With Your Help Thailand's Illegal Dog Meat Trade Can Be Stopped!

Every day over 1,000 dogs are inhumanely transported from Thailand to neighbouring countries where they are butchered by cruel and barbaric methods. However, the Soi Dog Foundation and the Thai government are actively working to end this appaling practice.

The conditions under which the dogs are transported and slaughtered are inhumane and many die from suffocation long before they reach neighbouring countries. In reality these are the lucky ones.

Those that are still alive are not humanely killed many are tortured often for hours before being skinned alive. The reason for this is that people believe that the pain inflicted leads to the tenderising of the meat. Most shocking of all, is that some dogs are still alive when their fur is removed.
The father of the late 11 year old Muhammad Naquiddin who died last year due to electrocution by a faulty lamp post by the playground has finally decided to take the Subang Jaya Municipal Council to court.
Refer to the news below;
The Kid who died at a Playground and the Public Council clueless

KUALA LUMPUR: The father of the 11-year-old Muhammad Naquiddin, is planning to sue Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) as he feels the council should be held equally accountable for the death of his son who was electrocuted by a faulty playground lamppost in Taman Batu Tiga here last year.
Mohd Marzuki Muda, 47, told The Malay Mail that he was not satisfied with the way the council handled the case from day one.
“I am going to sue MPSJ and will meet with my lawyers soon to sort this out.
“I cannot believe that it took so many months for MPSJ to haul in the contractor hired by them to court,” he said.
He questioned if the sentence meted out was justifiable.
“Is my son’s life worth that little? The punishment given does not justify the council’s actions in any way especially when they were the ones who had engaged the contractors concerned,” he said.
He also expressed disappointment that a heavier sentence was not meted out by the magistrate’s court on both the contractor and his worker who had pleaded guilty of the charges.
“We have seen shoplifters getting a heavier punishment.
“In this case, it was negligence on the part of MPSJ that had resulted in thedeath of my son,” he said at his home in Taman Batu Tiga on Saturday.
Last Tuesday, Afandi Embong, 45, company director and Mohd Amin Rosli @ Miswan, a 28 year-old worker, faced the music at the Shah Alam magistrate’s court for the electrocution case that had killed the boy on March 19 last year.
The worker was charged for “causing the death of any person by negligent act” under Section 304A of the Penal Code while the director was charged under Section 109 of the same Act for abetting.
The duo were sentenced by the court and ordered to pay a RM2,500 fine or face four months jail term in default.
It was learnt both the accused had no problems raising the fines.
Section 304A of the Penal Code states whoever causes the death of any person, by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
Mohd Marzuki pointed out that their sentence was not justified as both men had admitted to the charges brought against them.
His wife Ros Zakaria said the faulty lamp post that took her son’s life was also located nearby the entrance to a kindergarten.
She voiced her concerns but the relevant authorities failed to see the seriousness of the case and its implications following her son’s death.
“What if other children suffered the same fate as my son? I cannot understand why they did not take the matter seriously and do something about it. Do we have to wait for something to happen before action is taken?
“MPSJ knew who the contractor was but they took their time on the matter,” said Mohd Marzuki.
He added that it was appalling the contractor concerned was allowed to continue operating after such an incident.
He pointed out there have been cases where operators were ordered to surrender their licences for less severe offences.

Why does the facebook has to be in Mandarin for the Malaysian Chinese? when the fact that facebook actually supports multiple languages, same for browsers hence showing the option on the top bar “Translate” and “No”

2. How much did it cost to build this for “Malaysian Chinese” only facebook and the cost of maintenance (Bare in mind that the “current” Prime Minister of Malaysia do not understand nor can he read in Mandarin)

3. Why treat Malaysian Chinese as if they do not understand English, which not only the Chinese but in Fact Malaysian are Trilingual and knowing the bits and pieces of other languages too.?

4. Why create a facebook in Mandarin and getting someone to Manage it which costs money from public funds just to talk about non political topic but the Malaysian Prime Minister’s hobby and likes?

I would say that this move in trying to tap into specifically the “Malaysian” Chinese hearts is not a good move because it all boils down to unnecessary spending of the public funds - yet again.

Often I see that the ultimate weapon of destruction has always been “being completely honest”. This is especially when it comes to partners of romantic interest. I remember a close friend of mine told me that the partner no longer wish to marry; which does hurt a lot. When there is a big hurt, the next thing you know, the relationship has faded.

A little sincerity is a dangerous thing, and a great deal of it is absolutely fatal.--Oscar Wilde

I then searched for various articles on telling the truth and of course experience some of my own, its a huge dilemma sometimes, even coming from a messenger; Do I tell the Truth? or Do i Lie to ensure that this relationship is maintain and no one gets hurt. Sure enough that those couples out there would say “Our relationship is based on honesty and trust”.

But then again, honesty in a relationship is the biggest test for trust. Did you know that divorces case or even a simple boyfriend/girlfriend relationship gets broken because one of them told the truth. Emotions are set on fire and they tend to burn down the bridge because they were hurt.

Always thought it was selfish of the person to burn the bridge after demanding honesty from their partner and when they get it, you get shot down. Its like giving your partner the gun on his/her hand and say “Okay, honestly something happen”

Then you realise that your partner whom you are about to reveal the moment of truth; their have just set the gun to unsafe mode and the finger is right at the trigger “Half Way”

So, you spill the beans and the triggered is pull ‘Point Blank - Head shot’ right in between your eyes. “Ouch”.

The fact that most articles tells you that some truth best left untold, but you know the guilt is slowly eating you up inside, waiting to explode and paranoia that he/she will find out in the end.

Guess what?

We are bound to find out in the end, maybe not now but a few days, few weeks or even years, the truth always comes out. The results is the same, yes you will be shot in the face but if it is held longer, its a slow death of guilt and you still be shot in the face, but it will not be just 1 bullet, I am talking multiple shots in your head.

