Ma Myriam aveva deciso di vivere per la gioia dei suoi cari. E così i medici l'hanno fatta nascere prima, ma essendo prematura ha vissuto un po' in un'incubatrice. Avevo voglia di usare lo stampo della &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;PAVONI&lt;/span&gt; "M'ama, non m'ama" e cosi ho realizzato un fiore decorato secondo la mia fantasia. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per l'impasto base ho scelto la ricetta "Torta morbida di cocco" che ho letto sulla rivista "Più dolci" di maggio 2011 &lt;br /&gt;

Ingredienti: &lt;br /&gt;
250 g. di farina - 4 uova - 60 g. di farina di cocco - 180 g. di zucchero - 200 g. di burro morbido - 3 cucchiai di succo di arancia - 6 g. di lievito - una bustina di vanillina - un pizzico di sale. &lt;br /&gt;

Con lo sbattitore rendete cremoso e ben montato il burro con metà zucchero &lt;br /&gt;
Aromatizzate con la vanillina e il succo di arancia &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;img border="0" height="300" src="http://i858.photobucket.com/albums/ab142/mariadauria/antipasti136.jpg" width="400" /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;

A parte sbattete a spuma anche le uova con il resto dello zucchero e versatele sulla battuta di burro amalgamando bene. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unite la farina setacciata con il lievito e con il sale &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

e completate con la farina di cocco. Mescolare bene, versare nello stampo e cuocere per 35 m. o più &lt;br /&gt;

Una volta raffreddato, da ogni petalo ho tagliato una buona parte per pareggiare e ho cominciato ad ipotizzare il fiore finale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo ho fatto la pasta di mandorle, secondo la ricetta base. L'ho divisa in vari pezzi, colorata, avvolta in pellicola trasparente e messa una trentina di minuti nel frigo &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;img border="0" height="300" src="http://i858.photobucket.com/albums/ab142/mariadauria/antipasti134.jpg" width="400" /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trascorso il tempo necessario, con la pasta di mandorle, ho modellato roselline e foglioline in modo da tenerle già pronte. (La pasta rossa mi è servita per fare le roselline per guarnire il cuore di cioccolto) &lt;br /&gt;
In ultimo ho fatto la glassa con 250 g. di zucchero a velo setacciato, mezzo albume e alcune gocce di limone. Ho diviso il composto in tre ciotoline: una per il giallo, (i petali) una per il verde (le foglie) e un'altra per il marrone (lo stelo). &lt;br /&gt;
Ho glassato ogni pezzo e l'ho decorato con le roselline che avevo già pronte&lt;/div&gt;

Ho trovato questa ricetta sul mio libro "L'enciclopedia della cucina italiana" e l'ho bimbizzata&lt;/div&gt;

Ingredienti &lt;br /&gt;
350 g di farina (non era specificato, ma ho usato la farina 0) &lt;br /&gt;
200 g di gorgonzola dolce (ho usato Gim) &lt;br /&gt;
60 g di burro &lt;br /&gt;
1 cubetto di lievito di birra &lt;br /&gt;
olio evo q,b. &lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo &lt;br /&gt;
sale q.b.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Procedimento &lt;br /&gt;
Versare nel boccale la farina , il burro a pezzetti e il lievito sciolto in mezzo bicchiere di acqua tiepida. Lavorare l'impasto per &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;8/10 m , vel. spiga&lt;/span&gt;. Nel mentre aggiungere un po' di sale e un po' di acqua fino ad ottenere un composto sodo ed elastico. Lasciare nel boccale coperto per 30 minuti &lt;br /&gt;
