TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 The earnest money of Nu. 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) only to be deposited in cash not later than 10 am on the day of auction.

2 Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded.

3 An entrance fee of Nu. 200.00 to be deposited in cash in addition to the earnest money which is non- refundable.

4 The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the offer including the earnest money immediately. Balance of 75% must be deposited within 10 days from the date of auction. (Non compliance will result in forfeiture of the deposit/part payment.

5 Any decision taken by Auction Committee to accept/reject the offers without assigning any reason shall be final and binding on all concerned.

The proposal must contain:
1.    Company Profile (License copy, certificate from BICMA and valid tax certificate)
2.    Past works in a CD
3.    Branding Proposal
4.    One or more scripts of BNB products and services
5.    Rates of video add for : 15 sec, 30 sec and 1 minute
6.    Rates of radio add for : 15 sec, 30 sec and 1 minute

Cost of Tender Document is Nu 300.00 (Non-Refundable)
Earnest Money Deposit: Nu. Nu.10, 000.00 (Cash warrant or demand draft in favor of BNBL, Thimphu).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.    Price must be quoted in Ngultrum and it should be inclusive of taxes and duties.
2.    Overwriting of rates shall be considered as void.
3.    The bidder should provide an earnest money of Nu.10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand only) in the form of cash warrant or demand draft, payable to Bhutan National Bank Ltd.
4.    The Bidders must quote their rates as per the rating parameter given in tender document.
5.    EMD amounting to Nu. 10,000.00 shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to provide service on time as per our requirement and the work shall be awarded to the next successive bidder in line.
6.    The bidders past performances and services shall also be considered in the award of work.
7.    BNBL reserve all right to reject any if found not up to the required quality of service.
8.    Payments will be made on delivery of the service.
9.    TDS will be deducted at the time of payment as per norms.
10.    Your tender should submit in your company letter head attached with all the required documents.
11.    Rate validity should be one year or more.
12.    Please provide the License copy, certificate from BICMA and valid tax certificate
13.    The Decision of the tender committee shall be final and binding.
14.    Issue of tender document: from 25th April 2013.
15.    Last Date of Submission: 24th May 2013 on or before 1:00 PM and will be opened on the following day. (tentative)
