Lindsay Lohan was busted for DUI (again) after a car chase early this morning in Los Angeles. Blowhan was apparently chasing her former assistant who quit just hours before the arrest.

Cocaine was found in Lindsay’s back pocket and she blew between .12 and .13 on the breath test. A law enforcement source says she was “a real bitch in the field.”

The source says Lohan, who was stopped at the intersection of Pico and Main in Santa Monica, was “uncooperative and showed obvious signs of intoxication.”

She has since been released from jail and is now “receiving medical care,” according to her attorney.

In an effort to get hitched before the baby arrives, Usher and Tameka Foster have decided to move forward with their wedding and tie the knot this weekend at the Hampton home of LA Reid.

Although the guest list is said to include famous friends such as Beyoncé and Jay-Z, people who have known Usher the longest – including his assistant of six years and his mother – both of whom Usher recently fired, allegedly at the request of his fiancée, may not be in attendance.

After being arrested for yet another DUI early yesterday morning, Lindsay Lohan has issued a statement proclaiming her innocence.

“Yes, I am innocent…did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.”

This is typical behavior for an addict – blame everyone around them and not accept responsibility for their actions. Blowhan needs some serious help.

Sources tell Us that Alba, who was abroad over the weekend promoting Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, called Warren on July 22 and told him, “I’m not in love with you anymore.”

The interior of the museum was decked out with huge chandeliers, white couches and arm chairs positioned around tables laden with red roses.