Unless you have Alzheimer's disease or post random Alzheimer's disease ; then you are safe. Maybe not, you might just accidentally blurt too.

So what if he/she shots you down after you have told the truth. A true friend, lover, spouse has to choose to accept the truth and only time can tell, whether or not they should continue this relationship or not.

Honestly speaking, if he/she doesn’t continue the relationship then he/she is not worth it. But then again it depends, if you are a cheating asshole bitch/male-bitch, then hells yeah you deserve to be shot down.

But if you didn’t and you tell your spouse/friend/lover that there is a situation like you have been which you did not engage, hence getting hit on, saw a friend’s lover cheating on him/her in which your side of the plate is clean; then you should dodge the blood spats when you shoot the truth to whomever is concerned.

Because remember, it is not your fault and it is not fair that you are to be shot down. The messenger always get shot down but at the end of the day. You have done the right thing. =) May you go in Peace.
The reality is that Bloggers are the new media writers, if not why do large companies pay money to them to generate more SEO for their brand or company, this just doesn't make sense at all. Then again its USA, they have funny laws.

See the article below, I have no copyrights on this piece and no amendments has been done. source is here;
Judge Hits Blogger With $2.5 Million Charge for Not Being a Journalist

In a case that’s sending a frightening message to the blogger community, a U.S. District Court judge ruled that a blogger must pay $2.5 million to an investment firm she wrote about — because she isn’t a real journalist.

Hernandez said Crystal Cox, who runs several blogs, wasn’t entitled to the protections afforded to journalists — specifically, Oregon’s media shield law for sources — because she wasn’t “affiliated with any newspaper, magazine, periodical, book, pamphlet, news service, wire service, news or feature syndicate, broadcast station or network, or cable television system.”

The Obsidian Finance Group sued Cox in January for $10 million for writing several blog posts critical of the company and its co-founder, Kevin Padrick. Obsidian argued that the writing was defamatory. Cox represented herself in court.

The judge threw out all but one of the blog posts cited, focusing on just one (this one), which was more factual in tone than the rest of her writing. Cox said that was because she was being fed information from an inside source, whom she refused to name.

Without the source, she couldn’t prove the information in the post was true — and thus, according to the judge, she didn’t qualify for Oregon’s media shield law since she wasn’t employed by a media establishment. In the court’s eyes, she was a blogger, not a journalist. The penalty: $2.5 million.

Finally, the little child despite multiple different reports, Wang Yue age 2 has passed away. It is sad to see a second world country with no humanity to help another. On top that, they just come up with various excuses on why they refuse to save the child. I can't really comment much but I believe to just let the picture speaks about it. Sadly, after a few days, this will just be another piece of old news and people will just move on. But I do hope that Wang Yue will never be forgotten and hopefully, it will not occur again.

A TODDLER who was twice run over by vans and ignored by passers-by on a busy street in southern China has died a week after the accident, and following days of bitter soul-searching in the country. (pic)

Today a nurse in the intensive care unit of the Guangzhou Military District General Hospital confirmed that the little girl had lost her battle for life.

She declined to reveal the cause of death, saying it would be announced later.

The plight of the child came to symbolise what many Chinese saw as a decay in public morals after decades of headlong pursuit of economic growth.

Her death touched off another round of hand-wringing. Many comments posted to social media sites said "we are all passers-by".

The incident has left millions around China and the world shocked and prompted the child's stunned father to lash out on national television just days ago.

"What’s up with people these days? They make so many excuses to turn a blind eye," he said.

"The society is so indifferent, so heartless.

Yesterday, my colleague suddenly asked me for a cute video,
which sparked my curiosity and so I gave her a video of a cute toddler showing
her tummy. Then she looked at me sad and I asked why…….

A little toddler with some reports saying is a girl or boy,
2 or 3 year old was hit and run more than once in the streets and left there for
7 minutes with passerby who did not even lift a finger. In the end the only
person who did was a trash collector. I wonder what is wrong with their
society, since when people have become so heartless, even an animal would do
the same to another; watch the video below.

Thought some reports state that those who passed by the
injured toddler could have been illegal immigrants which the street is known to
have and is afraid to be deported. Also, in another report mentioned that some
are afraid that they would be blamed for the child’s injury.

After watching the video above, the child could have lived…
ironic, even dogs have a heart.

BEIJING: More than a dozen passers-by ignored a two-year-old
girl as she lay critically injured on a street in southern China after being
run over twice, the official Xinhua news agency said Monday.

The incident has sparked outrage on China's hugely popular
social media sites.

Surveillance cameras showed a series of people walk past the
girl, named Yue Yue, after she was hit first by a van and then a truck outside
her family's shop in the southern Chinese city of Foshan.

A video of a horrendous hit-and-run accident in China
involving a two-year-old child has sparked outcry in the nation and questions
over the price of modernity.

The video shows a van running over a toddler, Yueyue, in a
busy market and driving on as bystanders walk and drive past the bloody child
without helping, Reuters reports. The child is left in the street for so long
-- seven minutes -- that there is time for a truck to come and run over the
girl again, it states.

The BMW driver surnamed Wu has been detained for further
investigation while the incident triggered an uproar among netizens.

The incident happened around 11 am on Sept 7 when the boy Le
Le (not his real name) was playing behind a BMW X6 car in a residential
community, the Nanjing-based Yangtze Evening News reported on Monday.

The driver drove the car backwards without looking behind
the car and knocked down the boy, the report said.

Chimpanzees seeing sun for the first time with smiles

The lab chimpanzees are allowed to roam about in broad day light for the very first time since their birth. Check out their reaction to the open air and bright sunlight. The footage is in German, but you can read the translation below about the scene that shows chimpanzees hugging each other, as if finally tasting freedom.

