Don't let control freaks have emotional control over you.

The Need To Control Everything

Often, this behaviour stems from extreme insecurity of the self. Just imagine, meeting someone who thinks this must be this way or that and anyone who moves an item to position ‘A’ must be moved to position ‘B’ because you moved it. Nothing is satisfactory. Yes, I know, I’ve worked with dozens of people like this. Too often, they were also placed in charge. They are operating out of the sheer fear of making errors. They have a mistaken assumption that pushing people around is synonymous with being the “BOSS”. Others also operate with hyper inflated egos.

All that hot air eventually comes crashing down with sudden deflation. They may bite off more than they can chew and explode as everything overwhelms their emotions. Sudden failure results. Then you may watch a very different but curious situation as the control freak slowly but surely deflates and often self destructs. The need to hold on to everything so tightly that it is choked to death is not my idea of good leadership.

Productivity is diminished to only one person’s point of view. All other vantage points are summarily put down out of the mistaken fear of losing authority. Then he wonders why no one trusts him and he has no friends to speak of, except for the rare person who tries to allow them the time to change. However, because this controlling behaviour has the potential to be so damaging, it should be taken to task as soon as possible.

Fear Is The Bully

There is really no such thing as a cure for a person behaving in such a controlling manner. Fear is like that dangerously seductive mistress. Do as she bids you or else something dire might happen. But step back a moment and realise that such threats are just that. Threats really hold no more power than what may go on in one’s head that gives rise to worry. Nothing has yet to happen. Once this is realised, fear simply cannot live within that freedom to think.

Notice that the control freak uses bullying tactics that are actually to instil fear in anyone and everyone? And if you and your co-workers find yourself in such a situation with a supervisor, just observe the bully’s behaviour when faced with the company boss. That bully is likely suddenly totally subservient! It may seem very odd that you can be in cordial terms with the company boss but the bully, who is your ‘superior’ fears him? Yes, a bully fears anyone who does not fear him (just using ‘him’ for ease of writing)…

Personally, I do not ever tolerate bullying of any kind. It’s up to you, but I will take such situations up with the boss. If this occurs in a police department, I will talk to the super in charge. A school bully should be similarly dealt with. The main reason is this. How many people have been disadvantaged or hurt by this person? Also, you should realise that sometimes such situations are placed before you to test you as some people will say of god. It’s true, as you strive for self growth, you will be tested and take this as an opportunity to help yourself deal with situations to get stronger emotionally. Oh, yes, and I don’t mean getting into a battle royale or fight at all. It pays to aim for an amicable settlement. You’ll make many friends this way.

Your Intentions Creates The Path To The Teacher You Seek

The teacher appears when the student is ready is often heard. But it took a very long time and many years of understanding before my journey took me far enough to look back at the number of teachers I had appear to me in my life. Like putting a jigsaw puzzle together, I could see the pieces that fit and others that don’t. You see, according to my feelings and emotions at the time that was the teacher I attracted.

Using your emotions negatively gets you the resulting master. When I was trying to escape my very demeaning life, I was so angry. I longed for someone, anyone, to mentor me to get out of this situation. I went through a whole series of ‘mentors’ who simply catered to those wishes. The result? I got angrier still. That became my lifestyle. Oh, and if you think it can’t happen to you, think again. A number of people I knew well did the very same thing and got the very same result with minor variances.

Desperation led me to drop everything including myself. I sought relief and peace. I wanted to understand my life. It was at this moment when a series of teachers came into my life over many years. In time, I realised one overriding factor was love that kept me going. And I dare say that this is the picture of my life that I now hold dear.

Attract The Right Master For You

The number one rule is to always attract the one master that is right for you. Now, it may take a series of teachers before you settle on the one for a time. I say for a time because, as you grow with success, you will seek out more masters.

How you attract the master to your life is really to find your dream. Ask yourself questions whether this dream will give you fulfilment. You see, the universe is a far wiser teacher than anyone. A teacher will appear. You may need to learn a course or even make more money to reach this person but you do what you must. Your will to succeed will get you there.

