Yesterday, I posted an article, ‘Just how Scientific is Science.‘ It was pointing out the unbelievable claims of an article in the London Guardian that said, that "Aliens may destroy humanity to protect other civilisations, say scientists". They go on to say "Rising greenhouse emissions could tip off aliens that we are a rapidly expanding threat, warns a report." Today I want to ask the question, 'If extraterrestrial beings might view changes in Earth's atmosphere as symptomatic of a civilisation growing out of control – and take drastic action to keep us from becoming a more serious threat, what would they think of our casual attitude to killing our own children in the mother's womb?' I am not really sure if the London Guardian article of Thursday 18 August 2011, shows just how desperate the 'climate change lobby' is, or how un-scientific a man can be and still be called a Scientist or how full of speculation and words like 'might,' a report can be and still have it covered by the Guardians science correspondent, Ian Sample. What caused the Riots in the UK during August 2011, and who is responsible? The BBC on their website gave, ‘The ten competing arguments used to explain the riots.’ But are any of these the true reason? Can any of these explain what we have seen on our TV’s, on our computers or in our newspapers over the last few days? Are these actually reasons or are many of them really just symptoms in themselves of a deeper problem? Before I say anything more, let me say that I am not holding Richard Dawkins responsible for the recent riots in London and elsewhere in the UK. Yesterday I was looking at a great video of equipment to take with you to do street evangelism by Tony Miano, ‘The Lawman,’ when my attention was caught by a picture of me down on the right in the video link thumbnails on youtube! The thumbnail looked like I was waring a giant badge of Ray Comfort, or had Ray’s picture printed on my shirt! Street Outreach in Bridport

Three of us, (Conna, Amy and Andrew), went out today with Chardmead Baptist Church, Victoria Grove, Bridport, to do some street evangelism. We had a good time of fellowship and prayer before and the… the heavens opened, but not with blessing, but with rain!!! However, after a few minuets the rain eased off and we where able to go out for the hour they had booked Bucky Doo Square for.
