<b><span style="color: #cc0000;">UPDATE</span>: <i>CAPITOL HILL POLICE BLOCK TEA PARTY ACTIVISTS FROM IMMIGRATION RALLY</i> -</b> Capitol Hill police are trying to block activists attending Wednesday's "Audit the IRS" rally from also attending a nearly day-long press conference on immigration, hosted by Reps. Steve King and Louie Gohmert. The IRS rally is on the west side of the Capitol, while the immigration event is on the east side. Organizers for the IRS event were told by Hill police that "your people" can only assemble on the west side. Organizers were told to remove the activists from the immigration event.<br />
<br />
Capitol Hill police left a voicemail for Kevin Mooneyhan, Deputy Executive Director of Tea Party Patriots, saying that "your people" only are permitted to assemble for the event on the west side of the Capitol. The activists' presence at the immigration event on the east side, supposedly violates the terms of the Tea Party's permit. Mooneyhan was instructed to move any activists who planned on attending the Tea Party rally away from the immigration event. <br />

Keep in mind, the immigration event is hosted by sitting members of Congress. The notion that citizens can't attend an event featuring duly elected Representatives in a public space is absurd. <br />

"The Capitol police are violating our rights to assembly and association," Mooneyhan told Breitbart News. "How does our permit limit the rights of individuals to attend public events. On June 13, 2013, Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave <b><a href="http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-leave-of-court.htm" target="_blank">leave of court</a></b> to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits [<i>embedded below</i>] submitted by <b><a href="http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=425005" target="_blank">Attorney Orly Taitz</a></b> in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)<br />

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.<br />
<br />
At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of SS-5, Social Security original application of “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.<br />

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, ofcourse). Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Two defendants in military sexual assault cases cannot be punitively discharged, if found guilty, because of “unlawful command influence” derived from comments made by President Barack Obama, a judge ruled in a Hawaii military court this week.<br />

Navy Judge Cmdr. Marcus Fulton ruled during pretrial hearings in two sexual assault cases — U.S. vs. Johnson and U.S. vs. Fuentes — that comments made by Obama as commander in chief would unduly influence any potential sentencing, according to a court documents obtained by Stars and Stripes.<br />

On Wednesday and Thursday, Fulton approved the pretrial defense motions, which used as evidence comments that Obama made about sexual assault at a May 7 news conference.<br />

“The bottom line is: I have no tolerance for this,” Obama said, according to an NBC News story submitted as evidence by defense attorneys in the sexual assault cases.<br />
<br />
‘I expect consequences,” Obama added. “So I don’t just want more speeches or awareness programs or training, but ultimately folks look the other way. If we find out somebody’s engaging in this, they’ve got to be held accountable — prosecuted, stripped of their positions, court martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged. Period.”<br />

The judge’s pretrial ruling means that if either defendant is found guilty, whether by a jury or a military judge, they cannot receive a bad conduct discharge or a dishonorable discharge. Steve King and mentioned that, on Monday, Sen. Mike Lee will appear on the program to discuss the theory that Chief Justice John Roberts was "pressured" into ruling in favor of health care reform, possibly through the use of information gathered by the NSA's PRISM surveillance program.<br />

When Beck asked King if he believed that lawmakers were having their personal lives monitored through PRISM and were being blackmailed by it, King responded that there was no doubt that such capabilities existed. In fact, King said, he recently had a private conversation with a Democratic strategist who told him that, during the last election, they knew which websites opposing candidates where visiting.<br />

That caught Beck's attention and he asked King to repeat it, which he did, saying "they knew what internet sites we were looking at" and that the revelation "was a pretty chilling thing to go into my ear." WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Stockman (R-Texas 36) Tuesday asked the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee to subpoena all National Security Agency records of phone calls between employees of the White House and the Internal Revenue Service.<br />
<br />
Stockman’s office hand delivered a letter Tuesday afternoon to the Committee’s office requesting a subpoena “of all records of every phone call made from all public and private telephones of all IRS personnel to all public and private telephones of all White House personnel” collected under the NSA’s recently-revealed PRISM program.<br />
<br />
“Obama assures the public he only collected this information to uncover wrongdoing and protect civil liberties. Clearly he would want us to use it to investigate this case, because otherwise he’d be lying,” said Stockman.<br />
<br />
“If Obama has nothing to hide he has nothing to fear,” said Stockman.<br />
<br />
“This case must be investigated fully, given admitted wrongdoing by the IRS, its potentially criminal implications and revelations the White House has been less than honest about what they knew and when,” said Stockman. “Obama says the PRISM program is perfectly legal, so there should be no problem whatsoever in providing the information on White House and IRS phone calls.”<br />