From this master, you will likely find that more teachers will be introduced to you. This is hardly surprising in this magnificent abundant world. When you thought there was a drought of teachers, now there appear to be too many to learn from. This is the time you choose your path. When your path is aligned with your dream and fulfilment, your teacher will appear right before you.

How can you tell if this teacher is for you? It’s quite simple really. The path you are being led on makes you extremely happy. Each morning you get up gives you excitement to follow that path. Your whole day is a happy one because you know that you have found your success. The gratification may be delayed, but you can feel that nothing can sway you away. This is the moment that you know you have honoured yourself and therefore also your master.

Fulfiling natural life with an oasis to your true calling.

Success is Fulfilment

Some will declare that success is one and the same with fulfilment. They are the very ones who have built their physical wealth or are habitual overachievers in anything they do except for having true love in their lives. They will also readily tell you that to finally find true happiness within what they love to do is the fulfilment they have been seeking all their lives.

These overachievers are often found driving toward one goal or dream after another with great success. But they have been unable to find the real fun; the real joy that comes with all that success. Their emotions often end in dissatisfaction. They then strive to find another dream in the hope that joy is there or right around the corner. And when they actually do find that happiness, it is always something they love to do.

Real success comes only when joy and happiness come as a result of that success. This is the feeling one now receives. This is the blessing of being fulfilled that becomes so satisfying.

Your Calling Is Fulfilment

So you seek your calling. Maybe you thought you had found your true calling but it was so interwoven with sorrow that you had to abandon that ultimate dream. Now what do you do? If you’re feeling lost and in total loss of control of your emotions, welcome to this world of creation. This is the time as you are so deliberately searching is when that searching energy gives you clues to the future you seek. But one overriding factor is to look at every opportunity. When you deliberately avoid looking at something for whatever reason that may be one of those clues or opportunities you are missing.

Deliberately seek that fulfilment. It is the feeling that you give the greatest meaning to. Since the calling and the fulfilment become the same result, then this is what you must do. I say this because my life has been a series of ups and downs. I thought I had found fulfilment but I had to go further into another opportunity. Then at last as fulfilment met my calling, I knew this is what I had been seeking all along.

How I knew that my dream has at last found my calling which gave me fulfilment, was that unbridled joy that I am filled with. Friends tell me I glow. My aura drew friends and pets alike to me. Family became tight knit. I knew my power.

And then a very strange thing happened. I began to dream some more and felt so alive with life that I was always confident in finding fulfilment as I expanded my calling to do more. Today as you find fulfilment, it may be to satisfy your hunger for the love of a family. Tomorrow, you might walk in the footsteps of Ghandi and unite a country into a nation of love and self respect.

1) “I just believed I will have more,” Oprah Winfrey telling the world regardless of your circumstances like her childhood, you can rise to your calling. Who on earth doesn’t know she’s the most likeable and famous billionaire in the history of ever? She is now living her next life chapter on OWN.

2) “If I’m setting up a new business I’ll spend three or four months learning everything there is about that business,” Richard Branson. The Virgin boss is most well known for being an information junkie when he starts anything, then finds good people to run it. He knows the value of leveraged support after starting out as a teenager with his first newsletter called Virgin.

3) “Harry Potter basically came to me when I was in a train”, J.K. Rowlings, sometimes known as the billionaire author tells of the time when she was 25 and living a very difficult life of a single mother. Her passionate calling since early childhood was to be a writer about a boy wizard who didn’t know he was one.

4) “Don’t sell yourself short,” Ralph Lauren. He inspires others in the way he always approaches everything he does in life. Ralph started at sixteen hanging up returns in a department store and was told “…the world isn’t ready for Ralph Lauren” which he still holds as the nudge that made him more determined than ever.

A statement outlining his successful strategies from one of most influential billionaires in the world who had little schooling. He is now the chairman of Hutchison Whampoa of Hong Kong.

8) “If you would like to know the value of money, go and try to borrow some,” Benjamin Franklin. Self explanatory.

