I have just received the Topeak Alien II 26 function bicycle tool and I am very impressed. Well made tool, almost everything that you need to do emergency repairs and repairs shop too, in a compact package. It has tools for road and mountain bikes. For those who might think the bottle opener is superfluous, the PIN tool of flat-blade screw driver and chain are integrated. This tool is similar to those on the Swiss Army knives that integrate a screwdriver flat blade with the bottle opener.

That said, I will offer the following disadvantages on this tool. It is a little heavy, but waited in a tool of this well done and complete. As I have only a road bike without brakes disc, Torx T – 25 tool is not for me, but could help a friend I ride with. I found that align unless them you carefully, the two halves of the tool could only be halves-attachment to each other to reassembly. Finally, I wish they had included the post mount the seat with the tool, as opposed to need to buy separa

Topeak Alien II Wow 26-function bicycle tool what great device. Rather than carry 4-8 Pocket tools tearing due to the weight of husband, we have had this tool. We have only taken no help 11 km by bike in the Cades Cove except on your own if break you. All 11 bikes and family was fine. Several bikes necessary adjustments and this tool handled all the problems that have occurred as a field.Thank you to think. I would call it “the mcgyver” tool bike no tape included!

I bought a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Rugged construction, baskets are nice & deep and great value for the price. I had to modify the installation a bit with some additional hardware, but which must be provided as bikes very well in the size & style, there is no way to get a basket to fit all. I would definitely recommend.

I own an electrified Schwinn Point Beach Cruiser bike. The rack holds my 36v battery pack broke welds and I needed a replacement immediately. The 520 rack works very well! I keep my batteries in a box of ammunition with plastic attached on the top rack and holds everything safely. My bike is required no change. Only, it took a little time to understand how I wanted to join all. My city of brick and even on this rough surface streets, there is no rattle of the rack. I use my bike for travel and work and general trips around the city, and I can tell you that it is a wonderful addition for anyone who uses their bike for more than just casual riding. It transforms your bike into a real carrier and will pay for itself with fuel consumption, wear and tear registered etc. using is not your car as well. A well produced and highly recommended!

I agree with the other authors here: it’s big basket/rack combination. Very robust and good research (even though I was surprised it came naked in the Amazon area without any packaging or instructions Wald). The most difficult part is it installed on the comfort of my wife cruiser. Her bike has an atypical framework where a normal bike would have the two suspension rear tubes come rising and connect under the seat, hers was a spring big instead shock absorber. If I were to manipulations on much tried to get the main support of connect safely without interfering with its rear brake assembly. It took some doing (I finally got to have a second person help to maintain the shopping cart in place while I’ve tightened the bolts) and I have scraped some of the paint, but now that it has installed it looks great and works very well too. If you have a standard frame bike, the installation should be easy enough.

These were the most affordable pedals of double-sided I could find, and they are outstanding. They are solid and my system Shimano SPD shoes fit perfectly. Factory in the clip system settings worked for me out of the box, but the settings appear to be standard and offers a wide range to suit any preference. They were heavier than my original pedals at the beginning, but which still had the cages in them and do not have two sides (which is why there is some additional hardware in these new pedals). Once they exchange in these cages were essentially the same.

This is my first encounter with clipless pedals. I bought for my dad to use in his Jazz Trek mountain bike. I think that you illw like, I know what to do, but the guys riding with would probably be rather had no shoes and clipless pedals because he already leads the group in speed. They seem to be made with quality materials, but mine had bearings that were too tight factory (made in Taiwan). To loosen the bearings need: (their bearings could be well) -remove screws 4 hollow head and the screw of Philips 1 by which you can remove the black part in U-shape. I used some heat to remove one of the hollow head screws. -now have access the cover black, bulletproof it using a razor blade. -remove the nut. -remove the washer, may need needle tip tweezers. -Loosen the cone of some bearings. -place the washer. -Tighten the nut. -check clamping of bearing. (pedal should rotate freely, but must be loose). -put some thread lockers in the screws that hold the thing .

Bicycle Child Seats – Reviews

I’ve looked at all of them and this was the only one that had consistently good reviews. This is one of the very few times that I have bought something based solely on the reviews, but the other seats had such bad reviews that I had to give this a try. The five star rating is well-deserved.

High points:
1. MY WIFE PUT IT ON THE BIKE. That is historic. It is very easy to install. You can read the instructions and have it put on the bike in 5 minutes. All other seats require HOURS or require you to take it to a bike shop.
2. Seat is sturdy and my little girl loves it.
3. Instructions say max. weight is 38 lbs. Some reviews show a lower weight so they may be for an older model.
4. MY WIFE PUT IT ON THE BIKE. Oh, I already said that.
5. I’m 6’2″ and this was not a problem to use. It takes a little adjustment when you are turning the bike, but that is not a problem. Did I tell you that my wife put it on the bike?

Low points:

1. None, other than I wish I had known that you could buy additional mounts (“stingers”) at the time I bought it so I could save on shipping.

I bought this product for my 22 month old son who weighs a little over 29 lbs now. The boy loves the seat and the assembling on the bike is fairly easy. The seat easily comes on and off within 1 minute once the clamp is attached to the handle. The positives on this seat are definitely the fact that the child can see everything rather than looking at the adult’s back. It also allows for close interaction between you and your child as you can speak to them directly and they can look up and see you.

I have mounted the seat on a mountain bike and the 3 big negatives that I’ve found so far is that since the bike is mounted near the center of the bike, you basically lose the ability to straddle the bike when you have to stop riding. This can be difficult when you come up to a stop light and you have to turn the bike handle to the left so that you can make enough room to be able to fit between the seat and the baby carrier and straddle the bike. Another disadvantage compared to rear baby carriers is that my son will usually fall asleep after riding about 15 or 20 minutes since he enjoys the motion. But since the carrier doesn’t have a high back or sides, his head doesn’t get any support so he starts to lean forward or to the side. The shoulder straps keep him in place, so I’m not too concerned about safety, it’s more an issue of convenience as I don’t like to ride with him “flopping” about like that. Lastly, when removing the boy from the seat, his foot will have a tendency to get stuck in between the carrier and the front handlebar. You have to make an effort to push his feet to point down before it will slip through and you can carry him out. This is due to the fact that with a lower handlebar and the gears on the handle, it doesn’t leave much free space to maneuver.

I don’t think the manufacturer can really do too much about the negatives I mentioned and I do think that having the child riding up front outweighs the negatives when compared to a rear seat carrier. According to the manufacturer, they rated this seat up to 32 lbs only, so I only have a few more months to use this. But I intend to make the most of it since I enjoy biking and getting the chance to do it with my son with this product makes it much easier.

If you’re thinking about buying this kid’s seat, you should make sure that it fits you. In particular, it needs to (A) fit your bike and (B) fit your body size. For (A), it won’t work with drop handles, but can also be problematic for other bikes. The best bikes for this seat are those with handles that bow upwards a bit. Especially in light of the answer to (B), if you’re riding a bike with low(ish) handlebars, this seat may not work for you. Turning to (B), if you’re on the smaller side, this seat probably won’t work (unless you have a bike that’s good on dimension (A).) I’m 6′ 3″, so I could use the seat on our mountain bike because I can reach around the kid to get to the handles. But my wife, who’s 5′ 9″, can’t. It’s too uncomfortable for her to reach around the kid to get to the bike handles. Since our other bike, that only fits me, has a rear seat, we’re forced to return this seat to Amazon. So beware about sizing (unless you like to pay return fees) and try it out ahead of time if you can.