Woman Narrator
They see for the first time in their lives, the sun. After decades in an experiment laboratory, this is the first step of the chimpanzees in to freedom.

Man Narrator
They hugged each other, like they would say they were finally free. And then they laughed. One imagines being locked up for 30 years in an elevator, then to open the door with friends and say “I don’t believe it.” They have only seen people wearing protective clothing; they have never had regular contact. They never learned to climb, because they were brought to the laboratory as babies. Now they can finally get out.

Woman Narrator
Most of the former 38 monkeys have spent the entire lives behind bars. Since 2002, they are now in an Austrian village, slowing being prepared a life in freedom. This moment was for both animal and people equally unique.

Man Narrator

I saw a chimpanzee, who was starring completely fascinated at a butterfly. He knew it, from back when he was a small chimpanzee in the jungle, and now he can see them again.

Woman Narrator
And the monkeys that were born in the laboratory are discovering everything for the first time. The air, the grass, the freedom.
Before taking your next sip of iced tea, check the label on the bottle because you may be drinking a cupful of cruelty to animals.Nestlé, which makes Nestea, conducts—and pays others to conduct—painful and deadly tea tests on animals. The company causes animals to suffer simply to investigate the possible health benefits linked to tea products and ingredients, even though not one of these experiments is legally required for beverage manufacturers and regulators have stated that animal tests are not sufficient to prove health claims about food and beverage products.

In these cruel tests, mice and rats were tormented and then killed by decapitation and other methods. The following are some of the details of the horrors endured by the animals used in Nestea's tea experiments:

Mice bred to suffer from brain dysfunction and rapid aging were fed tea extracts and then locked in a dark chamber, where they received painful electric shocks to their feet. The mice were then killed.

Mice bred to suffer from muscle degeneration were fed tea components, after which experimenters cut open the animals' leg muscles and then decapitated them.

Experimenters injected toxic chemicals into mice to destroy insulin-producing cells, causing the animals to develop diabetes. After this cruel procedure, the mice were force-fed tea extracts and then killed.

After causing rats to suffer from high levels of fat and cholesterol in their bloodstreams, experimenters shoved tubes down the animals' throats to force them to consume tea ingredients. The rats were then killed and dissected.

I found this story here about Momo, a cat that was so severely tortured by some unknown sicko. You can read more here;
Momo, a Malaysian cat tortured alive, saved and later buried in June 2011

Video is taken also from the same source as mentioned above;

Animals are like angels that comes in many cute forms; when a baby is killed or tortured, majority will protest and make noise but, when an animal is being tortured and killed, only some would and to the law makers, it falls into partially deaf ears.

That is why, I always say to my friends slow down when you drive, especially housing areas, forestry or nearby, you will never know if a cat or a dog, squirrel or any animals of any kind may just suddenly runs across your path. Therefore, be more aware and you don't need to speed nearby the area.

PETKNODE - Animal Hotel from Hell

Earlier on when the concerned parties were to submit the memorandum to the police, they kinda washed their hands, you can see from this video;

Latest update and despite the public's pressure, they need to enforce more pressure about this issue. The law on animal cruelty should be be imposed with a harsher penalty and not just all talk.

It’s a dog’s life for cats too
September 8, 2011
FMT LETTER

From Shenaaz Khan, via e-mail

Left alone; terrified, tortured and trapped, the missing Petknode victims have already been condemned to gruesome deaths! Any hope of finding the 100 or so missing cats is all but lost. And we have our magnificent enforcement agencies to thank for this.

Their hideous disinterest in saving innocent lives and a complete fascination with impeding tireless efforts are reflective of an establishment that has lost every sense of humanity.

The lying lazy louts responsible for fighting crime in this country have displayed very little polish in policing.

Equipped with an army of excuses, they’ve taken the position of indifference and are refusing to budge! The catalogue of Petknodes crimes includes theft, fraud, cruelty and murder. Charging and convicting them would be without effort.
But it appears that the heartless, wicked act of leaving animals to die of starvation and dehydration, in a pool of their own faeces and urine is mere kitchen matter and unworthy of further constabulary action.
The cat carnage at Petknode may shock many but various means of animal cruelty take place in Malaysia every blinking day.

From brutal dog catching to deplorable farming conditions, animals are treated like, well, animals.
Pathetic punitive measures taken against abusers have facilitated the mass murders of innocent animals in this country for the last 54 years. Vicious kitten killers, barbaric dog catchers and inhumane zoo operators roam our streets free of consequences.

The Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) and the Police of course can be credited for the continued and widespread abuse of animals in this country. For years, NGOs and activists alike have lobbied for tougher laws and greater enforcement but the struggle against animal abuse has borne very little fruit.
And while activists have been made to look like a bunch of chickens cackling in a barn, the DVS, Ministry of Agriculture and the government have barely pawed at the plight of animals.

A new promise of prosecutorial persecution is being made in the form of a spanking new legislation.
Prefabricated statements and stale metaphors are being disseminated to appear effective. But real enforcement is habitually being dodged and has proven to be a complete and utter failure. Cases of cruelty have repeatedly gone unpunished and unchecked.

The Raya massacre of hundreds of cats by Petknode is inevitably the result of the government’s apathy towards animal welfare as a whole.

It has become a sickening institutional pattern. Animal rights go beyond coughing up laws or spewing sacred scriptures. It is about overhauling this entire wretched system of governance.
Our very own cat owning prime minister (we know this because a point was made to front page his epic adoption of a kitten awhile back), has made no comment or condemnation on an issue of public interest.
In fact, he has remained stoically silent on all cases of animal abuse. Hence it is no surprise that cruelty towards living beings has become an acceptable part of our decaying society. It is equally frightening and regrettable that many owners, whose cats were lucky enough to be saved, have no interest in pursuing action against Petknode.