9) “My formula for success is rise early, work late and strike oil,” JP Getty. How does the largest oil company in the world at the time strike you? Perseverance is the story here. There really is no shortcut. When all your dreams come to you go grab it even if takes all day and night! Otherwise you will not have what you have decided not to achieve.

10) “Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination,” Oscar Wilde. He’s a funny man of stage and screen but it’s a truth meant to inspire. While it is wise to reinvest one’s profit, it is unwise to hide that money away from investing it to produce more income. If you can’t imagine this as the way to riches, then you won’t.

Giving the gift of love.

Give Love In Place Of Hate

Giving love does not mean you actually go out there and hug someone or something. It might not be possible. Here’s a little story of a true event. Think of someone in a wheel chair who has already suffered all the indignities of being disowned and put down despite putting his life on the line for many years to protect innocent lives. Would you feel that this person would want to live on to live on amidst such sheer unjustified hatred? How would it have been for you if you were that person? But all he wanted was for a little respect back. This respect happens to be love. But popular media has it that this man was unworthy. What would you do? Do you even have the right to extend that hatred or would you offer love?

Imagine what it must be like for prisoners being sentenced to solitary confinement, devoid of all sense of freedom, sight, warmth and dignity. All they have are their minds which are regularly tortured to with voices of hate. The love feels like it has been torn away. What emotions must replace that emptiness? I shudder to think what punishment with more pain does.

Many times we are all put into situations that make us think of following the crowd. When that happens, hatred or love becomes accentuated rightly or wrongly. Hatred is so easily spread and the victim of such negativity remains separated and quite unable to live it down in everyone’s eyes. Similarly, but opposite the hero in society’s eyes never appears to be able to do any wrong. It is here that I do strongly advocate giving your love. Not just a little, but a whole lot. This is the reason why.

Giving Love Heals

There’s something about the power of love. It is an extremely powerful energy that heals. It corrects the wrongs that have come before it. Life wants to go forward and grow. That is the natural order of this expanding universe. As I’ve mentioned before love is what you make of it. It can be for almost any reason but it’s most significant effect is to heal everything that comes before.

Not too long ago ‘Apartheid’ brought tremendous grief to black people in South Africa. But through the tremendous effort of love of peace for the people one man’s ideal was supported by many. Although still imperfect, there is that magnificent and deliberate growth for South Africans today.

If you can still remember the shameful slaughtering of whales, there is this group of Grey Whales off Mexico that used to fight whalers of many years ago. But today, that distrust and fear has become an amazing story of trust as these whales come to visit and interact with whale tourist watchers. Now, many of these whales were still alive when they were still being hunted and were very distrustful of humans. Yet, they have come to love the touch and hugs that people now offer them.

Love In His Heart

That is all the man in the wheelchair asked for. He gave love to the victims of war yet that was against the policy makers of those days. But that was not in his heart. All he wants in return was a little love. You see, he lives in abject loneliness. That feeling of love ripped from us can and does separate us from a connection we all must have to be successful in life.

However, all it takes for love to shine through is to simply bring a dog or pet, a child saying hello or simply sitting with him with a hot bowl of soup. Through all the emotional and physical agony, he will smile at you and offer a wonderful and amazingly intelligent conversation. Obviously, his broken body is not a broken spirit still longing for more love from the world he still loves.

But you see, that was not too many years ago. Love does give courage to go on and claiming one’s rightful place. All it takes is a little love from a single person. A few loving words of encouragement and even a patient on the death bed will recover to confound the medical doctors. The world calls these events miracles. The will to live with the will of love is all healing and is still the most powerful force ever known.

Miracles do not end there. Miracles also extend to all manner of things we all love. There is the love of living well. You will find many who have gone to their school of choice and graduated under miraculous situations. You might wonder at the guy in such terrible financial situations who has recovered to live the life of luxury in a fully paid mansion. Business newbies have been known to become millionaires in their first year.

