Building the Dream: Crawl Spaces

This week our Bilco basement door was installed, the first floor decking was laid over the basement area, and the crawl spaces were excavated for the areas of the house that will not have the basement underneath them. During the coming week concrete will be poured in the crawl spaces and the cinder blocks will be laid. I know getting the foundation done well is vital, but I can’t wait to have actual walls!

Bloggy Boot Camp: Charlotte, NC

We got back last night from the 4 day trip that I WON to Bloggy Boot Camp in Charlotte, NC. (Thank you SITS Girls, I’ll love you forever.)
