Im in a senseless situation. I know i shouldnt do it but i do... i just know i wont get screwed again... and i wont and i havent been its nice to have good people in your circle, but sometime our friends just need a little kick in the ass to get their shit together because i have bills to pay too man... these clips always ease the tension for me when folks owe me money... so today is the day right????

i never really understand why things happen... i just came to the conclusion ill never understand why and i just need
to sit and watch them unfold appropriately. But why cant other people catch on to this simple concept? is it so that when
we finally do understand this we have to constantly use it as a shield against crazy folks with no goals who are just frustrated for
the sake of being a pain in the ass to people who are actually doing something with themselves. its like a special code you can type in on
the wii to make it a little easier to achive other levels. SMH thats all i can really do at this point. just smh. and how hard is it to be
honorable and keep your word... i hate being taken advangtage of or when someone is dishonest and especially when someone tells me to come along
for the ride and ditches me. so i just really want to figure out a way to pre warn people about fucking with me maybe a tshirt or something.
because once u get on my bad side there is no going back. that bridge will not only be burnt but reconstructed just so the moment
you step into the middle of it it will disappear and you will be dropped thousands of feet to your death.i really am not of fan of those types of
thoughts so i figured id put them here on my blog and so when i meet people i will just hand them my business card and it will say dont fuck me! across the
top... lol i can only imagine the faces i would get... because i already have quite a mental collection of the faces i get when i hand people my sticker...good times.
well im done venting it was just a quick though with too many characters to post on twitter. and now im back to zen.one thing i will say about all this life craziness is it will definitely make good inspiration for when i decide to write a psycho thriller and you can upcode it... and it doesnt matter the situation or relationship you can always learn something from it dont listen to arrogant ignorance.KNowledge is Power and even the man who knows everything is always learning something new. Keep your minds open.

I have gotten a lot of ridiculous questions over the couple of years I have adopted the ego Bionic Puzzi(pronounced Pu-zee)like "Are you a porn star?" and "well can i try that out?", mostly from the mislead and the perverted...but being rather witty i always have an appropriate comeback for those moments. So what the hell is a Bionic Puzzi? It started out as an idea for a network for really beautiful women in the los angeles party and promtions scene mostly djs, club promoters, model and industry types and the such and sort of grew from there. after about two years of keeping up with the name and the brand of Bionic Puzzi and really trying to find myself and more parties and concerts to photograph and write about for the blog i was finally forced by my current marketing consultant to sit down and write about what this brand really stands for and really means and why people should want to be a part of it's growth. Deep right? he read my result and sent me an email saying: there you go. Your Mission Statement.

This all started out as a business venture so that I could become a dj and bring together the high profile music types i worked with and all the beautiful and driven party girls i knew and it has been a great fun success and good ass time since the beginning. So now that we have the parties I figured we needed purpose and I wanted to bring together my writing experience with my party experience to begin to define myself and that made me look to different women and people i looked up to and admire and truly dislike and dont agree with for business and life tips to live by.the image of the bionic puzzi character since the beginning has always been that of a woman who we all want to be. a real life superhero: someone with a strong sense of self and always talked about and the life of the party wherever she goes, not simply because of her looks but also because of the fact she has so much to offer...bionic puzzi possess a comfort in her body and sensuality that drives those who don't have the same super power mad with envy and she does what she wants with it whether it be to conserve their physical appearances or expose themselves to the masses and she does this in the most infatuating way...she also possesses the drive and the character to follow her dreams and make the best positive change in the world she can.

i dont hate@officialTila s twitter takeover, i actually find it quite entertaining, plus isnt she the internet networking superstar why do people expect twitter would be any different than myspace. i have always been a tila fan as she pushes boudaries and is smokin hot, but today i decided to blog about the love and how inspriring this little woman of power really is because of these fly ass nails she posted on her blog the other day. i love them!!!!! i also ran across this really great video of Tila for J Adore Mag i loved the outfits for the shoots so stylish... i wanna go get my nails redone now.