Riavviate il Bibmby per pochi secondi; prendete l'impasto e stendetelo in una sfoglia di 7/8 mm di spessore. Ponetelo in una teglia spennellata di olio. &lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola battete l'uovo e, con questo, spennelate la superficie della pasta. Lasciate lievitare ancora per 30 m. Fate cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 190° per 30m. &lt;br /&gt;
Sfornatela e servite a piacere&lt;/div&gt;

Sarà perchè mi piace il gorgonzola, ma questa focaccia è stata un ottimo accompagnamento alle fave e alle noci&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ingredienti &lt;br /&gt;500 g. di baccalà amollato &lt;br /&gt;150 g. di maionese &lt;br /&gt;4 cucchiai di olio (ne ho messo 2) &lt;br /&gt;olive nere, prezzemolo, patate, sale, pepe &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dopo aver privato il baccalà della pelle e delle spine, tagliarlo a pezzi, asciugarlo e cuocerlo a vapore per 15 m. Lasciatelo raffreddare e poi tritatelo. Mettetelo in una terrina ed amalgamatevi l'olio, il prezzemolo tritato, un po' di sale, il pepe e la maionese. &lt;br /&gt;Versate la spuma in una ciotolina ricoperta con pellicola trasparente, pressate, coprite e tenetela in frigo per 2 h. &lt;br /&gt;Sformate il baccalà e guarnitelo con fette di patate lesse, olive nere snocciolate e foglioline di prezzemolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Dopo aver fatto marinare il cinghiale per 24 h, tritate alcuni pezzi e preparate il sugo, secondo la vostra ricetta. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fate bollire in una pentola capiente l'acqua e sale, calate le pappardelle e cuocetele per il tempo necessario (non ho cronometrato, mi dispiace. Comunque c'è voluta una bella cottura) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scolate, condite con ragù, parmigiano e un po' di pepe. &lt;br /&gt;BUONISSIMI!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ingredienti &lt;br /&gt;300 g. di patate - 2 zucchine con i fiori - mezzo porro - sale - pepe - 1 uovo - 30 g. di parmigiano - 30 g. di pane grattugiato &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare le zucchine a tocchetti piccoli, i fiori a listarelle e lasciare ammorbidire sul fuoco con un po' di olio. Lessare le patate, schiacciarle e aggiungere i tocchetti di zucchine, il parmigiano, l'uovo, il pane grattuggiato, sale e pepe. Amalgamare bene &lt;br /&gt;Prendere un po di impasto per volta e formare dei piccoli panzarotti . Sistemarli sulla leccarda ricoperta di carta forno e cuocere a 180° per 15 m. A metà cottura, pennellare con un po' di olio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besciamella (mezzo litro) come da libro base TM 31 &lt;br /&gt;500 g. di asparagi già lessati (tagliare a bastoncini e lasciare le punte) &lt;br /&gt;200 g. di provola di Sorrento, tagliata a dadini &lt;br /&gt;100 g. di speck (una sola fetta) tagliato a dadini &lt;br /&gt;Parmigiano grattugiato a piacere - sale - pepe &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calate gli gnocchi nell'acqua bollente e salata e&amp;nbsp; scolateli appena verranno a galla &lt;br /&gt;Condire con una parte di besciamella. Versate una parte degli gnocchi nella pirofila, aggiungete l'imbottitura, cospargete di parmigiano e pepe. Versare il resto degli gnocchi , altra besciamella e parmigiano. Terminate con asparagi messi a raggiera&lt;br /&gt;In forno a 200°, fino a doratura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Ho preso con me alcuni ingredienti e una ricetta che avevo conservato e via, a casa di zia, a tutto gas. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ho fatto subito amicizia con la timida signora Gina , le ho fatto mettere il grembiulino e l'ho coivolta nell'impresa. &lt;br /&gt;Anche lei in Romania fa i trandafiri, (rose) ma grandi; non ha una ricetta scritta, ma mette gli ingredienti "ad occhio".