He or she may have had mentors. Ask them and they might tell you they knew things will come out in their favour and they might also tell you it’s because of a love that drove their extreme determination into that dream. It is their love of their dreams that got them there.

People with dreams remain with youthful vigour.

Dream and stay young like discovering the Fountain of Youth

I was just watching Oprah on her new dream, OWN. Did she just seem so incredibly energetic to me? But the camera people and the producers do appear to be trying to keep up with this woman of evergreen ideas and energy. She’s got more of Americana to inspire. Steven Tyler and Anthony Robbins are just the beginning. She’s got good food on her TV channels plate too.

Pick a billionaire who is still chasing his dream like Richard Branson. Isn’t he just the picture with the cheek of youth? When will this man ever take a rest? I don’t think he wants to. There’s still so much fun left in life to discover. He’s got another book to Up his mystique. There’s so much of outer space to explore. The oceans are still virgin territory. There are more eco friendly products to sell to the world. There are more Virgins to put on his label.

Then one day, I ran into an old friend not seen in many years. He said I looked so young. Err…was that a pass? Did he really mean that as a truth or a compliment? Well, he explained that it was my energy that seemed so vibrant. You see, he’s retired and has been taking it easy and he’s gotten quite slow. Now, at one time, he appeared to be such a debonair. He was someone the girls would be wishing and dreaming about. As we parted, he once again complimented me on my drive to change my world and live my dreams. “Stay young” he quipped!

Why dreams keep you young.

Love Napoleon Hill for telling the world about what anyone can achieve if one puts one’s mind to it. I used to dream about being very young again…no, I don’t mean being focussed on just using creams, botox and plastic surgery. But in actual years because I love the energy and my very simple ideologies. I chase after my dreams and that was that. But after the decades slipped by, I realized my vigour and health still far exceeds people less than half my age.

The mind is such a powerful and wonderful thing. It begins with the brain which I really encourage everyone to use with relish. The mind encompassed the whole body but the brain is like the master control you can use. Master wants to grow strong? Of course, here are the things you must do. The universe response to the thoughts put out too for you to pick and choose. Mistress wants to look young like a girl? No problem. There are neurons that connect and notice the energy or hormones that seem to flood your body. Your focus becomes just that. It may require you get healthier, eat better food, get more sunshine, go to beaches and perhaps meet more youthful dreamers.

It’s all these activities that happen when one chases dreams. Your whole being gets into the act of creating opportunities that reflect where you want to go. It’s that endless journey of renewal that happens. To achieve all you desire requires your body and mind to become younger too. Your brain needs to grow and develop even more youthful vigour. If this means anything to you, well then dream and you’ll remain young.

10 Practices To Choose Happiness

Choose happiness and radiate joy.

1) Say “I choose happiness”, as you awaken in the morning.
The sub-conscious scientists say is all powerful and will command your whole body and mind to behave in a specific way as directed. So, direct yourself into happiness by telling yourself about the joyous, radiant, happy person you are!

2) Happiness is a habit of giving thanks.
Develop the habit of giving thanks for everything in your daily life. Habits are formed into a repeated set of behaviours. Sadness can be broken and literally exchanged for happiness. Keep reminding yourself of happy moments and happy things.

3) Best pure nutrition.
We are what we eat. Stop the damn drugs…yes, I literally mean damn them. Nutritious food and purest water come first. Avoid all those chemical fertilisers and genetically engineered foods. In fact, even sunshine for appropriate periods are great ways to get the right amount of the sunshine vitamin. All agricultural societies worship the sun. Agriculture is the basis of all good nutrition.

4) Become a part of a happy group of friends.
Put another way. Be a part of a mastermind. When groups of like minded friends get together, spirits are lifted and everyone has a great time. Problems are so often easily dispensed with. Great friends help each other. Acting together is power. There is power in manifesting happiness.

5) Create your dreams
Make a dream book, a dream board or a treasure box. Put symbols or pictures of your dreams into them. Make sure they mean something powerful to you that you aspire toward. These are dreams that thinking about makes you happy. Keep looking at and replenishing them as active reminders as you build happiness.

