It's been a long time gone but it's finally back. The animation block that introduced me to Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star and a litany of other shows I might never have seen or heard of in my small town. The block that got me through long nights for college homework without going nuts. "What animation block?" you ask?

Toonami. = )

It's good to see TOM and the Absolution again. I hope this new run lasts for a while. As for me, I'm going to close this out and enjoy some cartoons.

I got like three pages left in my current strip book. Instead of jumping right into the next story arc, I kinda' want to do some more 'Ask a Vampire' strips. Well... sorta'.

This time around, I'm going to show my werewolf-lovin' readers a little love. I'm looking for questions for my resident were-critters Red and Vincent.

This year, I was asked by a buddy of mine to do something for a local pizza shop for Free Comic Book Day. His suggestion - a Biff strip to accompany an offer. The ad was dropped at the comic shop next door to the pizza place. This would be that strip.

On my end, it seemed simple enough and it seems to have gone over well for both parties. Though I need to do some other business-type stuff (stats and whatnot), it did bring in some new readers and I got to find out that my comics are still quite legible when printed under 5 inches wide. = )

Now for something way less business related... new Monster Girl! = D

I dipped into my old devArt poll and did my take on Miss Janice Starlin, the lead from "The Wasp Woman". -> [LinkTastic!]

Now to shake off this allergy funk and get back to work.

Like I said before, I'm doing some updates to the site right now.

At the moment, you can see a button above the donate link for the Mobile Crypt. If you dig a little deeper, you'll find some fun stuff added to the Links page and a Graphic.ly link for Biff Vol.1 in the store (bumping the places your can snag a copy of Vol.1 to Three). If you're reading this on the site itself then you might see some crazy fluctuations. Consider this the "Pardon Our Dust" bit of the updates. = )

Now, this is something I've been trying to get settled for the last six or so months. I'd had plans for it for the last year, honestly. It wasn't until recently that everything kinda' fell into place.

Biff the Vampire: Mobile Crypt -> [LinkTastic!]

I know, I know. Not another one, right? Well... stick with me here. The Mobile Crypt is something of a problem solver. It let's folks stay in touch with the strip via the Twitter feed, Facebook Fanpage, and a separate "Ask a Vampire" form. It let's folks know about upcoming events - both online and off - without constantly checking the site for an update. It also let's folks read the Feed directly.

All this in a single place. The Mobile Crypt.

It's even cross-platform. You don't have to worry about this being an Apple only or Android only thing. It's good for a number of systems.

Consider this my gift to you fine folks on this, my 30th birthday. You keep me going though some of the craziest times. This is the least I can do.

New News posted: No Guestbook or Calender?!

As of 4/02/12, the old HTMLGear doohickeys I used for my guestbooks, calender of events and my old website's product poll are dead. Discontinued by Lycos (I know, right?) as they move onto other projects. This means I'm now in a unique position of joining the rest of world in the current year instead of living in the 90's. = P

The question now becomes do I replace these old features with something else or do I simply let them die. As of now, I'm looking for a decent all-in-one alternative. Facebook seems to be next to useless outside of the fanpage itself. Plus I know there are many many folks who would rather I not go that route (myself included). Seeing as this site is very much a crazy combo of a bunch of different scripts and not powered by Wordpress like most of the other comics out there, finding good replacements is tough.

As I search, I'll update here. Feel free to send me your own ideas via email or even through the strip's comments. I gotta' get back to work on a special item that I hope to get up by my birthday later this week.

In a strange twist of fate, I ended up popping up in someone else's comic for once! Thanks to my love of a... certain "kids cartoon", I ended up in a recent issue of The Space Between by Shane McCarthy. = )

Seeing as it's been a bit since I last posted one, have a (relatively) new Monster Girl. [LinkTastic!]

And it's back to work on this not-so-lazy Friday te 13th. I've got to start laying out Biff Book 2, still need to write the next strip in this story arc, and (if I can squeeze it in) level my FemShep in Mass Effect a bit more before I bum ME2 off of my buddy.