Dimenticavo di dirvi che mentre aspettavamo la lievitazione, con altro formaggio, misto a pezzetti di salame e capicollo, parmigiano e un uovo, ho preparato un rustico veloce. Una vera bontà! &lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Il Govedì Santo&amp;nbsp;si celebra la&amp;nbsp;messa in Cena Domini che &amp;nbsp;ricorda l'istituzione dell'Eucarestia e del sacerdozio&lt;br /&gt;Durante la celebrazione della messa,, il sacerdote lava i piedi a 12 fanciulli per ricordare ciò che aveva fatto Gesù ai suoi discepoli. Questo atto significa, simbolicamente, il dovere di vivere al servizio degli altri.&lt;br /&gt;(Nonna Mariuccia, quando ero bambina, preparava 13 piccoli casatielli con l'uovo sopra: 12 li &amp;nbsp;regalava ad altrettanto&amp;nbsp; bambini che si sottoponevano al rito della lavanda dei piedi e uno lo regalava a me). &lt;br /&gt;Dopo la lavanda dei piedi, il sacerdote consacra due ostie: una viene consumata&amp;nbsp; e l'altra, alla fine della celebrazione, viene portata in processione all'interno della chiesa e messa in un ciborio posto sull'altare della Cappella del Crocifisso, detta &lt;br /&gt;impropriamente "sepolcro" &lt;br /&gt;La cappella del sepolcro viene addobbata con luci, piantine di grano germogliato e fiori offerti dai fedeli. &lt;br /&gt;Un tempo, quando le piantine di grano venivano ritirate, dopo Pasqua, i fedeli usavano fare mazzetti legati con il nastrino rosso e, dopo averli fatti seccare, &amp;nbsp;li conservavano. Quando poi infuriava un temporale e c'erano fulmini a squarciare il cielo, si usava buttare questi mazzetti fuori di casa, verso l'alto. Il tutto rigorosamente condito con&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt; 'o russo&lt;/strong&gt; cioè il liquido forte che mi regala il pescivendolo. &lt;br /&gt;E' una vera bontà, parola di napoletana!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Pare che risalga a Ferdinando I di Borbone che, oltre ad essere goloso di pesce e di mitili, amava particolarmente mangiare le cozze che lui stesso &amp;nbsp;pescava&amp;nbsp; nel golfo di Napoli. Dai suoi cuochi se li faceva preparare in modo elaboratissimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Una volta,&amp;nbsp; il frate domenicano Gregorio Maria Rocco, gli consigliò di mangiare meno e di non fare peccati di gola. almeno durante la settimana santa. Allora&amp;nbsp; il re, pur di non rinunciare alle sue amate cozze, un giovedì santo, se li fece preparare a mo' di &amp;nbsp;zuppa e condite solo con pomodoro e salsa di peperoni. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Fu così che la ricetta si diffuse tra il popolo&amp;nbsp;e in molti cominciarono a mangiare, il giovedì santo, la zuppa di cozze.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Quelli che non potevano&amp;nbsp;acquistarle pechè costavano tanto, sostituirono la zuppa di cozze con la zuppa di lumache.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti &lt;br /&gt;400 g di farina &lt;br /&gt;20 g di lievito di birra &lt;br /&gt;mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero &lt;br /&gt;70 g di burro a temperatura ambiente &lt;br /&gt;180 g di acqua &lt;br /&gt;2 uova - sale &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Stampo-cestino della Pavoni&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento &lt;br /&gt;Setacciare la farina e aprirla a fontana in un recipiente. Sciogliere il lievito in 100 g di acqua appena tiepida. Versare nella farina, polverizzare con lo zucchero e con un po' di farina raccolta dal bordo. &lt;br /&gt;Coprire la ciotola e lasciar lievitare 25 m. &lt;br /&gt;Impastare la farina con il resto degli ingredienti, un bel pizzico di sale e acqua tiepida fino ad avere una pasta morbidissima ed elastica. Formate una palla, infarinatela e lasciate lievitare coperta per 60 m. &lt;br /&gt;Trascorso questo tempo, rilavorate la pasta e adagiatela nello stampo premendo con le mani. Proteggete con un canovaccio e lasciate lievitare per altri 40 m. &lt;br /&gt;Cuocere in forno a 170° per 40 m. Sfornate, sformate su gratella e lasciate raffreddare. