So... That took a while. -.-

Anyhoo! This concludes my little take on a couple of "Day in the Life"-type story bits. I rarely ever do anything in 'Goth Issues' - the place everyone works at - besides some quickie little dips into the Crew handling things on their own. It's rare I actually show them all working a shift at the same time.

You know... like how an actual store works. o.O

Now that I've gotten all of That out of my system, it's time for me to dip back into something I've put off for years: Making the next Biff Book. By that, I mean disappearing from posting much for a bit while I rescan/clean up the old strips and fix some word balloons (The Only true change I allow myself to do on my older strips lest I lose myself in "Fixing Things") and drawing up a new cover. A lot of work that I need to do but don't like to 'cause I dislike this place going dark for all that time.

At least... I Did. I also have bills to pay! Like the one that pays for This Place! An it's been what... something like four years since the last one and it's Not Even Close to being where I should be on in the stack. The next book is Volume 7. I'm currently on my 13th Strip Book - the measuring stick I use for making the collected volumes.

That's a lot of words to say I'll be working on the next Biff Book and things will get Really Lean for updates for the time being but Hey! That's how I roll, ya' know?

If you'd like to help me keep the lights on while I'm away working on things:

- I opened a book store over in Itch.io! -> https://propheteka.itch.io/

- You can toss some coin at my "Goal" on Ko-Fi to help put a dent in my server costs! -> https://ko-fi.com/propheteka/goal?g=0

- I'm popping up some new designs over on my RedBubble page! -> https://www.redbubble.com/people/ProphetEKA

Now I'm off to dig up some images and get things set to start on the next book. I'll do my best to post updates and take breaks from working on the collection of comics by working on the comic proper. 'Cause I dislike this place going dark for too long.

On a Sadder Note: I learned a few days ago that an old friend of mine passed. We used to roll together back in the day (A lifetime ago, honestly) and she helped act as a sounding board for a few non-Biff projects all those years ago. If you ever read my 'Instinctive' stuff, those are built from chat logs where they let me just drop ideas and tell a story over the course of a few nights.

Her passing was unexpected but not unseen as health issues were not uncommon for her. All this extra wordiness was to put off this next part but I'd be remiss if I didn't give her one last shout out.

See you on the flip, Bourque.

Remember: Stay Safe. Wear a Mask if you need to. Get vaccinated if you can. Get a booster if you're already good on all that. And remember to keep your head up.

Things seem dark but we can make it through if we have each other's backs and fight against it.
