least at leadership levels or by individuals with influence.

Many will say only the "bad" is reported skewing perception, that may be true but I do remind you victims are legion. It is not exceptional to be a victim of a crime, wrongdoing or other depravity. I doubt you are exempt. Perhaps rather than the system having corruption within it, the system itself is modeled on corruption, therefore the system is one of corruption. If this is not the case then how is it next near to impossible to survive "doing the right thing?"

If it is not exceptional to be a victim of a crime or wrongdoing, then it is not exceptional when one encounters evil. The system then can be said to be a construct of evildoers.

From a self-preservation perspective one is prudent to assume there is no mechanism within a corrupt system to appeal to, even pursuing legal means of restitution often has unexpected and terrifying consequence for the victim, the system is obviously biased toward the perpetrators not the victim.

Victims may be legion, but are not well represented by the hierarchy which professes to care for them, the hierarchy seems inherently sympathetic to wrongdoers, not right doers.

On this observation I rest my case.

I report my take on this with great sadness, to live in an environment where truth is a liability speaks volumes about the state of our world and the specimens who control it.

Five Lost Years-Act II Final Economic Collapse!

In 2007 it was obvious to anyone with an eye for the incredulous... the rocketing global economy had exceeded its maximum altitude and with fuel expended hung momentarily at the point of stall... following stall is fall... and fall it did, dramatically circa 2008.

"Meltdown!" screamed the press while the larceny perpetrators tried to hide their tracks.

Through a series of convoluted larceny, the financial sector had leveraged the borrowing power of a single dollar a hundred fold or more leaving unsecured indebtedness in the Trillions. I.O.U's all totally worthless and noncollectable. As the terrifying truth of the heist became evident, commerce ceased, and values of everything dropped. The golden goose balloon had burst.

Fearing an end to the honey pot... globalist elites fashioned a fall arrest strategy, they sought to re-inflate their golden goose with taxpayer money, seniors pensions and unbridled printing of unsecured fiat paper.

Unfortunately, unless the hole is repaired re inflation becomes an endless futile exercise, which is where we are in 2013, nothing fixed and an economy crying for proper correction. Some would say five years of prolonged agony, at least for common citizens, not so much for the money junkie elites who managed to do quite well from the pumping spillage.

What is inevitable of course is the proper correction.

A proper correction is a natural process of letting real, unadulterated market forces place correct values on all tangible assets which in turn synchronises the rest of the economy with true scaled values. Correction is a painful process but the sooner it transpires the sooner it is over. Continuing the current folly is just as painful since it is not effective and is akin to ripping the band aid off slowly.

It seems the inevitable may be upon us.

The 2008 shock was certainly violent, but the reactions of the system, countries and central banks with their bailouts on an unprecedented scale, managed to hide the worst consequences.
Ultimately this five-year period will have been nothing other than taking a step back to enter into an even bigger crisis, which we have called “the crisis squared”.

A situation which is now out of control

The illusions which have still blinded the last remaining optimists are in the process of dissipating. In previous GEAB issues we have already laid out the world economy’s grim picture. Since then the situation has got worse.

The Chinese economy confirms its slowdown (1) as well as Australia (2), emerging countries’ currencies are disconnecting (3), bond interest rates are rising, UK salaries are continuing to fall (4), riots are affecting Turkey and even peaceful Sweden (5), the Eurozone is still in recession (6), the news filtering out of the United States is no longer cheerful (7)…

The currently developing second crisis could have been avoided if the world had taken note that the United States, structurally incapable of reforming itself, was unable to implement other methods than those which had led to the 2008 crisis. Like the irresponsible “too big to fail” banks, the “systemically” irresponsible countries should have been placed under supervision from 2009...

Of course no correct remedy has been applied since 2008 so the past five years have been squandered for most yet beneficial for the corrupt, we allowed the drunks to continue pub administration.

For the rest of us we may take a pinch of solace that the nightmare is about to end and we have the opportunity to influence future direction. Many of us are now experienced at being tanked or have learned consequence from others that did. Small comforts I know, but a straw holds great hope for a drowning man.