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando il cestino è diventata freddo, l'ho tagliato in due e l'ho farcito a modo mio. &lt;br /&gt;Ho spalmato della ricotta cremosa, su questa ho messo le fette di prosciutto crudo e foglie di insalata. Infine ho decorato con maionese, zucchine, carote ed olive nere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Di uova oramai ce ne sono per tutti i gusti: dipinte, decoupate, di zucchero, di cioccolata, intagliate, ricoperte, in ceramica, in metalli preziosi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prima ancora di esere assorbite dall'iconografia cristiana, nell'immaginario collettivo, le uova hanno sempre significato simbolo della vita, della fertilità, del mistero, della sacralità. &lt;br /&gt;A partire dal Neolitico Antico in poi, i pithoi funerari avevano forma ovale a simboleggiare il grembo della Dea Madre. &lt;br /&gt;Secondo alcune credenze pagane il Cielo e la Terra erano considerate le due metà dello stesso uovo. &lt;br /&gt;I Greci, i Persiani, i Cinesi le offrivano come dono per le feste primaverili; gli Egiziani le decoravano per scambiarle durante l'equinozio di primavera. I Romani per propiziarsi il raccolto, sotterravano nei campi un uovo dipinto di rosso. &lt;br /&gt;Infatti, immagine di fertilità, nel corso dei tempi, le uova sono state interrate sotto le fondamenta delle case in costruzione per proteggere l'edificio da influssi negativi; portati in grembo dalle donne in stato di gravidanza per svelare il sesso del nascituro e le spose vi passavano sopra prima di entrare nella loro nuova casa. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L'uovo filosofale simboleggiava la creazione. Dall'uovo cresce il fiore bianco (argento), il fiore rosso (oro), il fiore azzurro (la saggezza) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Circa il &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Castel dell'Ovo &lt;/span&gt;che abbiamo qui a Napoli, una leggenda narra che il poeta Virgilio, volendo fare cosa gradita ai napoletani, vi aveva nascosto, custodito in una gabbia, un "uovo magico"dotato del potere di difendere la città da ogni catastrofe. &lt;br /&gt;Tutti i napoletani ci credettero al punto che nel 1370, alla notizia che l'uovo era andato in frantumi, si scatenò tanto di quel panico che la regina Giovanna d'Angiò fu costretta a rassicurare i suoi sudditi dicendo che l'uovo era stato sostituito e che i poteri magici erano stati ristabiliti. &lt;br /&gt;Secondo un altro mito, &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Pulcinella&lt;/span&gt; esce dal guscio di un uovo comparso per volere di Plutone sulla sommità del vulcano, grazie ad un impasto fatto da due fattucchiere che avevano chiesto un soccorritore per sanare situazioni di ingiustizia e di oppresione. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Con il Cristianesimo, le uova divennero metafora della resurrezione di Cristo, ma l'uso di regalare le uova è antichissimo, come la tradizione di colorarle. &lt;br /&gt;Le più famose quelle di Fabergè, le più colorate quelle armene che riproducono le scene della passione di Gesù. &lt;br /&gt;I Greci dipingono le uova di rosso per simboleggiare il sangue di Cristo; in Germania, e in Austria, il giovedì santo, si regalano uova verdi. &lt;br /&gt;Una leggenda vuole che Maria Maddalena, annunciando agli Apostoli di aver trovato il sepolcro di Gesù vuoto, ricevette da Pietro questa risposta: - Crederò a ciò che dici, solo se le uova in quella cesta diventeranno rosse" E fu così. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In passato il divieto di consumare, durante la Quaresima, carne e uova era rigidamente seguito, così le uova accumulate venivano impreziosite e regalate per Pasqua. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alcuni Modi di dire e proverbi &amp;nbsp;legati all'uovo: &lt;br /&gt;" &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;L'uovo di Colombo&lt;/span&gt;" (trovare un espediente facilissimo cui nessuno aveva pensato prima) &lt;br /&gt;"&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Testa d'uovo&lt;/span&gt;" (intellettuale, le cui idee mancano di contenuto) &lt;br /&gt;"&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Cercare il pelo nell'uovo&lt;/span&gt;" (cercare anche i minimi difetti nelle cose) &lt;br /&gt;"&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Rompere le uova nel paniere&lt;/span&gt;" (far fallire i progetti altrui) &lt;br /&gt;"&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Essere pieno come un uovo&lt;/span&gt;" ( aver mangiato molto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Per questi biscotti ho sperimentato due nuove ricette: una di Cakemania e un'altra conservata nei miei appunti e trovata tempo fa sul web, ma di cui non ho l'autore &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Ricetta di