Spotlight on bright fresh seafood with Japanese inspiration (I cannot believe I have gone my whole life without eating Kizami Wasabi...game changer!).  Protein portions that accompany/accent the dish...not necessarily the star of the plate!  I am learning to love craft beer and fun ways to incorporate them in cuisine!