My advice right now: Covert your small comforts, you will probably need them.

2013 - Disasters are even costlier than we thought.

Global Assessment Report on Disaster Risk Reduction 2013

I have found gaging how bad things are is a product of following agencies which track the costs of things.

A current case in point is the phenomena of increasing natural disasters. As we move through the ages our climate shifts like a predetermined tide does--it is a cyclic fact of planetary existence. Before economic concern we used to have concern about fellow humanity so casualty rates were indicative of traumatic events. Somewhere along the line that measurement became if not trifling then downright irrelevant.

What drives "remedial" action now is far more sophisticated, advanced and... so we are told... enlightening.

It is only profitability that counts... decisions are not based on well-being, they are based on economics. This pretty much tells us where we stand in the eyes of "taskmasters." We have been reduced to irrelevance in the scheme of things. Other than as a resource humanity has become an inconvenient necessity.

We should keep this in mind when we encounter self-anointed elitist "well considered" decisions, benefit to us if any... is implied and is secondary to the primary motivation which is "wealth creation" for the privileged few. We need be very sure of this else we are likely to be bamboozled into oblivion.

I will not use my words to emphasize my point... mine would be construed as misleading... surely human life still factors in. How many do you know that cling to that mythology.

These are highlights from Global Assessment Report on Disaster Risk Reduction 2013, the purpose of it is --

"From Shared Risk to Shared Value: the Business Case for Disaster Risk Reduction."

That sounds wholesome - huh! We can expect much expressed concern for humanity-no?

Lets see...

Direct disaster losses are at least 50 percent higher than internationally reported figures: Total direct losses in 40 low and middle income countries amount to US$305 billion over the last 30 years; of these more than 30 percent were not internationally reported (Part I-Intro).

Disasters directly affect business performance and undermine longer-term competitiveness and sustainability: When business leaves it may never return. Prior to the 1995 earthquake, the port of Kobe was the world’s sixth-busiest. Despite a massive investment in reconstruction and efforts to improve competitiveness, by 2010, it had fallen to 47th place (Chapter 1).

Globalised supply chains create new vulnerabilities: Toyota lost $1.2 billion in product revenue from the 2011 Japan earthquake and tsunami due to parts shortages that caused 150,000 fewer Toyota automobiles to be manufactured in the USA, and reductions in production of 70% in India and 50% in China (Chapter 1, Box 1.4).

Businesses loses its lifeline when critical infrastructure is hit: Most of the 1,300 businesses surveyed in disaster prone cities in the Americas noted disruptions in power and water supply and telecommunications as top concerns (Chapter 15). Over 90% of damage to these lifelines occurs in local disasters (Chapter 1).

Well I think GAR made its own point so I won't dwell on it... the message seems clear, logical and entirely useful for... someone, somewhere. Concern for humanity may be hidden in another summary.

I think the idea is - Disaster must become profitable again. As lamented by the report, conventional ways to make money from the "big hurt" can no longer rely on traditional ways to calculate risks. Previously the risk industry relied on "historical trends" to calculate premiums, fees and costs--hence future profitability.

Counting the chickens before the eggs hatch no longer works apparently.

Unfortunately their historical records are not very historical and now they are amazed the planet is not remaining in the "sweet spot" of convenience their computer models understand. They sound indignant and put out. Perhaps even angry.

An angry wealth grubber is never to be discounted. Their wrath transcends all sensibility and who knows what lengths they will go to in preserving their domain and self-declared entitlements. Experience tells me, the rest of us will not fare well in the doubtless reckless and ill-advised solutions they are contemplating.

The perverse logic of wealth grubbing invariably leads to "blame", then a demand for some sort of recompense. The blame of course will be citizens at large who because of their habits are ruining the "opportunity" pot. The solution of course will be more ounces of flesh... a pound no longer suffices.

Indications are... the solution will be found in changing our habits and charging us for being alive.