Their selfishness compels one to conclude their acceptance of the cold-blooded murder of the 17 dead cats. In a country where one’s religion is iron-stamped upon one at the window of the womb, it is shameful that basic human kindness has chronically been banished. The battle to save those poor cats may be lost.
To my fellow Malaysians, may you sleep with the knowledge that innocent animals are dead because we have shirked our human responsibilities. And to the powers that be, wake up and smell the dead cats!

Not to sound negative but it’s true isn’t it? We don’t even have “PROPER” human rights in Malaysia, what makes you think animals do?

Reading today’s news puts me in a dilemma on my posting, thinking which topic will it be about; Police admitted that they were meant to aim tear gas canister at the crowd and admitted that they fired into a Hospital without being apologetic, and that Health Minister, the MCA guy, Liow Tiong Lai (LIE) denied and lied to the public or about these poorly mistreated animals that the Government might just slap his wrist with a light fine? Like how they did with the lady who killed the kittens got away with a measly MYR400. Hmmm.. I think I will post about animal rights then.

Heavier Fine imposed but is it heavy enough?

Despite the public outcry on the torture of cats and not the long years of dog cruelty, the latest piece of news mentioned that they have renewed the law.

I quote;

PUTRAJAYA - Anyone caught being cruel to animals will face a fine of up to RM100,000 and a jail term of not more than six months under the Animal Welfare Act to be tabled in Parliament next year, Veterinary Services director-general Datuk Dr Abd Aziz Jamaluddin said Monday.

He said the Act covered all animals, including fish and insects, whether owned by individuals or businesses and would define as cruelty the failure to feed them.

"We forget to feed our dog, that's cruelty. Fellow Malaysians, is this our future? whereby cruelty against animals is not taken seriously?!

Owners to claim your animals posted here

Press Conference
https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=110286525742657

The press conference will also be a platform for NGOs to express their frustrations over the poor animal welfare laws which may see the operators walk away with a small fine.

We hope owners who have already collected their cats to also be there to speak to the media.

They were not held by the police and allowed to go yesterday itself.

All the animal welfare groups are expected to attend.

If you are an animal welfare/rescue group and have not received a phone or e-mail invitation, please regard this as your invitation.

We are working against time to get the press releases etc in place and because may have overlooked some things. Those who can attend, please be there to show support.

Forget about the traffic jam etc, we have to have it at 5pm because many are at work but can leave their respective offices a little early to be on time. This is important.

Please show your support. Let's bring the culprits down!!

CONTACT: Suzana Sulaiman – 0125773139, Shamini P – 019-3576477

News;

Holiday nightmare for pet owners

They Bark But Not Bite

I refer to the following story with disgust that these 2 pet hotel owners would go all out to make more money in result of torturing animals by letting them to die from starvation.

It is sad that the public outcry is not as loud as these animals that were tortured in the cages, as the Malaysian Government too refuse to enforce a harsher punishment for animal cruelty. Such boast of advanced technologies and infrastructure has made people less humane? Especially towards animals. I am sure in my many entries that I have highlighted the plight of our furry creatures but there isn’t anything we could do, just need to spread the awareness and echo the cry louder for these poor creatures. I urge other bloggers, twitters and facebookers to highlight this treachery and teach the owners of PetKnode Yushari and Shahrul who instead of feeling remorse to what they did, actually lodged a police report against pet owners and animal Non Profit Organisation who went to rescue the animals and expose their cruelty. The police of course were not helpful, in fact they ‘PROTECTED’ these2 owners.

This picture here was taken in a heart breaking moment, where the mother and her child died together in a cage. Even animals knows the meaning of love, which makes some humans worse than animals, probably amoebas.

Yes, I purposely made this picture large.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 352px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8VzyQXj5-Go/TmShNaFZ6qI/AAAAAAAAArQ/oydXg0RXPA8/s400/Petknode%2B3.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5648817084341807778" />

THE ASSHOLES
Here are the owners aka animal torturers.

John F. Kennedy in the Oval Office, 1961.
By THOMAS MALLON
Published: August 19, 2011

After examining the psychological histories of a few living leaders and a whole little power necropolis, Nassir Ghaemi, director of the Mood Disorders Program at Tufts University Medical Center, is ready to proclaim a link between madness and achievement that is usually reserved for poets, not prime ministers: “Depression makes leaders more realistic and empathic, and mania makes them more creative and resilient.” It may be fine to like Ike during periods of smooth sailing, but Lincoln and a little lunacy are the ticket when seas get rough: “For abnormal challenges,” Ghaemi insists, “abnormal leaders are needed.” The text makes only one reference to the current president, warning us that while “ ‘No drama’ Obama might be considered the epitome of mental health,” we must remember that “psychological moderation” is not the prescription for greatness.

Books of The Times: ‘A First-Rate Madness’ by Nassir Ghaemi (August 11, 2011)
Abraham Lincoln’s “depressive episodes” are well known, and their political implications have been the subject of thoughtful extended treatment, most recently by Joshua Wolf Shenk in “Lincoln’s Melancholy.” By contrast, Ghaemi’s assertion that Lincoln’s “depression conferred upon him . . . realism and empathy that helped make him a superb crisis leader” is unaccompanied by the least bit of proof or persuasiveness. The 16th president is on and off the couch in the space of nine pages that whiz by like a single 50-minute session. Ghaemi has to get to two other empathic depressives — Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King — who are out there in his waiting room.