Funny story one of my best friends @ Anthony Coleman 2nd has been obsessed with Georgia Anne Muldrow for quite awhile now. I mean obsessed like he always talks about how much he loves her and her hair and all the little technical musical talent she has that is constantly getting her fans like my dearest all worked up in a frenzy...anyways i was forced to experience the force that is Georgia and at first listen i was a little thrown off as i am with most things forced upon me, but then i had time to fall in love...i was smitten with her sound and now running around as a new unofficial recruit of the i heart Georgia movement...months into my love for this new musician i am addicted to, it dawned on me i had no idea what this amazing artist looked like. i had been so enthralled with the sound i hadn't even had an appetite to know the physical form of this being. so like any other wondering mind i set to google and typed in her name...so much suspense built up in half a minute as to what this voice looked like...

I laughed very loudly and proceeded to contact my best friend and Georgia with the funny coincidence she used to babysit me and our families have actually known each other since before i even had boobs crazy what time does and amazing to be able to witness an amazing evolution like Georgia's and now today i am anticipating her new album set to be released Nov 10!! For now I am in love with the video for her first single Run Away and hope you are too. i have been listening to so much Georgia for the summer I had changed my hairstyle to an afro and tried to dye it red, there was no luck my hair is far to dark and too thick so i had to make a decision do i want afro ir red hair. being the stylista i am the red hair won. check out the sounds of georgia anne muldrow and her stats to she's got quite the resume.

VH1 Divas 2009 my faves

i am sitting and watching the vh1 divas show and it was such a cheezy production but so far all of the women have done phenomenal as far as proving their diva worth through talent, the line up is great, toni braxton is so beautiful and i fuckin love adele!!! it's interesting how really genuine and diverse this lineup they have is. i mean besides the fact they r all super stars no break out inndie stars on that show... but i still would love to see the old diva lineups with like whitney houston and mariah carey and i guess alicia keyes and adele can come back, id throw in beyonce and her all girl band to maybe open the show and erykah badu or jaenelle monet for diva diversity and i like jennifer hudson that sounds like a good show o and id have a diva contest one time only for some random talent... maybe one day and ill get to dress them all that would be fun who knows for now im gonna go click adele on my ipod... i liked the leona and cindi performance very beautiful ... and i am a stevie wonder geek worshipper i think he and jennifer created a great energy together but his piano gave me butterflies haha.

These were my favorite performances of the show...the performing singers were very inspirational.i wonder what other people though...

yeah so thats my thoughts on this video... i like john mayer.

... i am also going to start swinging my afro. Beyonce should have even had an afro for this performance or it should have been the way it was and then she should do a crazy dance move and swing her neck and it would turn into an afro, like magic that would be fly... i hope i don't get whiplash when attempting to do this in public... im going to practice at home first in different pairs of shoes so i am prepared for all situations where i have to swing my afro... because you just never know when someone's going to challenge the fact that you are a diva in beyonce's terms and i imagine they would say "you have to swanhg yur hair gurl" so i would or i would have to memorize all the beyonce dances... thats too ridiculous for me ill leave that to august...

Katt Williams was my favorite reason for working the BET awards. This man is hilarious!!! I have met him on a number of occasions after my first time being at the first BET Awards i worked... he's hella real. i laugh evertime i think about po

I was browsing the internet and came across this letter from a now Former BET Exec Andreas Hale. I have personally had my own incidences with the BET corporation and reading this letter brought back the time I got fired too. I have been against the whole BET system for a long time now. I don't like encouraging the stereotypes and the continuous advertising of ignorance. When I started volunteering for BET I had dreams of working my way up in the company and changing the lives of Black people evrywhere, I learned the first day on the job that was not a goal I wanted to continue to pursue. I worked the BET Awards two years in a row with no problems and great referrals and recommendations from everyone I worked with(as that was the reason I continued to come back was the connections). Then the third year I went back to work for the awards show as an intern now, no more volunteer status for me! sarcasm I was fired. Just like that I showed up to work the press junket not dressed like a black office vixen like the rest of the women I had worked with over the years, but in an India Arie- Erykah Badu type outfit, i looked adorable and was complimented on my attire a number of times, I was fired apparently because of my outfit... To friends, colleagues and those that should know,

As of today (September 8, 2009) I am no longer the Executive Editor of Music at BET.com.