The agenda's used to pull that off... will be couched in soft green velvety, soothing words... it will speak of hapless fury things and mournful twigs. This will be swallowed hook line and sinker. Not because it is not the right thing to consider... but the wrong thing to champion.

The salvation of curing planet shift will be right out of the NWO agenda 21 playbook. The logic employed makes as much sense as an inverted "A" or an inverted umbrella... yet the goals identified will be unassailable in the minds of the shallow minded.

The greatest problem is our inability to distinguish between the talking points of climate shift and the poisoning of our environment. two disparate topics, two completely different issues. To garner public attention and hoped for taxation opportunity... the politicos have merged the two providing a deceitful cause of convenience.

You will hear nothing about the poisoning of our planet, that fattens bottom lines and enriches the elite.

Climate Change-v-Ecological Ruination

What I do expect is a huge push from the wealth preservationists in their zeal to squeeze our last little bit of juice. That statement required no prophetic talent.

A toxic industry is a profitable industry, toxic keeps things cheap, win,win, LOSE!

Trusting Strangers with Your Life!--Victim Betrayed?

I suppose we have always needed to trust in someone or something.

What is the current state of trustworthiness in the world? Has it reached a point of hopelessness, is it time for change? What happens when citizens feel overwhelmingly betrayed?

Throughout the ages we have given over much of our personal discretion to strangers, often touted as experts in their field. Many of these "gurus" have given us the benefit of their sage wisdom and guidance. In many cases the advice or direction has been accepted or rejected by personal decision through self-discernment and our sensibilities, a relatively benign relationship, since we maintained control.

There is another category of "stranger provided" guidance which is not so benign, these are experts who we pay and entrust with our health, wealth and general well-being, in these critical aspects we are less able to moderate acceptance of these critical elements... since they are either legislated, mandated or above questioning.

Most often these "forced" acceptance aspects originate from experts in the fields of science & technology for our health, the financial sector for our wealth and good governance for our general well-being. In these matters we are truly trusting stranger with our life.

Mistakes, errors or betrayal in these areas can be personally devastating.

"Trust" is probably a unique human trait, most specie have trust in self and probably have very low expectations of either their own kind or other specie as far as them making it through the day.

There is evidence of cooperative or even communal aid behaviours in non human specie but never at the expense of personal survival. Perhaps humanity has honed the trust factor to a point where it has become a double edged sword and has lost balance.

We are at a point, (if we review "result") where cynicism has become rampant. Result across the spectrum is dismally negative.

Examples abound.

The Global Trust Deficit

NEW YORK – In their preoccupation with fiscal deficits, developed-country policymakers continue to neglect a different, yet equally critical, shortfall: the trust deficit between advanced and emerging economies when it comes to global governance.

This particular article speaks of trustworthiness and betrayal in the matter of economy... but could be equally applied to all matters of substance.

Once trust bonds are broken and betrayal is obvious... it is natural for an individual to become sceptical of the partner who has broken the trust bond. Once this occurs an individual is less and less inclined to accept things at face value and less and less inclined to move forward on a basis of trust.

Current events have provided ample evidence that trust in "influential" strangers may not be the prudent thing to continue with. Under such prevailing circumstances one can expect individuals to go their own way or develop alternate strategies to circumvent untrustworthy sources.

In an environment of chronic scepticism of leadership, it is inevitable social structure and order will decay.

Trusting in strangers seems to be a game of diminishing return.

Our water, food and air is not trustworthy
Our wealth and health management is not trustworthy
Our science and technology is not trustworthy
Our infrastructures are not trustworthy
Our personal security is not trustworthy
Our social contracts are not trustworthy
Our foreign relationships are not trustworthy
Our corporations are not trustworthy
Our own societies are not trustworthy
Our governance is not trustworthy

Even more mundane social and commercial aspects of our life are no longer trustworthy.

The solution seems obvious... we should not continue to trust strangers.

