What you said about the dish being evocative of childhood reminded me of my own experience at Pujol -- there&#039;s something evolved and yet primordial about the food there.  I&#039;ve had the pleasure of eating lots of amazing food over the years, but Olvera&#039;s manages to somehow be poetic.  Can&#039;t wait to return! xx Shiraz from Good Bones]]></description>