Upon entering the position at BET I said that I needed one year to see what really went on inside the belly of the beast. I needed 365 days to sleep with the enemy and infiltrate the system. One year to see if they REALLY wanted change at BET.

As someone who has been critical of BET for many years, it surprised many that I would leave my post at HipHopDX last year to take a position at BET. But it was an opportunity I absolutely had to take. I could no longer be critical of this company without accepting the opportunity to change it when given. Although I was hired to bring about change, I was systematically shut down. I wasn’t hired to make noise, I was hired to be silenced.

The truth of the matter is that everything that you thought was wrong with BET is true.

Over the past year I’ve seen a lot to reinforce my position that BET is too far gone in the negative to turn into a positive. We have all always thought the worst, but to actually see it in action is another thing in its entirety. The unprofessionalism, the tom foolery, the favors, the misappropriation of resources, the bad ideas that reinforce negative stereotypes, the emasculation of men, the meetings that break down in full fledged cursing battles, the unpaid overtime, the tears from employees scared for their underpaid and overworked positions and ultimately the unwillingness to change are all harsh realities that I’ve witnessed firsthand.

That is not to say that there aren’t some good people who have sat in the offices of BET. Unfortunately, the good people are not in positions of power to instill any change. Instead, they work their fingers to the bone just to keep their jobs in this harsh economic climate. The other good people ran out of the door as soon as an another employment opportunity presented itself. To say BET was a revolving door would be an understatement.

I came in with a plan to provide balance and to deliver good music to the masses and help make BET relevant again – at least in the dot com world. Those attempts were shut down by out of touch executives who run a dot com but could barely turn on a computer. By those who judge their metrics by page views over absolute unique visitors (that‘s ad sales talk). By those who simply don’t understand the internet.

They brought me in because of my track record but never once took a look at my body of work. If they did, they would have known that I was the pen behind editorials such as “BET’s Coon Picnic” or were aware of the many times I have been critical of their award shows and programming. All they knew is that I played a major role in making a once unknown website into a online media outlet that surpassed theirs and they wanted a piece of the action. Too bad they never researched who I really was.

During my tenure I worked long hours and sometimes succeeded at bringing in decent content to try to reflect the change I wanted to achieve. But it wasn’t without opposition. While some interviews and content initiatives were able to make it through, many others were either shut down or met with ridicule. I offered ideas to incorporate the blog world and to spotlight new talent before MTV did. Those ideas were met with comments such as “This isn’t HipHopDX” or “You don’t know what you are talking about.”

BET is not about the quality of your work. Rather, BET is about the relationships you have with powerful people within the company. BET is not about challenging. Instead, BET is about accepting and saying “yes.” If you have known or followed me over the years, you would know that these are things that simply are not in my character and ultimately resulted in my removal.

For the artists and labels that I have worked with for years, I tried. I did whatever I could to achieve that balance many of us wanted to see happen. To the writers who wanted to writer for BET, I made an attempt but was never given a budget to work with.

Upon my arrival, I was told I would be given a staff. Not true. I had a staff of one to carry out daily operations on a website. I fought tooth and nail to accomplish the minimum (an embeddable player and a site people could navigate) and was constantly brushed off. It was a position that was set up for failure. But I endured as long as I could.

Alas, I have been removed from my position after infiltrating the system and the timing was perfect. I wasn’t let go because the site’s numbers were down. Not because I didn’t work hard. Simply because of a personality clash with an individual whose proverbial ass I didn’t kiss enough. Again, not about the work you do but about the relationships you keep and the sides you take.

