So after my 10-day pamahase challenge, how did I fare? Not so very good but not that bad also.

After the first five days of the challenge, &amp;nbsp;I spent less than one thousand pesos expected if I will take two-cab rides a day. So instead, I only spent &amp;nbsp;Php328 for the week. I have to be honest that I failed the first time I did this Cardio challenge. Why? It was difficult for my weight to do the two exercises here. Since I am too heavy, my knees and ankles get too painful even for a few tries. So I stopped. Yes, you read it right. At 264lbs, I should be drinking half of my body weight in ounce to totally hydrate myself. Now, I am thinking how am I going to drink 16 glass of water (250ml) &amp;nbsp;if I usually fail to drink 8 glasses of water every day?

I need to drink a glass of water in every hour that I am awake for 16 hours.