6) Endeavour toward the income source or work that you love.
This is such a massive source of pride and joy for the self but not ego. This is the confirmation that one can accomplish anything. But do it one step up at a time. Foundations always need to be built. The stronger you build your foundation, the more massive your building.

7) Honour your family and friends.
They are your immediate supporting society. When their approval of you reaches your sub-conscious, you are said to be in synch. You are resonating in like vibrations like bells ringing in harmony and resonance. The result is an immensely louder voice.

8) Meditate in happiness as a daily ritual.
Happiness is the harvest of the quiet mind. The quiet mind begins with happiness as its objective. Then in confidence, simply quiet your mind in the deepest meditation. Upon awakening, your awareness is that of a deep, warm and powerful person.

9) Exercise in the most effective way for your body.
A strong and healthy body is a virtue of happiness. When you feel better, you feel happier. When you feel stronger you feel happier. Therefore make sure you find a way to exercise that takes as short a time as possible, yet is more effective than any other exercise for you. Tip: do a series of workouts that match your way of life and your body type. Match it with the right frame of mind and nutrition. Great coaches are also a plus.

10) Ask what you can do for the world by developing your true calling.
Ultimately, our bodies go to the grave. But our legacies live on for others to follow. Our energies of soul will be sent into the ether and spread into the knowledge that is the universe. The greatest of joy is doing this. You can be someone who accomplishes the greatest feats but a truly happy person does what he desires and becomes that desire.

Emulate the Famous And The Fortunate With Fun And Become One Of Them

With the advent of mass media these days, looking for someone of fame and fortune to emulate is a fairly easy affair. But finding one that matches our fancies is another. I find it much less intimidating when I consider what a child might do. In fact, I went so far as to ask some little children of about six years playing their fame and fortune game in the park. Names like Angelina Jolie, Sylvester Stallone, several different princes, and even the deceased Princess Diana.

The children reasoned that they were simply very famous, very wealthy and fun. Anyway, they said they were very easy to play at because everyone knows about them. If we can think what they are like, we can act what they are like. In fact, it’s fun to become them. I asked why not people like Bill Gates and they replied he’s not a fun guy.

What was it about the great teachers who often tell us to be mentored or at least become like the people who have what we want? We can then become like them with the belief of becoming as powerful or even more famous and wealthy than they. Emulate the famous and fortunate of your desire and become one like them. And just as importantly, we must enjoy it. The children like to have fun playing someone they like.

Defeat Dream Stealers

Belief in dreams is the bane of dream stealers. You know those people who always decry your mere mention of what you endeavour to achieve. Too often, these are the very same people who declare they are there to help you find your way. Close family and friends are the most likely culprits. Sad to say, but it is the truth that they lie to you because they fear you will accomplish what they fear to do themselves!

Shame on them. Even if it means leaving the country to find your dreams elsewhere, so be it. I did! And I have.

The power of pure, unadulterated belief in anything ensures you will get to that dream. The only thing that stops anyone is the fear or guilt of not claiming that dream. Use your hands if you have to. If it’s there for the taking, embrace it. Grab it. It is yours. That is what ‘manifest’ means.

Seeking Your Success

The eerie similarity between dreams and society is more relevant than ever. Where dreamers and doers reside, there will be fame and fortune. To truly live one’s life in joy is to seek one’s success.

The tough but exciting process of discovering yourself through a world full of opportunities and temptations hasn’t changed much since childhood. Negative pressure from society, parents and teachers reinforcing the fear of not fitting in and causing the disappointment of failure is still there. The desire to be unique, finding your first love, and creating your big exciting dreams are always there waiting for you in this universe.

Pent Up Unstoppable Energy Drive Powerful Decisions

Make The Decision To Walk Toward Your Dreams

It is pure and unstoppable energy we have built up that will drive the most powerful of decisions that are life changing. Pent up energy like a backed up dam is what builds and builds as we want our dreams but somehow, we can’t move forward with it. Then a key event comes to all whose desires are so overwhelmingly powerful the energies built up will shine that light toward the way. It can’t be stopped. It must come because this is the universal law.