I’d like to thank BET for covering the cost of my relocation to bring me to the great city of New York/New Jersey. I’d also like to thank them for putting me in close quarters with people who think like me and will hopefully work with in the near future. I’d also like to thank them for providing me enough controversial content that I observed firsthand and will make for many tales to be told.

I said it and I meant in: One year to either make changes or move on. I left HipHopDX on September 16th 2008. Today is September 8, 2009. Eight days short of a year. Most thought I wouldn’t even last that long. But in that year I’ve had my greatest fears about Black Entertainment Television affirmed.

There is so much wrong with BET that I’d rather not break it down in a single email.

It is pretty good fodder for a book don’t you think?

...i found out later the story was apparently that the woman who I was working under that day was jealous of my shine and just wanted to flex her power. I decided not to fight it because who really wants to work for BET anyways. As Mr Hale was offered his position I was also offered the intern position so I took it, I hadn't been chasing it and I had already had a great job as it was. It was such a ridiculous experience every time I worked for these folks. The shows are always so unorganized and it seemed like every year i went back it always seemed a little worse, but i kept going back because for people who have never been affiliated with the company from the inside think it's great on the resume and it is! It's sad that BET is the standard for most black mainstream entertainment and the bar they set is so low. Which has caused blacks to not reach as high as they can in their business endeavors.

Anyways so i show up in my outfit and first I am assigned to help break down and setup tables and such... that lasted 5 minutes and i was moved to assist a makeup artist, i reported to my station and began a fun friendship with the makeup artist and everyone she had to touch including tichina arnold who apparently knew some people i knew and loved the fact i wanted to be a stylist, i worked with the MUA and Tichina for about 20 minutes and at the time i was dragged away from my new found crew they were pulling me into pictures and we were having a ball...the woman who fired me pulled me into the hallway and told me to wait there while she finds me a different job she was very rude i just figured she was a little stressed in her position. She walked away to go talk to someone else and while she was talking another woman who was in charge of PR walked by and remembered me from previous years and told my head she was taking me to use me because she was understaffed with experienced people... i was put in charge of keeping TI and 50 cent separate... i stood in a hallway for about 5 minutes before the PR woman came back to me and said im upgrading u to 50 Cent's escort and there's an issue he wont come out of his room- she was panicked. I just laughed and said okay where do I go? (what she didnt know is that i was currently working for an aftermath producer so this was gonna be fun).I reported to mr Jackson's room and knocked on the door informed his assistant i was his escort and 50 was said to be out in a couple of minutes and he was. The moment he stepped out he said to me something very rude and and i replied in the same way- its what we did at the time. 10 seconds didn't go by with me smiling before the woman who fired me popped up and pulled me to the side. she asked me to stand once again to the side and informed me someone else will replace me helping 50 Cent and they did. 50 proceeded to go back into his room for another half hour : ) the woman appeared once again after me standing for 20 minutes and informed me I was being let go. I asked why... she told me " You will be notified about it later, but you are dressed inappropriately". i asked her why she didn't say anything when I first arrived, and told her iI had a change of clothes in my car which I always did, and she said it wasn't a problem then and changing would not be nessecary, just go home. I was pissed... at that moment i knew it was personal and i dont even know that bitch that way... well needless to say i was insulted and after sitting around for a bit to see if there was someone professional i could talk to about the incident here comes 50 Cent, walking out of his interview he yells to me

" What's Wrong?" I am frowning and I say to him

" I just got fired". He laughed and said to me

" Smile, You are cuter when you smile." and just as i started to laugh as i know this is a backwards compliment ,i look over to see the woman who fired me scowling at me like i stole something from her. SO 50 passed to go into the other press room and TI walks out and proceeds to flirt with me and I just smiled as I watched the one who fired me walk off in a perturbed state at the fact she couldn't bring me down. the best revenge is success : ) BET really needs to get thier shit together for sure.

