I'm getting tired of forgetting which item is which when I go out for sushi, which I'm doing more and more of lately. So I'm putting together a field guide to sushi, which means I take a photo of each dish as it arrives. Makes a great impression when you're on a first date. Especially moving the ginger and other sides around trying to get a nice shot. I'll have the guide laminated so you can bring it into the restaurant with you. This one's smoked salmon roll, which was actually kind of disappointing.
