These dogs are given the freedom to run around the whole town and they never eat proper dog food (kibbles, canned etc.) They only eat scraps and leftovers from human meals.

The dogs have NO distinct breed. Because of their running around, they have become so mixed it’s impossible to tell their breed (but they are generally LABRADOR size).

My question is: Why are these dogs, with very poor living conditions, so strong? My grandmother’s dog lived to be ~16 (believe it or not) and he died from ancient age. Never once did he take medication to prevent heart worms or fleas or hook worms or any type of worm. He just ran around, ate scraps and rubbish and lived life. Occasionally, my grandpa would pick the ticks off the dog and that’ll be it.

Why do our pets get so sick easily? We spend heaps every month on quality kibble, worry about this and that, vaccinations, pills etc. And they only live to be 10 -14 or so (on average).

the small boy [[kenny]] is 3 1/2 years ancient & he is the worst behaved
his dad allows him to do EVERYTHING

he even allows my cousin to bite him
& kenny throws things at everybody & doesn’t get in distress
he throws remote controls, brushes, toys i mean everything

he throws his food on the ground
i went to visit them & i left my two month ancient baby diaper bag in the couch
kenny grabbed the diaper rash [[it was a groundbreaking new one]] & squeezed ALL of it on the diaper bag & inside
he got it on my baby’s clothes, diapers, shoes, even on his carseat & on my aunts couch

of course i didn’t expect her to spank the kid [[i don't believe in hitting a child]]
but atleast acknowledge what he did & get a time out

but this kid does whatever he wants
we went outside & he was riding his electrical car
[[its an actual car that he gets on & drives 12 m/p]]
when his dad told him he couldn’t go out anymore driving his small car

my cousin went crazy he started screaming & scratching his dad’s face & biting him

i was like woa!! he even got his car & drove himself against his dad’s car hitting the rims terrible
he could have gotten hurt

i know he is a small kid but trust me he is very smart & says everything
even foul language all the time & he doesn’t get in distress for saying terrible words to everybody
he even still uses diapers because he doesn’t want to get used to regular underwears even though he talks PERFECTLY,,

im a new mother & i don’t want want my kid to be like that..
i don’t want to spank my child because i believe that time out is effective
kids can’t stand the fact of staying still for not even 5 minutes

but this kid has no discipline at all
none of her kids have
the 10 year ancient uses a lot of foul language & even tells his own mom to shut-up
the 6 year ancient told my husband to suck his d**k & questioned him how many girls he had sex with
& that day i went to visit them he was told to go inside to do his hw instead he just got his bicycle & went out

i just don’t want my baby boy to be like that
i don’t want people talking about how terrible my child misbehaves
i know kids are kids but to a certain point..

i can’t even leave my baby unattended when i go to my aunts house
i caught my small cousin pointing a play gun to my baby’s head when my baby was sleeping in the carseat & i got up to go to the bathroom & the gun had fake bullets so he could have hurted my baby

Even though you may know all the benefits to a healthy exercise program, you may not be motivated enough to really start. So you have to question yourself this: Do I like solo sports? Or the camaraderie of team sports? Also, you might consider your schedule, surroundings and physical capability. “No matter your sports dilemma is, you have to make the choice that’s best for you.” (Stanford) Furthermore, you need to reflect on what type of exercise you need more. With Flexibility, Aerobic and Strength Training to choose from, choose whether or not you need to lose weight, tone up or regain flexibility.

One of the most vital parts of avoiding injuries is making sure your equipment is safe, up to date and fitting appropriately. “Using the incorrect- or improperly fitted- equipment is a major cause of injuries.” When looking for a bicycle helmet, or multisport helmet, make certain that it sports a CPSC sticker. It should fit snugly but not tilt the head forward or backward. “The most protective eye gear is made from a plastic called polycarbonate and has been tested especially for sports use.” If you wear glasses, you’ll probably need prescription polycarbonate goggles. Mouth guards are used for protecting your teeth, tongue and mouth and should be used for any contact sport. Wrist, knee, and elbow guards are vital too for protecting bones from breaks and sprains. Last but not least, the right footwear can protect you from falling. Cleats are used for baseball, football, soccer and softball and any shoes should be replaced before they wear out.

While training is vital to your game, rest is essential too. Overdoing it is quite possible and it is recommended that you rest 2 days a week with at least 2-3 months off. If you have been injured, make sure to rest until you are fully healed and can return. “Your doctor, coach or trainer will give you specific advice on when you should return to your sport or activity.” (Congeni) If you have any amount of pain, take it simple or it will get worse. Be sure to seek medical advice if you have moderate to severe pain, pain that interferes with sleep or daily activity, swelling, or inability to perform normal activities.

So whether you’re into contact sports like Football and Rugby, or into honing in on your meditation skills by participating in Yoga and Pilates, there is a sport for you. But to ensure you can do it for a long time, you have to take precautions and follow safety regulations. You can do this by getting the right equipment, fitting gear, and training properly with the help or a doctor, trainer or coach.