This can be accomplished through re-establishing regional self-sufficiency, humanity thrives well in manageable, sustainable cooperative communities where personal integrity has merit and reward.

There is hope in so called community "protectionism." No matter what the high priests of the NWO espouse.

Strangers never have any skin in the game of relationship, something NOT to bet your life on!

I may be overly pessimistic because I am in the habit of monitoring the daily planet pulse.

I am also sure nice, good and wholesome things are happening in abundance but when the broken trust issues overwhelm the sentient and empathetic niceties it is difficult to acknowledge their worth and value.

The problem is... the degradation issues threaten personal well-being, perhaps they are even fatal in connotation and context... this makes all else frivolous and inconsequential... a great shame of and in itself.

If the degree of scepticism and crushing feeling of betrayal of world citizens is as great as indicators suggest, what are the probable outcomes?

Not being a "guru" I can only surmise... It seems there are two primary outcomes and they couldn't be further apart. One is known as "Stockholm syndrome" the other "Rebellion."

It seems like individuals, nations may have their own psychology... the question becomes... "Which kind is yours?"

Preparation for socioeconomic collapse hinges on "collective victim reaction to betrayal."

New World Order governance sweeps into office promising to turn back the oceans and heal the planet with their climate change policy, usually some scam involving selling, trading, bartering carbon units as though they were a commodity on the stock market.

The intent is not to suppress man made exhaust, but to tax it, to have it as a featured profit center. The topic is also used to justify various democide ploys under various eugenics agendas.

Watch Out for the Green Team

The "green" debate is nothing if not lively.

It is one of the debates I loathe to participate in, along with religion, politics and MAC -v- PC. These debates are always fruitless consuming both time and energy and never end well.

The main problem I see with the Climate Change debate, is it mixes two very different concerns and so compounds and confuses participants.

The debate thrust is about preserving life on the planet and greenhouse gas is elevated to be the elephant in the room. Of course the eye of well meaning folk go to where directed.

There is a FAR more lethal aspects you seldom hear discussed.

One element of debate is the effect of human activity regarding greenhouse emissions leading to global warming.
The second (largely ignored) IMMEDIATE threat to life... is the ill advised poisoning of the environment through releasing toxic and lethal substances into the food and water supply.

The first condition is said to affect the climate over time, the second condition absolutely harms everything in the food chain immediately.

Yet the climate change debate hogs the "green" debate stage front and center, why?

Unfortunately the debate is redirected to the almost benign effects of carbon release as being the whole threat to life on the planet--steered by the individuals who profit from the real issue - release of lethal, toxic, noxious substances into the food chain, in the name of profiteering.

This real immediate killer is never cited in the climate change debate, it is a dirty little secret swept under the rug, meanwhile... nuclear waste, oil spills, GMO foods and sundry other deadly industrial wastes and effluents are routinely poured into the immediate environment with catastrophic result--without anyone in governance promising anything in the way of remedial action for your protection.

In fact... most of the reckless, wanton and destructive behaviour is condoned or at least sanctioned through permit approvals, turning of blind eyes and so forth.

The "greenies" may be barking up the wrong tree. "Greenies" should probably review their priorities.

Climate shift is inevitable whilst premeditated, unconcionable poising of the environment is not.

This is what’s called negative feedback with at least some of the increasing levels of carbon dioxide being absorbed by extra plant growth. It could also be good news for biodiversity, and good news for food security: plants are the primary producers that feed all animals.

I am not trying to support the climate shift sceptics, as stated already... climate shift is immutable and cannot be denied, what can be denied is the primary causal motivation for them which is 98% natural sources.

It is probable the universal laws of equillibrium and ballance will provide natural checks and balance to atmospheric composition, science indicates that is happening.

In conclusion, until I see really sincere resistance to routine industrial poisoning, agricultural genetic meddling, proper management of nuclear wastes, curtailment of wind turbines, Fracking and other obvious immediate threats to life on the planet I will remain a sceptic of any government claim they are engaged in preservation of anything, except perhaps their own politico survival and sponsors pocket books.
