DOES EMPLOYER NEED TO SEARCH EMPLOYEE ONLINE BACKGROUND TO HIRE THEM?

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Tue, 18 Jan 2011 13:31:00 +0000

I got shock of what I read in a newspaper about an article that a employer or a company need to check first the online background first before they will hire somebody in their company. That's unfair maybe for me being in online is a privacy for anyone and a company that you want work for should never done a such thing like that. But companies like Google or Facebook I think must done that. But for some company that is not important, what if your a star in youtube,Facebook or you had a blog that a company should know all about that? I think is doesn't matter because we had a freedom to do what is the best thing for you and no one should control on what you do.

The article is so sad to read. Now I want back in time which there is no internet so that there will be unemployed people in the world because they didn't like you online background.

Are agree about this guys? I hope we all blogger stay together that being a blogger is a freedom and no one should question about what we make.

TRAVEL TO THE MYSTERY OF BERMUDA TRIANGLE WITH GULLIVER

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Tue, 18 Jan 2011 13:22:00 +0000

The Gulliver's travel movie is so cool and full of funny and exciting moments.Jack Black is kind of destined to be the Gulliver man.A worker in a mailroom of a big publishing company who try to lie that he is a traveler and given a task to find out the real mystery of the Bermuda triangle but an accident he never expected and he goes to ate by big waves of water including her boat and when he wakes up the unexpected little people try to tie him down and become their prisoner. But Gulliver find way to make people trust him by saving the King from a fire and then he become the man of defense in the Lilipot and become the General but there is someone don't like him General Edward wants Gulliver down and return to real world. But then again Gulliver comes home victorious and the glory of the Lilipot backs.

The movie is a modern type of what the Gulliver's travel all about, but still they same he is the giant beast in the movie and help and make joy to every people in Lilipot and help every people in their everyday living.

In the movie also include the island of nowhere which giant people lives and Gulliver become a cute doll of a giant girl.

The movie is so funny and had a lesson that we should be not satisfy in what we are we must try something new and conquer all the barriers in life.

TOURIST MOVIE REVIEW

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Mon, 10 Jan 2011 15:05:00 +0000

The movie is something everyone who watch is confuse about the whole story about, but it so fun to see Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie come together in a film a comedy and sexy combination.I really like the movie,it is so cool and so fun to watch.I like also the story and the place where film shoot,in Venice a good city and place to shoot a movie.

Angelina plays as Elle an agent who fall in love to the guy which she meant to be her suspect and someone who should be his wanted person to catch. But some how Alexander Pierce the person whose Angelina love gone and missing and change his face because he is wanted in more than 14 countries and a group of gangster wants to kill him after he stolen their money worth 700 million pound,a billion is US money and people follows Elle so that they will catch Alexander.Until they went Venice and Elle met Frank (Johnny Depp)a tourist in a train that will went to Venice as a part of a letter that Alexander sent to Elle that she should find a person to be met in the train and act that his him.And then Frank really confuse about all things happen to him, until he found out that he is all part of the plan of Elle and Alexander to make a police confuse.

But what shocking about the movie is that in the end Frank is Alexander,he waste 20 million to change his face and then make everyone confuse and think what's happen. And then they live happily ever after.

Tourist is a good movie that should everyone should watch.

THE SAFE TO DRINK MINUTE MAID PULPY ORANGE JUICE

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Sun, 09 Jan 2011 13:50:00 +0000

I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’. Aw, c’mon…It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe... yeah..I think that's rights it doesn't had any preservatives added, because I use to drink it almost everyday and it's like a real fruit juices and I love the pulps.....

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added. So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED! That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens! Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I... already like it when the first time i DRINK IT, and I'm been addicted to it guys....

So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right? Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means... delicious to me..and safe to drink.believe me guys...................

So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!! Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED, I'm gonna tell you this that you must try first and you should be the one to decide and rate and find out if there is any preservatives on it...This pulpy drink are delicious and you cannot find like this ORANGE TASTE...

Feels good to know about the real pulpy deal, right? C’mon show me a smile on the comment box, and you might win yourself a Really Pulpy Deal! (That’s a chance to win a Minute Maid gift pack simply by commenting. Sweet! C'mon you just might be picked as the lucky 'commentor'!)

Love,

POWER BALANCE IS IT TRUE OR NOT? THE MODERB TALISMAN

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Thu, 06 Jan 2011 23:59:00 +0000

You see some athletes now wearing a bracelet they called power balance which claims that they can increase power, stamina and balance and strength when using it.You look to some NBA players and some people now wearing this amazing bracelet which an Australian University says that there is no proof that the power balance can give that kind of strength and power, some says it is just the modern talisman.

The company of power balance also claims that they don't had any proof about power balance that it can give the amazing power, then the company is also giving money back or refund to any person claims that they are cheated with the product. So now why there are still many people wearing it and if there is no any effect and power balance is not cheaper it had a high price in the market because they claimed it has a powerful effect for the body who uses it.

Power balance is a suck.Luckily I'm not one of them using it and I'm not cheated also.HAHAHAHAHAH...

U.S BILLIONERS JOIN TOGETHER TO SHARE THEIR WEALTH TO PHILANTHROPY

jhimx_kuya28@yahoo.com (pinoy post man) — Thu, 09 Dec 2010 19:56:00 +0000

More US billionaires are joining to a movement of sharing half of their wealth to philanthropy. There are about estimated 400 billionaires in US more than in any country in the world. But there are only 57 billionaires who only join the movement, but still they convince the other billionaires to share their wealth like what did by some billionaires to help the philanthropy.

The movement named GIVING PLEDGE which founded by Bill Gates the microsoft founder.Including the list of the billionaires is the Facebook CEO Mark Zukerberg, who also recently last September donated a $100 million in a school in New Jersey.

Being a billionaire is a blessing and it should be share what they had to others, this is a gift and not just you just born to had it but to give it.The giving pledge movement is a good idea so that those billionaires can help some people and share what they had.Bill Gates is really genius and a kind man.

Good job...

See the list of billionaires who already share and join the giving pledge....
