Founders Jeff Ragland and Rachel Escobar are both from California and fell in love with Atlanta and southern soul food immediately! However, being slightly more health conscious than the typical Southerner, they began exploring ways to create Southern dishes in a lighter, healthier way.&lt;br /&gt;