“The only possible scenario in which the administration refuses to comply would be if it would reveal unconstitutional or illegal behavior,” said Stockman.<br />

Stockman’s office also electronically delivered the same letter to the Homeland Security Committee chaired by Rep. Michael McCaul. <br />

WASHINGTON -- (Newsblaze) Katherine Graham, the media mogul who dominated the Washington Post for many years would have parties at her "R" street mansion that would be the top ticket in town. They were so good that Presidents would ditch their social calendars to be there. It was said there were two invites in town you didn't pass up - Ms. Graham's house and the White House. <br />
<br />
When I came here from Iowa more than a decade ago, I had a plan that I never executed, to get to one of Ms. Graham's socials. I was planning to write her a letter saying I would take care of the dishes if I could have that coveted invite. Sources that I talked to over the years I have lived in the Federal City, said she was so humble, she would have have probably taken me up on my offer.<br />

However, my offer of social budget retrenchment for Ms. Graham would not have prevented one of two big media transformations in Washington that is going on this very week.<br />

Tomorrow, the paper that is the famous subject of a John Philip Sousa March, that has been free since 1996 on the web, will suddenly go behind a pay wall, limiting non-subscribers to only 20 free articles a month. The move was expected, since the paper was part of a consortium that funded livingsocial.com into a major loss of $650 million, causing the paper to consider the sale of its principal headquarters downtown to keep it afloat. Newsroom morale is tanking, along with the templates of "<i>How does it help Obama</i>" stories.<br />
<br />
The Second major media transformation occurring this week came as a more of a shock, when it was announced that the Denver based Billionaire Phillip Anschutz is terminating the daily free Washington Examiner. Sources say that when the final edition gets stuffed into those red boxes around the city, as many as 87 people will be on the unemployment line, in the metropolitan area that has suffered the least nationally in the latest economic downturn.<br />
<br />
I received that news at a weekly press briefing that I frequent in Washington, from an old man who stood up at the end, pulling out his blackberry and noting the paper's passing. It sounded much like Dan Rather concluding a news broadcast by saying "<i>courage</i>" and "<i>think of all of those losing their jobs</i>." It reminded me of how I offered to do the dishes and help clean up for the Washington Examiner as well. They refused, and here they are.<br />

My offer to them was in the form of an Op-Ed about the story that has become too hot for Washington to handle. It is the story that explains the recent allegations of IRS targeting of conservatives, the NSA domestic spying. It is the root cause of why conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh stated "<i>we are in the midst of a peaceful coup</i>."<br />
<br />
What tripped up the Washington Examiner with me, was a very simple question: if the man sitting behind the desk at 1600 Pennsylvania is spending 5 million clams on defending a "document" in court, over a question that could be solved with $40 in photocopies, doesn't that "document" deserve a forensic document review? After all, the conservative movement had agreed that a computer file that had pixels that matched perfectly cleared George W. Bush from a false accusation about his national guard service. Shouldn't a conservative newspaper be wise to the ways of the left in that regard? At the Washington Examiner in March 2012, they clearly weren't.<br />
<br />
So with the offer "<i>to wash their dishes</i>," I went to the Washington Examiner offices in downtown Washington, carrying an op Ed questioning my President's life story. My first visit was pleasant and cordial, with the secretary asking for my phone number, to let me know if they were going to publish the story.<br />
<br />
Whether they published something from me or not, that was not the main point. The point was to work with them on a story. With that in mind, I took off for the paper's offices on a second visit, in full dark suit and tie, hoping to convey the view I was by no means a card carrying member of the John Birch society, but rather someone who simply believed that a reporter's call to a former ex FBI document examiner on his lunch hour could end the tyranny of the most left wing President America ever elected.<br />

