Representatives from the company recently traveled to both countries to meet with government officials, said Tim Hoelter, Harley's vice president of government affairs. The Milwaukee-based company is working with U.S. officials to lessen what Harley sees as two major barriers to entering India — stringent emissions standards and tariffs of more than 90 percent. OCC charges $100,000 or more to do a themed motorcycle like this. PEZ is apparently also planning an Orange County Choppers Gift Set that will be "limited" to 250,000 or 300,000 sets. There will be a set of three dispensers, one for each of the stars of the show: Paul Sr., Paul Jr., and Mikey. The release date is supposed to be around October. If this happens, it will represent a departure from PEZ's long-standing rule that no dispensers are made of real people. Dispensers showing "humans" are not prohibited, but dispensers showing a real-life person are -- or were. A Princess Leia dispenser shows a "person", but that person is a character from a movie, not the actress playing the character.