Using the “four indicators” he likes to apply to the dead — the available records of “symptoms, genetics, course of illness and treatment” — he sees Gandhi as having a “dysthymic personality” that involved “chronic mild depression and anxiety.” The Mahatma’s practice of nonviolent resistance may well have derived from his psychology, but Ghaemi tends to misunderstand what he calls Gandhi’s “radical empathy,” seeing it as little more than kind feelings toward his enemies rather than a mental capacity to walk in their shoes. In the case of King, the author observes genuine “mental illness” at work, including clinical depression toward the end of King’s brief life. But Ghaemi’s analysis is not helped by the way one of his chief sources, Dr. Alvin Poussaint, a civil-rights comrade of King’s as well as a professor of psychiatry, doesn’t regard depression as a major factor in King’s behavior. And it is weak indeed to take an offhand remark by the Rev. Joseph Lowery — about how civil-rights protesters, facing huge dangers, needed to be “a little crazy” — and offer it as a piece of medical evidence. One wonders if, in his exploration of empathy, Ghaemi might have done better with less transcendent figures than Gandhi and King. The juicy, earthbound Bill Clinton, with his trademark ability to feel one’s pain, comes immediately to mind, but he scarcely enters the author’s consulting room.

If depression did help Gandhi and King to engage with their visions, Ghaemi believes that Churchill’s experience of the “black dog” taught him “political realism.” Alcoholic and perhaps bipolar, the British prime minister had the churning, multiple moods of the “cyclothymic personality.” Churchill, Ghaemi argues, was “never ‘himself,’ because his ‘self’ kept changing,” in an exhausting series of alternations and adaptations. There was a reason Churchill saw through Hitler after his predecessor failed to. “Chamberlain was mentally healthy,” Ghaemi concludes, “while Churchill was clearly not.”

One problem with “A First-Rate Madness” is the way it seems to indicate that almost any mental illness, within limits, will do the trick. The decidedly undepressed Franklin Roosevelt helped win the same war Churchill was fighting, and he did it, Ghaemi explains, with a non-neurotic but “hyperthymic” personality. He was eager to be liked, loath to be alone and interested in everything; he once put down “None” on a questionnaire that asked for a list of “aversions.” But how much sense does it make to attribute Roosevelt’s flexibility to his “mentally abnormal” condition? More than six decades after his death, a doctor can pronounce him “hyperthymic”; the voters on the scene thought he was tiptop.
But then again, he wasn't wearing yellow, so the authorities didn't take this joke seriously.

But before you read the article below, here is a good one to rebuke against him;
A short rebuke of Ezam Mohd Nor

This article taken from Malaysia Today speaks for itself;

(Malaysiakini) - Umno Senator Mohd Ezam Mohd Noor said today he will wage war in defence of Islam, including burning two online news portals, which he claimed to be agents against Islam.

"We are saying here that we will launch an all-out war to defend our faith if they (anti-Islam elements) do not stop (and) use their agents - Malaysiakini and Malaysian Insider - which were biadap (rude) towards the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais).

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 269px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-U-qDpY-wlUw/TlMcU-ExO_I/AAAAAAAAAqc/-hi5Didqp70/s320/9e773e9753e7daec19965c671040b98e.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5643885904611326962" /> "Malaysiakini, Malaysian Insider, we are giving you a very last warning. Our warning is a serious one. If you do not stop this rubbish, we are going to burn you down!" Ezam (left) declared.

The former ally of PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim - now the opposition leader's bitter foe - blamed the news portals for "Jais' woes" for their coverage of the Selangor religious enforcement body's raid at the Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) compound last week.

Ezam issued his threats at a highly-charged rally of some 200 people inside the compound of the Selangor state mosque in Shah Alam.

Also present were Kulim Bandar Baru MP Zulkifli Nordin and Umno Youth exco member Lokman Noor Adam (right), who was clad in a red Patriot T-shirt.

Zulkifli, also a former ally of Anwar, echoed Ezam's warning, calling on Muslims working in the news portals to “repent”.

“I see representative from Malaysiakini and Malaysian Insider here, I would like to tell them, particularly Muslims, to repent.

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 200px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-45q6EMLSYLc/TlMccpf3nhI/AAAAAAAAAqk/KmNz7CudH5c/s320/19df35c9b76467412b3499f939b4c063.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5643886036526800402" /> "You are being barua (running dogs) of propagandist and enemy of Islam. Don't be running dogs of kafirs (infidels) that go against us,” he said.

The group, armed with banners, chanted “Long Live Islam” and “Takbir” as they protested against apostasy among Muslims.

One banner read “Faith Sale, Islam Sale” with a picture of Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad's head protruding out of a toilet bowl. Another banner read “Ban English-language Bibles”.

Ezam has 'big' problems with non-Muslims

Several of the protesters donned masks of state exco leaders while displaying placards, one of which read “(Selangor Menteri Besar) Khalid Ibrahim is head priest”.

Earlier, Ezam launched a broadside against those he deemed disrespectful against Islam, in which he placed prominent figures in the Selangor state government in the same group.

“We have no problem with non-Muslims. But we have big problems with non-Muslims who are disrespectful to us and our religion, we have big problems with non-Muslims who proselytise among Muslims.

“We have big problems with them more so if they are government excos - Ronnie Liu, Teresa Kok, Xavier (Jeyakumar), Elizabeth Wong, we have big problems with you. You better stop before we go all out,” he said.

Later, Zulkifli reaffirmed his support of the raid by Jais on DUMC, claiming that there was evidence that showed the dinner event, at which 12 Muslims were present, intended to proselytise.

“We urge the authorities to take action against DUMC. According to our information, the church is illegal and has not been approved,” he said.

Zulkifli added that he and like-minded protestors will be lodging police reports against DUMC throughout the state from tomorrow onwards on top of seeking an audience with the sultan to urge action be taken against proselytising.

Setting their differences aside in race, religion and age, these people were helping one another so that nobody gets left behind from the military and police forces firing tear gas and chemical-laced water cannons at them. This shows that these fellow Malaysians wants a clean and fair electoral system; little did they know, that they have carried another meaning to this expression which was ‘UNITY’.

