I wrote about the final Hennessy Artistry of 2011 here. It is the largest one of the year and features bigger and better stars such as Chris Willis. My pictures that night weren't great. I was barely able to get a clear shot to most of the artist as I failed to

I picked up photography in 2008 and I restarted my blog which was closed a few years before. One of the reason why I delayed posting this picture until now.

I was somewhere at the seaside of Kota Kinabalu town. The island situated at the right side of the picture is Pulau Gaya, the largest island in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park.

We ordered chicken, lamb, beef and deer meat.

So with the help of GPS coordinates, we’re here now at Tarbush, Sunway Pyramid! Seriously, we literally ran around the whole mall to find this place but now that we’re here, we’re really enjoying the food.

Supposedly written by a palliative care worker and I find it meaningful. Why such sad post when New Year and Christmas is around the corner? It depends on how you look at it. Everyone felt so tired from our strenuous activity the day before, which almost left us bedridden. I remember my legs hurt so bad I refused to budge even a bit from the bed. I still got up anyways, not without a struggle. Jo-anne and Ren Yin were already at the Sunday morning market. Can't believe they were up early.

We got up, made our final preparation and were all set to our destiny: Conquering Low's Peak, the highest peak of Mount Kinabalu. 


However, we were greeted with a bad news: Carol got sick and was unable to follow us for the hike.

We had lunch at the town before heading to Jesselton Point with hopes of getting a ride for island hopping. It turns out that the timing was just not right and we forfieted the plan. All we did there was just hanging around snapping photos and just chilled.

It took weeks before I started meddling with the hundreds of NEF files, processing them to the way I like it. Heck, it even took me a few days to even upload them into my computer and then import them into Lightroom. Even when I look back at it now, I'm still unhappy with how I touch up my photos. Fickle minded I am but I guess I'm done for now.