But, that ‘aha’ moment must be allowed to happen. Once the key is used, the flood gate of energy opens and all that energy rushes forth. It is the breakthrough waiting to happen. What has been stopping that one moment of decision has been shifted from stop to go.

Crossing The Threshold

Imagine a soldier, a sniper on the battle field. He has one moment to make a decision to pull the trigger and perhaps change history forever. Does he or not? The conditions there are so volatile that he may miss that chance to cross the threshold and make that powerful decision.

Most of us in some way have lived through this decision time. Do we cross that threshold or turn the other way? That’s the moment when we decide we’ve had enough of this terrible place and turn our backs to it to cross over. Perhaps we decide to end a bad relationship.

It takes courage to break off from the same old long term problems. It’s not because you are a hero but because you’ve decided at last to head toward your dreams. Perhaps at last your beliefs that divorce is against your religion is ended. Perhaps you realise at last that your cultural norms no longer serve you. What you want is a much greater life fulfilment. The decision is yours and yours alone.

Treasures

Old cars may be valuable treasures

Stories of treasures found in a pirates’ cove can stir anyone’s attention. Then you find real live sunken booties off shore somewhere in the islands. The whole world, it seems wants to know more about it. Otherwise, stories of illicitly gained bounties like stolen loot or drug cartel money is found stored in some dark dungeon. But these are obvious and become well known. Anyone will say “But of course they are valuable treasures!” But what of what we see but do not realise they are so valuable in other ways?

What makes treasures to me is simply something that is so valuable to me personally in some way. Some people will prefer financially valuable gems or gold bars. Others may consider people in their lives. I know of foreign friends who consider their countries their treasure. It thus depends on the individual’s value placed on that thing or issue.

In fact, memories are so important they form the most important treasures of all. Think about it. An old building in the middle of town may actually have a land value 10 times more than its stated valuation. That’s because it may have been declared a national treasure because of the memories attached to its historical significance. It might be in memory to a hero or perhaps a very famous and important ancient document was signed there.

Abundance Of Treasures

Our lives are actually full of treasures if we care to give importance where it matters. Let me ask you, have you given another thought about the guy delivering your papers in any weather until he suddenly retires? How about the corner deli which has been in operation for 40 years and the owner decides to call it a day? And so often an opportunist can make a financial killing because the owner of an aged vehicle sold it for next to nothing. It may have been a valuable piece of history and is later found on the market for hundreds of times more than its purchase cost.

Yes, the world around us is full of treasures only if we open our hearts and minds to their importance. Perhaps the most important one of all that is often kicked by the kerb are our minds. Most people put themselves down most of the time. Value our minds and the values of our lives will raise as much as we can dream them into being.

For example, that deli owner may simply be enjoying the fruits of his labour and is now living in luxury and travelling anywhere in the world he chooses. But the humble beginnings made people lose sight of his success. Perhaps the value placed on the things we own like an old car’s contribution to our daily living may make us look again at things in a new light. Isn’t it time to appreciate the better things in life and go for them?

My friendly pets always thank me in their own little ways. They always make me feel good and accomplished as they come up to me. Being so trusting, these pets would take food out of my hands and I can pet them. I remember my own children when they were babies. Such gratitude, such appreciation from the most innocent and trusting beings I love.

Is Appreciation Such A Big Deal?

Many of us have to ask the importance of appreciation. I really never learnt its real power until I was well into my adulthood. Make no mistake this is not just a simple matter of observing your Ps and Qs. It is far more than mere politeness at dinner parties and proper etiquette.

True appreciation comes from the heart they say. I’ll go further and claim that it is truly from the appreciative thoughts, the emotions of thankfulness and the ultimate feeling of blessing the person, creature, thing or event that gave us cause to be so grateful.