Sick and tired from the racism being faced in our daily lives, most people are already fed up with the racial and religion segregation. A month has passed after the BERSIH 2.0, a new era comes to test the Malaysian again and, this time is something different; the religion card. Which I believe that it is either they want to ignite the 1969 racial war or gather the ‘majority’ race to win the upcoming elections. There is no bad intention to try and unite the Malay community, we should all unite together but to separate others in order for this intention is definitely not a good one.
Honestly, there has been so much of bullshit lately in the news, especially the Malay medium newspaper reporting on allegations made by others and not facts; just to tarnish the Christian community. We all know the main ideology behind every warfare in history sparked with religion differences, but that was eons ago, do we need to have this old fashioned mindset in this fast paced technology era?

These irresponsible politicians and their media army can try their best to sow the seed of hate, but do you need to do that during your own holy month of Ramadhan? Give peace a chance, learn to love others and put politics in race and religion aside for once. Concentrate on the poor and the misfortunate instead. These seeds may be sowed into the rural areas whom had no access of the internet and or no access to other races may believe this propaganda but, those who do have access would just shake their heads in dismay while having a dinner session during their break fast with the rest. I bet most of them would say, “it doesn’t work”. I know this is because my mother who is now above 55 years old tells me one day in the car that the news are so full of shit these days, she rather read them from the internet.

Here are the articles that I have compiled and as you can see times are desperate for these bigots; see you in the upcoming elections when the day you have to kiss the ‘Minority’ asses for a change.

Lastly, those who think that there is not enough unity within the races are usually the one that are not united themselves.

The armpits, however, were censored.

“Wow, I feel like I’m the centre of attention! I love it! And I love you all!” she says, as people around her avert their eyes.
The video is then slapped with a message that says: “Do not wear tight and revealing clothes.”

A few seconds later, the woman is then seen clad in a baju kurung, with a complete change of attitude.

A message that says “Do wear appropriate attire” then shows up on the screen.
Another episode shows the same Chinese woman eating cakes straight out of a hawker’s table, with the accompanying message: “Do not be greedy and eat in public.”
A third PSA highlights the apparent lack of manners, with the Chinese woman caressing a female seller’s arms, humming as she says: “I love you, makcik.”

Proceeding to slap a Malay male hawker selling watermelons on the shoulder, she then loudly exclaims: “Pakcik, ada diskaun kah? (Uncle, do you have a discount?)”
When FMT called 8TV for comment, a spokesperson said that the station would respond within a matter of minutes.

However, FMT noticed that the PSAs were removed from YouTube less than 10 minutes later.

(The user who originally posted the videos was known by the nickname “SanRandhawa”.)
Queried in a later call about the videos’ disappearance, the same spokesperson said: “We’re not very sure. Sometimes we get complaints from Facebook telling us to take off the videos.”

The spokesperson then declined any further comment.
CEO: Don’t over-analyse

However, Media Prima chief operating office Ahmad Izham Omar tweeted later in the day that the TV station was retracting the Ramadan ads.

“Ok guys. We’re pulling out the ads. Thank you very much for your concern,” he said under his Twitter handle, AhmadIzhamOmar.

He said this after telling his Twitter followers not to “overanalyse” the controversial 8TV ads.

“Chill guys. Don’t overthink the ads. Its written, produced and directed by a multi-racial team. If you overanalyse, anything will be bad,” Ahmad tweeted.
PAS MP: Ads in bad taste

PAS’ Kuala Selangor MP Dzulkefly Ahmad said that the three ads were done in “bad taste”.
“The ads have been done in bad taste. It is giving negative publicity to Muslims, and not enhancing the good will to Muslims,” he told FMT.

He added that Media Prima owed the public an apology over the matter.
He also referred to last year’s TV3 Hari Raya advertisement in September, which portrayed Santa Claus in a Muslim setting. After a public outcry, TV3 withdrew the clip.

Dzulkefly said the 8TV advertisements gave viewers the impression that Muslims were coercing non-Muslims into adhering to their practices.

He said that if non-Muslims wanted to follow Muslim principles, especially during Ramadan, they were free to or not to do so.

“If they want to give you that respect out of their good will, it’s their choice,” he said.

Umno Kota Belud MP Abdul Rahman Dahlan however advised the public to put the episode behind them, especially with Media Prima taking off the ads.

“A society which is able to laugh and poke fun at itself is a confident, open and matured society,” he said. He added that Malaysians had bigger things to worry about.
“Media Prima seems to have taken the ads off the air. I hope everyone will let it rest,” he said.

Wholly Umno-owned Media Prima controls the TV3, 8TV, ntv7 and TV9 television stations. It also owns the Fly FM, Hot FM and One FM radio network.
Facebook criticism

Meanwhile, 8TV has also come under fire from its fans, with many of them criticising the station’s released PSAs on its Facebook page.
One fan known as Azrul Mohd Khalib said that the station’s ads were tinged with racism.

“I am a Muslim who is also fasting. I see no need for these ridiculous ads which have a racist tone. This being a holy month too.”

“It is an insult to Muslims. But it is especially insulting to those who are non-Muslims,” he wrote, demanding (at the time) for 8TV to retract the ads.
Angie Teoh, another 8TV fan however, was convinced that the damage was already done.
“I was totally insulted by your so-called PSA ads. Your pulling the now doesn’t mean a thing.”

Read more here;
http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/2011/08/02/ramadan-ads-of-armpits-and-morality/

Don’t get me wrong I am neither Pro Opposition nor am I Pro-government, because I have seen both sides but BERSIH was the missing link to show how united Malaysians are despite their cultural diversities.

Those links that I picked are not going to be labeled as the best BERSIH stories because this is not a story writing competition. But they are the ones that shared their life and though one had lost his life, all for the sake for the future generations. For those who was not able to go for the BERSIH, kudos to you for sharing and speaking out in facebook and twitter and also helping to support by retweeting for those in need.

