(3) Working experience of at least one year in a reputed Automobile Workshop which undertakes repairs of both light motor vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles fitted with petrol and diesel engines; and
(4) Must hold a driving License authorising him to drive Motor cycle, heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger vehicles. Nothing contained in this Notification shall apply to persons whose names were under consideration for appointment to the post of Inspector of Motor Vehicles or Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles (by whatever names called) by the State Government prior to first day of July, 1989 or to an officer appointed to such post before the first day of July, 1989 or to an officer appointed to discharge functions of a nontechnical nature.
Desirable: Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Scheme of Examination & Syllabus:

1. Written Examination - Three papers of Objective Type unless otherwise stated and a personality and viva-voce test. The name and the total marks and the time allowed for each paper will be as follows:

Paper-I - General Knowledge and Everyday Science - 100 Marks - 2 Hrs.
Paper-II - Language Test - 100 Marks - 2 Hrs.
Paper-III - Automobile and Mechanical Engineering - 200 Marks - 3 Hrs.

2. Personality and Viva-Voce Examination - Based on Minimum qualifying marks in the written test as may be fixed by the Commission in their discretion shall be summoned by them for interview, which carries 50 Marks.

CBSE Results 2013 Class 10 (All Regions) declared

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 10 results for All Regions, including for international students, on Thursday morning. The Board had declared the results for Chennai region earlier this week.

Candidates can now check their CBSE Class 10 Result 2013 on the following websites:

www.cbseresults.nic.in

The results can also be checked through SMS.

Type CBSE10 ROLL NO and send the SMS to 543216 (MTS), 57766 (BSNL), 54321 (Indicom and Docomo), 5800002 (Aircel), 5207011 (Airtel), 9212357123 (NIC) and 50000 (Vodafone) to obtain results.

Results can also be seen over IVRS. For that, students may dial 011-24300699.

Ajmer, Allahabad, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Guwahati, Panchkula and Patna constitute All Regions.

A total of 98.76 percent students have qualified the exam for admission to higher classes.

This is marginally up from 98.19 percent in 2012.

The performance of girls is marginally better than boys -- a pass percentage of 98.94 percent for girls as compared to 98.64 percent for boys.

The overall pass percentage in Chennai region, for which the results were declared on May 26, is 99.80, the highest as compared to other regions.

The Chennai region constitutes Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep, Daman and Diu and Puducherry.

(C) Physical Standards: candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission to combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) (II), 2012 as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.