Cakemania&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;300 g di farina &lt;br /&gt;2 tuorli &lt;br /&gt;80 g di zucchero a velo &lt;br /&gt;150 g di burro a cubetti &lt;br /&gt;un pizzico di sale &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettere tutto gli ingredienti nel robot (ho usato il Bimby) e azionare a scatti per pochi secondi. Estraete l'impasto e lavoratelo a mano su una spianatoia. Ponete in frigo. &lt;br /&gt;Stendete l'impasto, usate i cutter scelti e ponete i biscotti ottenuti sulla leccarda ricoperta da carta forno e fate cuocere a 180° per una decina di minuti. &lt;br /&gt;Unas volta freddi, decorate a vostro piacere &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Criticità&lt;/span&gt;: ad onor del vero, il gusto dei biscotti è buono, ma sono troppo delicati e rischiano di rompersi durante la decorazione &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Ricetta &lt;/span&gt;(senza autore) &lt;br /&gt;300 g di farina &lt;br /&gt;150 g di burro morbido &lt;br /&gt;175 g di zucchero &lt;br /&gt;1 uovo &lt;br /&gt;scorza grattugiata di mezz'arancia &lt;br /&gt;un pizzico di sale &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lavorare burro e zucchero; aggiungere l'uovo, il sale poi la buccia grattugiata e la farina. Impastate, formate una palla e mettete in frigo per un'ora. &lt;br /&gt;Riprendete l'impasto, stendete e tagliate i b. con i cutter scelti. &lt;br /&gt;Infornate a 270° pe 12 m. &lt;br /&gt;Decorate a piacere &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Questo impasto l'ho trovato particolarmente adatto per&amp;nbsp;biscotti da decorare &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ma perchè c'è l'usanza delle zeppole?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Nell'antica Roma, il 17 marzo si festeggiavano le divinità del grano e del vino, con frittelle di frumento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Le discendenti di quelle frittelle pare siano le nostre zeppole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ma perchè le zeppole&amp;nbsp;per festeggiare &amp;nbsp;il padre putativo di Gesù?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Una leggenda vuole che San Giuseppe, dopo la fuga in Egitto, per poter campare e sfamare Maria e Gesù, dovette vendere la frittelle tanto che i Romani lo soprannominarono "frittellaro".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Anticamente, a Napoli, &amp;nbsp;le zeppole venivano fritte per strada dai famosi frittellari ed anche ogni buona pasticceria , davanti alla propria bottega, preparava e friggeva&amp;nbsp;le zeppole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Tantissimi anni fa, anche io, durante la manifestazione "Artisti di piazza", oltre ad ascoltare gli artisti che si esibirono nella bellissima&amp;nbsp; P.zza San Domenico, gustai le zeppoline fritte a preparate al momento dai pasticcieri della famosa pasticceria "Scaturchio". Insomma si faceva "firjenno e magnanno".&amp;nbsp;Che bontà!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Anche le zeppole, come tanti altri dolci, sono nate in convento. per alcuni nel convento delle monache di San Gregorio Armeno, per altri in quello della Croce di Lucca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ma la prima ricetta vera e propria risale al 1837, nel Trattato di Ippolito Cavalcante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Giacchè, oltre la cucina, amo il dialetto e&amp;nbsp; la cultura popolare napoletana,&amp;nbsp; condivido con voi alcuni modi di dire relativi a&amp;nbsp; San Giuseppe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Chella tene 'a zeppula 'mmocca"&lt;/strong&gt; (Quella tiene la zeppola in bocca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Questa espressione vuole indicare una persona che che ha un difetto di pronuncia come chi parla mentre mastica un po' di zeppola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;"Nu ghjì a sfrugulià 'a mazzarella e San Giuseppe&lt;/strong&gt;"( Non andare a sfregare il bastone di san Giuseppe)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;cioè Non prendere in giro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"San Giuseppe nc'ha passato 'a chianozza"&lt;/strong&gt; (San Giuseppe le ha passato la pialla)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Si dice così di una donna priva di seno e di curve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;L'impasto per le zeppoline l'ho fatto con il Bimby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Ingredienti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;150 g di farina 00&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;4 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;100 g di burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;250 g di acqua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Crema pasticciera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;amarene&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;zucchero a velo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Mettere nel boccale acqua, sale e burro: 10 ' - 100° - vel. 