I may update more links if as I gather more of their stories to share. I think we should maintain the focus of Peace, Unity, Love & Respect for BERSIH, let us not destroy the topic by slandering the government, we know they lied according to the pictures and videos and also, I know they lied by reading the contrasting news the day before, during and after of the event.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 155px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-s8j4FczYR5U/Thwg6_-LWxI/AAAAAAAAApY/T4LFQeChZLE/s320/BERSIHTWEET.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5628409832283003666" />

However, when the other 2 parties namely from PERKASA and UMNO Youth wanting to join the rally to oppose against BERSIH, plus the bunch of SILAT clowns saying they will come and kick BERSIH butt at the final moment, actually made me feel more fearful of a bloodshed rally (I tend to have hyper imagination).
Then when I followed the news, that the BERSIH organizers agreed to have their peaceful (again I mention the word ‘peaceful’) gathering at the Stadium, which the organizer choose the Merdeka Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, on top of that Najib scored some brownie points from me as he said he would meet them there. Little that I know……….

2 DAYS BEFORE THE RALLY;

1.Suddenly there was roadblocks everywhere on a Thursday morning, Police were stopping buses and checking their luggage and phones (don’t know if its allowed), all lanes were block except one for police check at Summit, the opposite of Mentari Business Centre had a roadblock. I was thinking what the hell.

2.The Malaysia media reported that they found weapons and molotovs in plastic bottle hidden behind a flower pot at a shopping centre in KL (Honestly, if you want to plant evidence at least do it right, molotovs made by plastic bottle wont explode la – u think mentos and coca cola meh?) I know this is total bullshit cause i got the same shit from them too, please see my old logs of the 2006 incident;

Punk Not Dead

Media Strikes on Malaysia Youths

Police shooting unarmed Youth

3.I was in Kuala Lumpur that day for a launch and traffic was much better than in Klang Valley, little did I know Klang Valley had a roadblock grid all over.

4.The police justified their actions saying that because of these weapons, they had found yesterday, the decided to do a roadblock the very next morning during office rush hour, how coincidental.

5.Then I was baffled with how Najib changed his mind over meeting them at the Rally and that he had to go to UK the next day for some appointment, leaving the power in the policeman to handle all. On top of that, he totally said that BERSIH is illegal and no stadium will allow them to have their peaceful gathering, he just contradicted whatever he said after BERSIH organizer met with our Sultan. I took back my brownie points from Najib, bad bad PM… tsk tsk

1 DAY BEFORE THE RALLY – FRIDAY

1.The morning was so so, unusual traffic and no news of roadblocks yet.

2.Then in the afternoon, my colleague sent me this, they have schedule a massive roadblock earlier by 4pm all over, Sunway and Subang was the worse, we were jammed with roadblocks. I was cursing in my car on the way home, I felt like that the people of Klang Valley was being punished because the Government did not allow BERSIH which is a clean election, it just doesn’t make sense, How could a request for clean electoral system be illegal? Isn’t that obvious that you want corrupted system instead?

3.While at 8pm, I am still in the office, my colleague messaged me and said I should take a long piss before I decide to take the NKVE road back home. So my itchy backside friend, Esther decided to come out from her house because she was bored and we had dinner together. During dinner time at a nearby mamak, a tv shown that the IGP was shouting of warning that you are not allowed to participate in the rally tomorrow and all kinds of threats. My mind blanked for the moment as I thought I just saw Hitler reincarnation in the TV.

Day of the RALLY- 9TH July- SATURDAY

Unfortunately, I was not able to go out from my area as, Subang was still blocked with the POHLice causing a massive jam. I could only keep myself updated with the tweets and video logs, yes I am one of the people who have lost trust towards the credibility of our government controlled mainstream media. I watched some of my friends tweeting and the picture log, oh by the way please check out this side for more pictures, credit to the photographer, azlan zamhari for this, please visit his site here;Azlan Zamhari's photo gallery

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 211px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-oLD8wVvNWSQ/ThqHt4eo2oI/AAAAAAAAApI/ZjE2cRCVI-I/s320/bersih.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5627959906677611138" />

by AFP copyrights. I remember back in California Fitness, and it was my first time to a gym. To my rude awakening, I thought I was overdressed in a locker –LOL, when I saw a naked lady just waltz pass me and into the shower room. She was Chinese of course, also the occasional aunty bare boobies.

Anyway, I have been following the story of a hardcore fitness first member who had brought the issue to public because her membership was terminated through an informal procedure outside of the gym premise. The report mentioned that she was vulgar and obscene in her outfit which had caused an uncomfortable experience for the other gym goers. That lady of course known as Carol said that there were no dress code stated in the contract but of course there is the federal rule on indecent exposure. In which she was reported by several members of the gym that she was heard moaning out loud and was exposing her private part. (Really I am not surprised if it’s true, I remember visiting one of my bestie’s gym at Hartamas and gave a nick name “Labia Lips” to one of the gym members in her dance class, I doubt I shall elaborate further, the nick name speaks for itself)

The following stories about the Carol incident are lines in sequence below;
http://mmail.com.my/content/72942-too-sexy-my-shirt
http://mmail.com.my/content/73083-sexy-carol-flex-muscles
http://www.mmail.com.my/content/75293-dday-sexy-carol

You be the judged of it… If I were her I would just hide myself from public or immigrate to another country after this because really……… I don’t know whether to admire her or not for her adamant.. oh well.

There have been a lot of mixed voices and opinions with regards about it.

I remember there was this article in the news from the The Star online that there is a facebook that counters this announcement and remarked made by Islamic group Global Ikhwan. I am surprised that we had to go back in cave man time where burning women suspected of witchcraft happened. Honestly, I wasn’t so much angered reading their shallow minded thinking, in fact I found it rather amusing.