That second visit was brutal. The secretary's smile was wiped from her face when I came through the door, asking for a sit-down with an editor. I told him right up front that I wanted to work with the paper whether or not they published my story on this important issue. All he could say was "<i>Take it somewhere else</i>." So I engaged him by saying "<i>why not forensically examine the document?</i>" I got a look from him of "<i>Duh! I never thought of that before</i>," when I said that.<br />

As the junior editor was losing it with me, Mark Tapscott comes in with a look like I had carried WMD into the building and said "<i>If this about the birth certificate, you need to leave now</i>." And then a snide remark as I was heading out the door - he said, "<i>don't come back</i>."<br />

Since that exchange, I have attended several parties and functions with Washington Examiner reporters who have been kind. They heard the banter of the exchange back in the newsroom. Many of the soon-to-be-laid-off reporters tried to assuage me in my experience, explaining it was just "<i>a corporate decision</i>" on the Examiner's part not to follow up on the biggest political scandal in the history of the USA. Tapscott for his part, to save himself before the last election, ran a series of reports in the paper entitled "<i>The Real Obama</i>," that were completely half hearted, and did not deign the question of the 44th President's origins.<br />
<br />
Contrast the response by the Examiner with the other major conservative paper in town. They answered emails politely, ran ads asking questions about this issue, even having someone in their radio division asking the big questions the Examiner wouldn't. The neat thing is this newspaper is set to launch a cable network to challenge Fox for conservative viewers, while the Examiner is biting the dust.<br />
<br />
So if any of the 87 employees at the Examiner care to tell, since NewsBlaze is in the business of news and maybe your old bosses aren't, I'd love to know how they came up with the "corporate decision" to ignore such an important unresolved question. Did you receive emails or threats not to talk about something the whole world saw on April 27,2011?<br />

Mike Zullo, the volunteer chief investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., is not letting go. Like a bulldog, he continues to investigate the outrageously bogus “birth certificate” Mr. Obama personally endorsed as his own when it was posted at the White House website a year before the last presidential election.

Recently, Zullo gave a briefing to the Constitutional Sheriffs’ and Peace Officers’ Association setting out just some of the evidence that the document must be a forgery.
<br />
<br />
One of the many bombshells he dropped was the news that a certified document examiner with 20 years’ experience had closely examined the “birth certificate” and had concluded that it was the most obvious forgery he had seen in those 20 years.
<br />
<br />
The examiner was not making a party political point, for he is a registered Democrat.
<br />
<br />
Mike Zullo’s investigation has now continued for almost two years. He has amassed many thousands of pages of evidence. His draft investigation report is already more than 300 pages long, and he reckons it will be 700 pages before it is complete.
<br />
<br />
There is some explosive evidence that he has not yet disclosed, because it concerns third parties who may be connected with the forgery.<br />
<br />
His determination is commendable. But there is one question the Obots raise that now needs an answer. If it is so very plain that the “birth certificate” is forged, why has Sheriff Arpaio been unable to put the matter before any court? Why is Obama still in the White House and not in the jailhouse?

<br />
Part of the answer lies in the terrified reluctance even of Fox News to cover the story properly. Fox calls itself “fair, balanced, and unafraid.” But it is afraid. Very afraid.<br />
<br />
A concerned citizen sent every congressman, every senator, every state governor and attorney general, every member of Obama’s Cabinet, every member of the Democratic and Republican National Committees and every member of the Supreme Court a copy of my own briefing paper summarizing the evidence for forgery. Fewer than half a dozen replies were received. There are a lot of fraidy-cats in your governing class.

I asked one congressman why he had done nothing about the forgery. He replied: “It is unquestionably a forgery. We all know that. But you, with your experience of what the left will do to the reputations of those who challenge it, know that if any of us were to raise this issue we would be subjected to the same hatred, vilification and organized reputational damage that you have had to endure because you challenged them on climate change.”