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Aggiungere la farina e lavorare 30 '' - vel. 4. Lasciar terminare la cottura ad apparecchio fermo per 10 ' e mescolando l'impasto a vel. 4 per 5 volte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Lasciar raffreddare nel boccale, poi aggiungere le uova una per volta, lavorando ancora per altri 30/40 secondi - vel. 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Riempire con l'impasto una sac à poche con beccuccio a stella e lasciate cadere un po' di impasto, con un movimento a spirale, su quadrati di carta forno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Immergete poche zeppole per volta in olio caldo, ma non bollente e fate friggere dolcemente, fino a doratura. Scolate su carta forno, farcite con crema pasticciera (quella che fate normalmente) e amarene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Tagliate 7 strisce dalla pasta sfoglia e intrecciatele con altre sette strisce. Mettete la grata ottenuta su uno stampino a cupola e modellate un po' con le mani. Ponete in forno per una decina di minuti, sfornate e lasciate raffreddare. Riempite i cestini di sfoglia con una fettina di capicollo e poggiate poi le uova sode decorate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredienti &lt;/span&gt;: &lt;br /&gt;330 g. di farina - 100 g. di zucchero - 2 uova - 120 g. di burro a temperatura ambiente - 1/2 bustina di lievito - 1/2 limone - 2 pizzichi di sale &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Farcia&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;br /&gt;70 g. di panna - 100 g. di cioccolato fondente - 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro - 1 cucchiaio di rum - 2 cucchiai di zucchero a velo &lt;br /&gt;Liquore Alchermes . zucchero semolato - stampo per semisfere cm. 3,5 (io ho inaugurato quello della Pavoni) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Impastare il burro morbido con lo zucchero e le uova; aromatizzare con la buccia grattugiata del limone. Unire poco per volta la farina con il lievito e il sale e lavorate il composto con le mani. Otterrete una frolla morbida. &lt;br /&gt;Distribuite nelle semisfere dello stampo e pareggiate la superficie. Infornate a 175° per 18 m. Sfornate e fate raffreddare. &lt;br /&gt;(Poichè le semisfere erano diìventate quasi delle palline, ho pareggiato, con molta delicatezza, la base). &lt;br /&gt;Scaldate la panna e scioglietevi il cioccolato tritato, poi lasciate raffreddare. Unite il cacao, il rum e lo zucchero a velo. Amalgamate bene. Accoppiate le pesche con nel mezzo un bel ciuffo di farcia. Intingetele bene nel liquore e passatele nello zucchero semolato. &lt;br /&gt;Avendo del marzapane rimasto in frigo, ho pensato di modellare delle foglioline che ho poi fermato con i chiodi di garofano e voilà il gioco è fatto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;A dire il vero sono partita da una ricetta che avevo visto su NanoPressCucina, ma poi l'ho modificata cercando di svuotare la credenza. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ho fatto sciogliere a bagnomaria 300 g. di cioccolato fondente e una noce di burro. Ho aggiunto 150 g. di zucchero a velo, 18 noci tritate, un pugno di pistacchi tritati, mezzo sacchettino di nocciole tritate, un pugno di mandorle tritate e una decina di amaretti, sempre tritati. Ho mescolato il tutto, amalgamando con del latte. &lt;br /&gt;Ho lasciato rapprendere il composto nel frigo. &lt;br /&gt;Con le mani appena umide, ho formato delle palline , le ho adagiate sul vassoio ricoperto di carta forno e le ho lasciate nel frigo fino a quando non le ho viste ben compattate. &lt;br /&gt;Ho preparato una normale glassa e vi ho tuffato i tartufini, servendomi dello stuzzicadente. Quando la glassa bianca si è rappresa, ho decorato i tartufini con la glassa colorata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
