Za ovomjesečnu temu &lt;a href="http://kuvarigrice.blogspot.com/2012/02/kuvarijacije-201202-tema.html"&gt;Kuvarijacija&lt;/a&gt; izabrana je ova zanimljiva slastica. Tradicionalni mađarski (iako ga i Česi svojataju) kolač zapravo je slatko pecivo puno vanilije i cimeta. Priprema mu je jednostavna, ali predstavlja izazov zbog &amp;quot;alata&amp;quot; potrebnog za pečenje. Provele smo jedan prekrasan dan pun slanih i slatkih delicija, cure su uspjele obaviti i mini shopping, sve se tako poklopilo i rezultiralo jednim divnim upoznavanjem i prijateljstvom!&lt;br&gt;

Dragi svi, u nekoliko postova družit ćemo se sa svjetskim kuhinjama. Po jedno jelo predstavit će nam kolege blogeri iz raznih dijelova svijeta. Rezultat je to jedne lijepe suradnje i dogovora između mene i nekoliko blogerica čiji rad već dugo pratim i uživam (ne samo u receptima, nego i u fotografijama). Ovim putem svima neizmjerno zahvaljujem što su pristali biti dio ovog malog virtualnog putovanja. Mene ova ideja beskrajno zabavlja, čini mi se kreativnom i korisnom i nadam se da ćete iz ovog serijala izvući zanimljive i ukusne recepte, unijeti dašak neke druge zemlje u svakodnevno kuhanje, otkriti nove blogove i uživati u slasnim fotografijama! Postovi iz serijala bit će označeni markicom &amp;quot;&lt;b&gt;Eat global&lt;/b&gt;&amp;quot; iliti &lt;i&gt;jedimo globalno&lt;/i&gt;, koju mi je napravio moj Damir (Damire, hvala ti). Za ovaj krug igre &lt;a href="http://kuvarigrice.blogspot.com/2008/11/ajme-koliko-nas-je-pravila.html"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ajme, koliko nas je&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; za temu sam izabrala višnje. Hvala &lt;b&gt;Neveni&lt;/b&gt; sa &lt;a href="http://mari-the-gold.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ebba&amp;#39;s cuisine&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/a&gt; što mi je predala domaćinsku palicu. Hvala svima koji su sudjelovali u ovom krugu, iznenadili ste me svojim trudom i svaki put kad bi mi na e-mail dospjela ulaznica, razvukao mi se smješak preko lica. Znatiželjno sam otvarala mail za mailom da bih vidjela što ste to fino spremili. Bilo je zaista maštovitih kreacija i nekako ne sumnjam da sve imaju zajednički nazivnik: jako su ukusne. Posebno mi je drago što su se javljali ljudi koji su odlučili prvi put sudjelovati u ovoj igri i ovo je ujedno odlična prilika da otkrijete neke nove blogove. Odaziv je bio velik. Koliko god mi je drago zbog toga, toliko mi je problem predstavljalo odabrati pobjednike.&lt;br&gt;

