Day 2 race(Endurance),I complete the race without any stop but I lose.The ranking I not sure,the result only show from 1st till 30 only.Start cycling from 11 morning till 5 evening.

Day 1 race(Cross Country),I disqualified causes chain broken at the half way.

29 July 2008,Kayuhan Jati Diri at Kuala Kangsar also know as Kuala Kangsar MTB ride.All about 900+- participant from all Malaysia come to join this ride.I like this trek and also the best trek that I ever ride before,for me downhill is the best among this ride.

The register day,Sandra and Nabil also sell they waterproof product at there.

28 June,night.I with my mountain bike team go to 7-Eleven to buy some snack for preparing mountain bike ride the day before.When I want to enter there I saw one man is drawing near there,I go closer and see.He is name Mat also know as "Abang Mat" at that street(I ask him name),and he asking me back where I"m from then I just tell him I coming to Kuala Kangsar for mountain bike ride.And he surprise that I come from very far.Ha ha.

I go to Tuba Island twice times already when I join Wilderness Langkawi Challenge before but I never go there ride mountain bike before.So I heard my 99 Bikes team say gonna go there to ride for fun so I just join it without thinking.And this is my 3rd time already.Is off road!!

Because of too happy,so I still cannot sleep at that time!!

Ironman Malaysia Triathlon 2008,Langkawi Island.

Anticipation was mounting for first timers and others alike as they were prepared even before the sunrise at the river bank near Dataran Lang. Differed by age, 700 participants from 38 countries were afloat at the first signal at 7.30am, getting ready for their first round of the triathlon -- swimming 3.8km. The race officially started at 7.45am.

Mathieu Ohalloran, 22, from Canada was leading in the swim, which gave him the upper hand to bike. Following behind him in less than an hour was Faris Al Sultan, 30, from Germany. In the women's category Hillary Biscay, 29, from USA was in the lead and this is her first time here to compete in Langkawi. Second place in the swimming competition was Elmar Schuberth from Austria.

However the final result, exclaimed by the energetic emcee, Whit Raymond was different. Faris Al Sultan is now officially the champ anman of Langkawi Ironman Triathlon 2008. He was amazingly an hour and 50 minutes ahead of the initial targeted time. He reached at 8 hours 34 minutes and 41 seconds.

All the participant warm up before start the world tough race on earth.

After swimming 1.2 mile,time to bike 56 mile and running 13.1 mile.Is very tried.

Ready to bike 56 mile.Is very far !!!!

One of the thoughest show on eart,is Iron Man race.Huge.

All of them is a Iron Man from Philipine.We become a friends already.

Snake Sanctuary on Langkawi Island

I stay at Langkawi Island almost 2 years already and I didn't go to Snake Sanctuary before.At that day I hear my friends wanna go there to take a look,so I also join them.Snake Sanctuary was located at Kampung Tok Senik and it just take a few minutes go there from Kuah town.There have a lot of snake to see but I just take a few picture.

Saturday 7-8-2008,all mountain bike rider come to Gunung Raya,Langkawi Island to ride.Is on road and the higher mountain in Langkawi Island.There have 3 team,

-99 Bikes from Kuah town,Langkawi.

-Padang Masirat.

-and also Soo Beng team from Alor Setar.

All total about 4+ participant,and this is just ride for fun.

Tuba Island,3rd May 2008.It took by the ferry about 30 minutes from Langkawi Island and this is my second bigger race that I join.Last year Wilderness Langkawi Challenge I got 3rd place,but this year I finish with.....

My race map,have 2 route.Route 1 and route 2,I"m route 2.

All participant will kayaking till here for some activities,I like this part during the race.

University Utara Malaysia Mountain Bike Labour Day Ride,"OUT OF BOUNDS".

1 May 2008 at University Utara Malaysia have a mountain bike fellowship ride,organizer by Shimano Giant,Alor Setar.And this is my 3rd ride after at Ipoh mountain bike fellowship ride,all total 45 km.But this time at UUM just 35 km,and also this is my second time at UUM ride,the trek also was not bad and so easy to complete.

We arrived at there the day before the,I also hear that if the ten person finish the ride early will got the mystery gift from Shimano.Is cool,and I was ready all day long just because want to get top 10 but failed.Know why?My behind gear suddenly got problem and cannot go faster anymore.But I complete it and have a bit disappointed,but nevermind.Next time I wont repeat it back again,I"m serious dude.

21 April,Saturday,8 p.m.Is a most happening day to me,I got a change go to watch MTV live featuring Good Charlotte at Malaysia.National Stadium Bukit Jalil,Carpark A with performances by Lo,Estranged and One Buck Short. I don't believe that I finally see Good Charlotte live in from my eye,especially Billy Martin playing guitar,the way he jump and the way he move.Huge! This concert is brought by DIGI also know as MTV live featuring Good Charlotte.With their all brand new song album,Good Morning Revival.The Good Charlotte concert ticket cannot buy,is limited.All we have to do is answer the question by MTV Asia,and you can get the pass by post through you home.All total 4 pcs pass! Also Vj Denise and Vj Utt live at there.Cool.Don't know how to say,I was feel so high and use all my 100% energy to move,sing and dance.The stadium is going out of control to Good Charlotte.At the same time,I still didn't eat and drink at all when I enter the stadium.I need to refuel with dinner and drink.I was hoping to hear Good Charlotte to perform at Malaysia when I start like this band.I preparing my self for the thousand strong crowd.When Good Charlotte on stage to sing,I"m screaming together with the ecstatic fans.I feel a huge surge forward and people are still pushing to get closer.It"s crazy to be right in the middle but I"m loving every minute of it.

Thailand few hours shopping before Chinese New Year.

Still got 3 days left before chinese new year,I got a holiday from my work.So I go back to my hometown from Langkawi Island to Alor Setar,Kedah by a ferry.It take about one and the half of two hours.When I arrival at my home,I saw my family just like prepare to go out somewhere.I ask them all and tell me that wanna go to Hatyai,Thailand to buy a clothes for my sister.I feel like a long time already didn't go out with my family so I just follow and take a rest inside my father car later after tried inside ferry.

Some of friends,some of people say I look like Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United Football club if I make a hair style like him.Is depand on you when u see me face to face.I always like to change my skin colour and also a lot people say I look like malay after I do like that.I dont care what they say cause I always like sport.Mostly mountain bike.

This is my first time go to Sepang to watch Motor Grand Prix at Sepang.I like motor sport long time already since I"m a student,after I work and start earn money already.So I take this change with my friends to go there,before that just always sitting at home watch through television.But now I take a real look,live!! I got surprise at there,it was huge and the sound is very loud till you have to put something inside your ear.

My money are not waste to buy this ticket,I"m a Velentino Rossi die-hard-fans with the bike number 46.He also know as a "The Doctor".He ride Yamaha from Fiat Yamaha Team.

This is my 2nd old school gathering,I very love this gathering,u know why?Is because we separate from each other already after finish school from S.M.K.Darulaman and very hard to meet.I have to precious this gold time.It cannot re flash back again.
But this 2nd old school gathering not to much people come cause some of the people busy with their family,school and work.And also the date was choose is not suitable.Lotly is a girl coming!!!