My point of view is that a wife being submissive to her husband is one of the values in all religion but some just got the wrong idea and in the end, exploited the issue on their own. These are all written as a basic value and not an extreme point of action, like another verse saying that children cannot disobey their parents. But what if the parents were to ask their children to commit a crime; does that mean they have to do it because they cannot disobey their parents?
There is nothing wrong with teaching the wives to be more loving in the household and at the same time, their husband should be supportive to attend it too. But, what irks me is that the vice president of this club made comments that you might want to slap the person who actually wrote her speech.

It is ridiculous to point out all social ills relating to domestic violence, prostitution and divorce to a woman not being good enough or as I quote, “sexual worker” in bed. Women were being blamed that they do not greet their husband warmly and with sexual arousal like how a prostitute do, making their wife a first class whore instead.

It is indeed rather disturbing as woman is to be respected, same goes with their husband, children and the elderly. But then again, this club has nothing to do with me as I am neither here or there on any religion, nor am I bound to any restriction to submit to anyone without a cause or reason.

I could really go on bla bla on this, which what most bloggers are slamming this club at the moment but I let you do your own thinking on this one. Its really funny coming from a doctor, female in this modernize world, man she must be desperate to stop her husband to look for prostitute, I wonder if her husband asked her to have an orgy with his other wives, if he had any. Would she submit?

“Go lick wife number 2’s pussy, you wife number 3, go eat wife number 4’s poop”
I quote the following article for you;

Club to coach wives to be 'whores in bed
Saturday, June 04 @ 07:31:57 CDT

The Obedient Wives Club is launched by Selayang Umno deputy chief Mohamed Nasir Ibrahim in Templer’s Park.

The 'Obedient Wife Club', which is launched today, urged its members to be "whores in bed" and obey their husbands to curb social ills like divorce and domestic violence.
Islamic group Global Ikhwan held the club's inaugural meeting in Kuala Lumpur, giving women tips on how to keep their men satisfied and prevent them straying

Its vice-president, Dr Rohaya Mohamad (left), said that for a man to be faithfully married to his wife, she must “be good in bed”.

“If the wives need our help we can train them on sexually satisfying positions. It is important to be a good sexual worker so that the husbands do not go to prostitutes,” said Rohaya, who has served with the Health Ministry for 15 years and written speeches for former ministers Dr Chua Soi Lek (Didn’t Chua Soi Lek cheated on his wife?)and Chua Jui Meng.

“We are an open organisation and will allow all races to come forward and seek our help to be obedient to their husbands. The club's slogan is 'Remain a virgin spiritually, mentally and physically'," added Rohaya.
"A good wife is perceived to be prim and proper - you just take care of the children - but not much is emphasised on fulfilling sexual needs of the husband. If he needs sex, obey him."
A good sex worker to her husband'

Rohaya said that the international edition of the club was launched on May 1 in Amman, Jordan and they have about 200 members from Syria, Egypt and Jordan. In Malaysia, the membership totaled about 1,000.
Rohaya said 30 percent of the club members were in polygamous marriages while the rest were in monogamous relationships and that the club was open to non-Muslims.
"You must satisfy your husband. A good wife should be a whore in bed," said 46-year-old doctor, whose husband has three other wives.

“A wife who obeys and fulfills her husband's sexual needs will always be loyal to her. In this rapidly developing world, women are already being treated as sex objects... in magazines, on TV... so why can't they be sex objects to their husbands?
"It is legal and permitted by God. A good wife is a good sex worker to her husband. What is wrong with being a whore in bed to your husband?” added Rohaya.
Source;
Club to coach wives to be 'whores in bed

Malaysia's inadequate laws, ineffective penalties and political apathy has come to the attention of the global community, and animal-lovers everywhere intend to lobby the Malaysian government into reviewing existing laws and practices.

Since its launch on 18th May 2011, an online petition against animal abuse and cruelty in Malaysia (http://StopAnimalAbuse.my) supported by 16 local animal welfare organizations has garnered over 10,000 signatures. First, the Australian company, LYNAS is adamantly in pursuing a rare earth project that might have or believe to have ‘radiation’ side effects then now little children dumping to Malaysia by the Australian Immigration people aka government.

About LYNAS, despite numerous protest against this project and Australia washing their hand off by going ‘oh we can’t do anything not our power to stop this’ which in my own point of view reflects that they don’t give a crap about this, it is not their country that is going to or might have this radiation side effects. Well we can’t point our fingers to Australia alone, every business is taking opportunity and advantage of another, that is how one makes its’ money.

The question lies on, “Who the hell invited LYNAS or proposed them to do so?” there are so many 3rd world countries for you to screw with. When read about LYNAS, it shows how greed is smeared across their faces and the people of Malaysia lambasted by their actions.
It is about time you let your vote speak, but is it loud enough?

Are we living in a world, not only Malaysia to actually believe that democracy or freedom works? Is there such thing as democracy or is it just another ‘excuse’ to ‘control’ the people. I personally feel that every country is a stage, dramas enfolds everywhere and every reason just to make a buck. Makes me ponder, what is the Malaysian government thinking? Who makes these decisions and why wasn’t it informed or proposed in public before it gets ratted out?

About the Malaysian draft of the proposed agreement to Australia on the asylum seekers who happened to be children, in a sail boat and to be sent for processing is like, “WTF” really. And to some point of those Australian who criticised on these actions is understandable, “WTF” are you sending unaccompanied children without parents in a sailboat over the seas that have had some ‘PIRATE’ incident, send them via the god dam plane dammit, they are just kids, they get a discount.

Why does Malaysia want to get rid of 4000 refugees to be sent to Australia in exchange for 800 cold, scared and defenseless kids? The sad part that last time, a Malaysian child that was born without their parents getting married could not get into schools or citizenship, until a political interference to sort it out. How would Malaysia provide education, health and warmth to these children?