Trenutno je pod &amp;quot;istragom&amp;quot; u sklopu igre &lt;a href="http://kuvarigrice.blogspot.com/2008/11/fbi-rukavice-pravila.html"&gt;FBI rukavice&lt;/a&gt; &lt;b&gt;Jelenin&lt;/b&gt; blog &lt;a href="http://foodforthought-jelena.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Food for thought&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. Sve lijepe riječi koje su druge blogerice napisale o Jeleni apsolutno potpisujem i nekako se nadam susretu u kojem bih ju osobno upoznala. Iz njezinih postova i komentara zaključit ćete kako je to jedna iznimno pametna, pedantna i draga mlada žena. Ono na čemu joj se posebno divim-što se njezinog bloga tiče-jest detaljnost u prikazu recepata, slike koraka pripreme, opisi, savjeti.&lt;br&gt;
Isprobala sam do sada dva recepta s ovog inspirativnog bloga i tu nije kraj, zabilježila sam si nekoliko divota koje su me posebno zainteresirale i nadam se da ću uskoro uhvatiti vremena i posvetiti se njihovoj pripremi. Ovakvi su kolači meni zamijenili klasičnu orahnjaču od dizanog tijesta, koju već dugo ne pečem. Mi smo svi zavoljeli ove štrudlice s orasima koje stanu u ruku i pojedu se u jednom-dva zalogaja. &lt;span style="font-family: &amp;#39;Trebuchet MS&amp;#39;,sans-serif;"&gt;Kada je prije nekoliko
mjeseci izvjesna Joy na svom simpatičnom blogu &lt;i&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.joythebaker.com/"&gt;Joy the Baker&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/i&gt; objavila recept za ovaj kruh,
nastala je pomama koja još uvijek ne jenjava. I sama sam se priključila &lt;i&gt;kultu&lt;/i&gt; obožavatelja ovog recepta te ga napokon isprobala. Tijesto je premazano maslacem, vanilijom,
šećerom i cimetom (vjerojatno vam je jasno kakav se divan opojan miris širi
tijekom pečenja). Tijesto je podijeljeno na
listiće koje ćrpkate nestrpljivim prstima (provjereno-nećete moći dočekati da
se prohladi). Šećer pomiješan s cimetom se tijekom pečenja karamelizira sa
maslacem pa se na dnu kruha stvori ljepljivi sloj karamele. Nadam se da ste sad nagovoreni na probu ovog recepta :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Umjesto oraha možete upotrijebiti neke druge orašaste plodove, npr. bademe, ali ja nisam mijenjala recept. Hvala &lt;b&gt;Neveni&lt;/b&gt; sa prekrasnog bloga &lt;a href="http://mari-the-gold.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ebba's cuisine&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/a&gt; što mi je proslijedila domaćinstvo sa &lt;a href="http://kuvarigrice.blogspot.com/2008/11/ajme-koliko-nas-je-pravila.html"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ajme koliko nas je&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; za ovaj mjesec.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Pregledavala sam prethodne teme, razmišljala o nekoj sezonskoj namirnici, gotovo sve što mi se jako sviđalo već je odrađeno i na kraju se odlučila za &lt;b&gt;višnju&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Višnje su izvrsne i kad nisu u sezoni, meni je to draga namirnica. Koristite zamrznute, ili one iz kompota (ja ipak preferiram zamrznute). Moram priznati da čak i u sezoni rijetko dolazim do višanja, ovdje sve vrvi trešnjama, ali višnju malokad koristim svježu. Jednom sam probala krasan sos od višnje koji je bio poslužen uz goveđe odreske, tako da uporaba nije ograničena samo na deserte, dapače-pustite mašti na volju, dajte si oduška i uživajte.&lt;br /&gt;

Nadam se da ste novu godinu dočekali onako kako ste si zamišljali, nadam se da ste se odmorili i dobro naspavali, nauživali u blagdanskoj trpezi. Iza nas još jedna godina, vrijeme je nevjerojatno proletilo i čini mi se da svake godine ide sve brže. Nadam se da iza sebe ostavljate loše i u 2012. nosite što više dobroga, da ste mnogo naučili, da ste se nauživali, da ste se dignuli kad je bilo najteže. Meni je 2011. donijela i dobrog i lošeg. Bila je to godina učenja i novih poznanstava, kao i godina iskušenja. U 2012. ulazim s nekim novim željama, iako vučem 2-3 stare. Bila je to godina krasnih putovanja i uživanja, kao i godina gubitka koji nas je podsjetio na sve koje volimo i koji su još s nama. Što se bloga i općenito kuhanja tiče, dogodilo se mnogo lijepih stvari na kojima sam itekako zahvalna. Najviše vama koji dolazite ovdje, bodrite me, komunicirate samnom, dajete savjete, dijelite veselje i želje, družite se. U skladu sa idejom vodiljom ove stranice, za novogodišnju večer častim vas jednom prekrasnom tortom. Ulazak u novu godinu trebao bi biti sladak i uključivati čokoladu, slažete li se? :)&lt;br&gt;

Nadam se da ste dobro, da ste se odmorili, možda vam je kolača već dosta, neki možda spremaju još pokoje slatko iznenađenje za ispraćaj stare i doček nove godine. Ovdje ponovo nešto slatko, ali ovaj put zdravo, bez šećera. Svojevrsne detox kuglice, za sve kojima je dosta kolača, ali ipak žele slatke zalogaje za kraj ove godine, ili ideja za slatkiš nakon ovih praznika.&lt;br&gt;
