			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Four years ago, after making two accuisitions that doubled the mutual in size, the <strong>Co-operative Group</strong> make the boast that the high street will never look the same again.<br />
In 2008 the Co-op bought the Somerfield supermarket chain and then in 2009 the supermarket chain tripled the size of its banking arm to form a “super-mutual” through the acquisition of the UK’s second-largest building society at that time&#8211;<strong>Britannia</strong>.<br />
After four years, the food business of Co-op is grappling with falling profits and the Britannia deal appears to be increasingly misguided. Co-op was know for facing a capital shortfall of as much as £1bn, which was acknowledged by banks as partially due to the collapse of a deal to acquire over 600 branches from Lloyds Banking Group.<br />
The credit rating agency Moody’s made six-notch downgrade of the Co-op Bank last week, which shone an unwelcome spotlight on Co-op’s health. And Co-op now came under further pressure as the rating agency <strong>Standard &amp; Poor&#8217;s</strong> changed its outlook on the group from stable to negative.</p>

First of all, do not try to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Usually you tend to spend 30% more time on completing the jobs and making 100% more error than doing the things one by one.<br />
Secondly, it is important to keep pace with the time. However, getting long exposed to the latest information in the field tends to suppress your own creativity.<br />
Thirdly, it is important to have a sense of self-control. You will need to focus and filter unnecessary information while working, and you will also need to fix appropriate amount of time to get proper rest.<br />
Fourthly, finding some time to actually spend by yourself if beneficial.<br />
Fifthly, sending the same email over and over again is not necessary.<br />
Sixthly, it is strongly suggested to make more calls to actually communicate with others and only send short emails for confirmation for the agreement between all the parties involved.<br />
Last but not least, it is important for one to actually give up the fantasy of getting their hands on everything at workplace. It is impossible!</p>

<p>Shares in the UK telecoms company&#8211;BT just reached the highest level in over five years since the group increased its dividend, upgraded its outlook as well as allayed worries concerning a growing shortfall in pensions.<br />
BT&#8217;s pre-tax profit rose by 21% in the first quarter of 2013, while the full-year dividend increased by 14% to 9.5p. With an additional 136,000 customers purchased BT&#8217;s broadband services in the last quarter, the company&#8217;s retail division did not fall for the first time in four years.</p>
