Aluat: 200 faina alba, 100 gr unt rece (80% grasime), un galbenus de ou, putina sare si cateva linguri de apa rece, cat sa se lege aluatul. Dupa timpul petrecut in frigider, am intins aluatul intr-o foaie rotunda, cat sa incapa in forma de tarta si sa imbrace si marginile acesteia. - 400 gr broccoli rupt in inflorescente mici&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 ml smantana dulce pentru frisca neindulcita (LaDorna)&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr crema de branza clasica (am luat de la LIDL Milbona)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2-3 catei de usturoi; curatati si taiati in doua, pentru aroma subtila, pentru fani se zdrobesc in sos :)&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr cheddar razuit&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri de parmezan razuit&lt;br /&gt;

Torn amestecul in forma de yena, adauga &lt;b&gt;zmeura &lt;/b&gt;(proaspata sau congelata). Pun in cuptor pentru 45 de minute la 180 grade si apoi suflu sa se raceasca cat mai repede. In timpul coptului clafoutis-ul creste de zici ca isi ia zborul din tava, dar apoi se potoleste si revine unde trebuie 😉&lt;br /&gt;

Sa purcedem. Se iau &lt;b&gt;100 gr de tapioca&lt;/b&gt; si pun intr-o cratita cu &lt;b&gt;400 ml de apa rece&lt;/b&gt; si, la foc mic, se fierbe invartind din cand in cand, cam 5 minute maxim pana se umfla. Perlele de tapioca devin translucide.Turnam mamaliga rezultata intr-o sita deasa si clatim tapioca bine de tot (sita sa fie deasa ca de nu pierdeti toata tapioca in chiuveta). Am transferat tapioca inapoi in cratita, am adaugat &lt;b&gt;400 ml lapte de cocos&lt;/b&gt; si, optional, &lt;b&gt;2 lg de zahar brun&lt;/b&gt;. Am fiert budinca, amestecand constant ca sa nu se prinda, pana am obtinut consistenta dorita, 3-5 minute. Ideea e ca in timp ce se raceste, perlele de tapioca mai absorb din lichid. Am lasat amestecul sa ajunga la temperatura camerei.&lt;/div&gt;