My Life Even Better

Today has been a day of reflection for me and although I am only so old at the moment I have a ton of memories to reflect on. I have always been the type of person to reflect in the privacy of my own skull. Where what I have to say or feel can be judged by no one except for me and the Creator. Today I scoot out on a limb and decide to share some of my past experiences on my blog. Now my friends this is no tell all but a peek behind the scenes of some of the ups and downs I have gone through in an industry that can make or break a person's soul. It's always been funny for me since Hollywood to me is just like one big ridiculous world created not for entertainment to the masses but for the folks who work behind the scenes and grow up in this crazy cloud of a twisted reality...

A bit about myself i am currently in my very early twenties. I grew up between los angeles and Sacramento,ca... the earliest part of my childhood was spent in dancing, singing, and acting lessons alongside some of the personalities the media cyber stalks today... i have been on and in tv/film and hanging with greats in music, money, and art since i could speak my first words...my aunt is a successful assistant director and my mom is a healer, these are the strong women who orchestrated my up bringing fortunately for me... i am not star struck because stars are in the sky and to this day i have never met one and when I do i will then be stunned... i am not easily impressed as i have been exposed to greatness and its so simple to achieve that once you are washed over with realization of what that means, exactly you definitely wont be as impressed with bullshit either... there are a number of people and concepts that have come along and take my breath away, but not often... i am an advocate for legalizing marijuana, AIDS and HIV awareness,legalizing Gay Marriage, curing with Natural Medicine, and saving Animals [ as my mom runs an animal rescue].

When i was little i used to go out of town to visit friends or family and people would say things to me like " So if you are from California then you know tons of celebrities, right?" I would always answer with a complicated explanation of how California is a big beautiful place and Hollywood is in Los Angeles and just because I lived there they shouldn't assume I knew famous people it's not even the best part . That did nothing of course because at the time and now I know tons of famous people which apparently is all that's important in my character after people find this out and that is just not right. For a long time I have been ashamed of who I know and what I have done and have had a hard time sharing because the real world and the hollyweird world are like oil and water. I learned this in 2nd grade at my really expensive la private school when I would share my what I did this weekend story with the class and have a story about being on different television sets and having dinner with the likes of Gladys Knight and Rickie Byars.Either my school mates would make fun of me and call me a liar even when i had a pictures and they knew it was true, which was no good because this is all i knew at the time, i was very sensitive i was like 8.I couldn't understand why people would stop being my friend and judge me and tease me and say I was a "Disney kid" which was a bad thing cause all the kids were always jealous of the kids on tv and i didn't want to be in any way associated with them but I was [ even though i was never on disney or famous]. It was then i started to despise Hollywood and it's way of life. Unfortunately even now I go through the same thing. I know now all the flakiness and ass kissing is provided to my existence by jealousy and envy.

So no more being scared of being judged ... I have a great brain and great spirit, I am not a liar and never have a reason to talk shit about someone behind their backs. So if you have a problem with any of the stories or pictures on my blog feel free to email me or comment anytime. I have made the decision to be the magnificent me that I am and SHARE IT!!! I know the issues with people wearing furs is a huge controversy fought in fashion kickbacks all across the world. I am an animal rights activists in my own right as my mom has an animal rescue blah blahblah... but Naomi Campbell is one of the hardest core women in history and not one person can deny this. To go from being naked for PETA to being naked covered in luxury furs is a huge middle finger to all people and their views on the situation. i love it... sad perhaps but ms. campbell is still an idol of mine o fuckin well.she looked fab in the PETA campaign and she looks great for Dennis Basso...

i cant stop laughing at how outraged people are... shes a model she gets paid to do what??? model.

I thought this spread of Amber Rose for Complex was the fucking shit... It is definitely insane how many haters this girl has. What is it with people hating on each other so heavy for no reason at all. There is no reason t go after after someone who hasn't done anything to you all because you are jealous of something they are or have. You should keep your fuckin insecurities to yourself... i am not bitter but on a daily basis ideal with a very svelte group of haters disguised and friends and it would sure be nice to not have to look out for that all the time for a change.
