Bionet Security's SkipTracker Software helps stop "skips" in their tracks. Using biometric technology, SkipTracker uses fingerprints as well as photo images for identifying customers. Any customer who skips on their tool bill can be easily marked in the system as a "SKIP". So when that customer attempts to open an account on any other truck the original distributor receives notification, via text and internal system messaging, giving the whereabouts of their "Skipped" customer. By swiping a customer's finger, you can find out past and current account information, as well as feedback left by other tool distributors using our 5 star rating system.

SkipTracker Software uses the latest in Biometric Technology to fingerprint and photo each customer. No longer do you have to worry about fake Driver’s License or any form of picture id to identify a customer. If the customer stops paying you, simply pull up the account and mark him/her as a skip. And, when that individual tries to open up an account on another tool truck using SkipTracker you will be notified immediately via SMS text message and, the system will provide you with an internal message of the location where the Skipped person is trying to get a new account. You will be provided with the phone number of the other distributortool truck. The only way to remove the skip is to pay you!

The owner of SkipTracker, Russell Pettway acknowledged the importance of knowing Skips because he talks with tool truck distributors every day who are frustrated that they are not getting paid every week. Russell thought, “Wouldn’t it be nice to know if any of your accounts have an account on another mobile tool truck (Snap-on, MAC, Matco, Cornwell, Independents, etc...)”. Rating System

SkipTracker has a 5 star rating system which allows Tool Truck Distributors to post feedback about their customers based on their payment history. This allows a distributor to easily view the past history of a customer, without having to go through each note. “If it works for multi-billion dollar auction websites, then it will work just the same for mobile tool distributors out there” says Rich Ferry.

Skips

A former Matco distributor told this story….“I had a customer once who told me his info, and when I placed it into our software it came back with no results, so I decided to give him an account. After years of dealing with him, he ‘skipped’ on me owing me close to $1200. When I asked his employer for the information he had on file for this customer, I was able to find out the customer gave me his first and middle name with a different social security number and that he wound up owing another Matco dealer $4,000 in Dallas!”

The fact is, if you knew that a customer who skipped on you can no longer get an account with any other distributor until you got paid and, before you opened a new account you were informed that a customer had skipped before, wouldn’t you feel more comfortable having this information?
