Since the Daft Punk revealed to the world their Random Access Memories, humanity divided into haters and lovers. Not many things on Earth have such a power.
Me I'd like to dig a little place for my sofa in no man's land. I'm not a Daft Punk lover but I just can't hate them and I'm totally fascinated by the hype they have been able to build around this album.
The resonance will be certainly amplified by the hundreds of bootlegs, remixes, edits, covers that will appear in a while.
I've been very quick for once, I think I have caught one of the first and, let me say it, probably one of the best.

Utopia is a British conspiracy thriller that debuted on Channel 4 on January 2013.
The story follows a small group of people who find themselves in possession of the manuscript sequel of a cult graphic novel called "The Utopia Experiments" which is rumoured to have predicted the worst disasters of the last century. This leads them to be targeted by an organisation known as 'The Network', which they must avoid to survive. Using the manuscript, they must uncover the meaning hidden in its pages before the disasters depicted become reality.
Screenplay and direction are very dry and creative, photography provides that almost sci-fi touch, charachters are surprising, soundtrack is very fresh and unconventional, and I think that this track wouldn’t disfigure inside it.

Since I was a child I’m wondering why they make it rain during the big romantic scenes in movies.
The pattern is always the same: the two (future) lovers have been going round in circles, just looking and no touching, for about three fourths of the movie and now, probably after some kind of shocking event, they are realizing (simultaneously!) that they just can’t live without each other...
So they stop the taxi/train/horse/submarine they’ve just taken to run away from her/him and they go back, running into the rain and...

An orchestra hit, is a synthesizer sound created through the layering of the sounds of a number of different orchestral instruments playing a single staccato note or chord, and I like it so much! It comes suddenly and it lasts very short, but after it, everything seems more important, like after you got a slap in the face.
The opposite of orchestra hit is the clap-clap sound: it is very predictable and makes everything look easier, like a kiss on the cheek.
The combo of the two (orchestra hit and clap-clap but also slap and kiss) could be the real fun! ;)

That’s what she used to do.

I remember that the first time I saw her my blood froze and my heart halted.
