We're leaving in a profusion of new web tools these days.

Is not different to the web analytics area. How many tools did have you heard or saw?

But we can see the most of web analytics tools are concentrated in collect quantitative data to our business.

Rarely we have the oportunity to know what the people are thinking behind the numbers they help to increase or decrease. And if you are really curios about your customer behavior on your website you should be curios about their thoughts too.

A good opportunity to all of us is the UserVoice which provides a customer feedback tool, very simple and sofisticated at the same time.

Look at the red label called "Feedback" at the left side of this blog. Clicking there, you will be taken to a forum area where you have the opportunity to leave comments and influence the directions of this blog with different ideas, suggestions and complaints if you want.
This is a good example how to empower your visitors and customers and we know people like to perceive collaborative tools during the navigation.
Now imagine the power of this knowledge in your website. In your hands.

UserVoice can be very important to help identify more than the activity you see through your main analytics tool.
But it is not all. The second stage is what you will do with this information and how will transform this in value to your business

Remember, listen to your customers voice is a the best way to improve and have success in your business.
Before leave, would you like to help my blog be better?