The act of appreciation is most definitely a big deal. The wealthiest bankers in the far eastern countries would come out on the streets and in the communities to offer their appreciation to the people. In fact, they offer to sponsor celebrations as well to say thank you to the communities for being loyal clients. The recent Chinese New Year celebrations offered a glimpse of how wealthy bosses keep their community spirit on a high level. It was so important that they reward their employees financially and offer public entertainment for the community. Does it work? Well, why are they so wealthy?

Appreciation begets appreciation in return; he bigger the event, the bigger the return. That is absolute loyalty building. Marketing types already know what the effects of a powerful social network can become. This is social etiquette at its best.

Develop The Habit Of Appreciation

This is the very best way to learn to use this very important development in our lives. That is if we appreciate the finer things in life. As we’ve already seen, giving appreciation is one of the most powerful ways to gain popularity and develop a very loyal following.

Wealthy people also know that giving appreciation connects the community. Giving rewards and notice to loyal employees in a celebration is always the best way to develop camaraderie within any organisation.

As you observe the appreciation and rewards ceremonies, it is also a wise thing to give all the power of appreciative feelings you can to those recipients. Notice the most productive and the best earners of a company are always the most enthusiastic. You see, they, like their bosses know that to give is to bring back the same energy to receive. And you shouldn’t be wondering why successful people do the things they do.

Thus giving appreciation is to build great relationships, create an appreciative social network, cause the community to treat you with gratitude, and even have a very loyal following. It’s also magnificent for business building. But there is another thing I want to add that is of utmost importance. Your family and your loved ones should be remembered and appreciated all the time. They are your main support structure at home. Even as you settle down at night, they are there as your trusted allies.

Like the law of attraction, appreciation really builds your desires. Did I mention that things, events and all great feeling issues will come your way? It’s amazing what you can learn from your pets. If you haven’t already been practice, start by keeping some pets and do it with love. You’ll learn appreciation from your pets in a very short time.

The Desire To Feel Each Other

Bond of Friendship

No, not the feely touchy kind of the lovers’ embrace, although this is a great example of a friendship taken to extremes. It is more to do with the need to feel less lonely or at least to be in contact with another like being. Then we go further and embrace the feelings of love in its many forms and intensity. There’s that casual hello, the giving of respect, the offering of a helping hand, the brotherly love and also that between lovers. But notice too that friendship can also extend toward a home or pets. The greatest memories I have with friends are that of the many fun things we used to do together.

There’s the wanting of companionship that even the strongest heroes of any era cannot but have. The need to belong runs high in our physical and mental make-up. Even the great warriors declare they do their most heroic acts simply because of the love of the homeland on which their friends reside.

This feeling of friendship in short is the feeling that makes our lives worth living for, regardless of circumstances. Deep friendships can make an apparently mild mannered and simple mortal battle beyond all belief of his or her resources to forge the better life. The bonds of friendship offer the all important feeling as they give meaning to our lives. 

Abuse Of Friendship

Remember those very spiteful friends who always seem to be able to manipulate someone with their charms? I remember so clearly being used by someone who I once thought was very close to but was actually manipulating me to his every whim and command. Well, more than once and you’d think I’d learn so quickly never to trust again? However, there are less disruptive annoying behaviour of friends that are often overlooked.

We live enough years to say it has happened and betrayal from a friend hurt our feelings and also our reason to trust. We can remember the false friendships from the playgrounds all the way to the time just before we go to our graves. Why it hurts so much more than even being bullied is because as friends we are attached in energy and our combined vibrations form a new mind or one single entity. To rip that being apart causes pain. This is the ultimate in opposition to a mastermind.

Bad friendships are never good. The bad vibes are usually enough to lead anyone astray. Find a ruined life and there is a long history of bad friendships and perhaps family too. It is up to the individual to demand a different life for the better and the courage to take the required steps. If it means the end of bad friendships and associations, so be it! In fact your desire to have a better life will cause the bad friendships to fall away. Your vibes don’t match and are always at odds.

Treasure Great Friendships

Having friends is a matter of sharing. The greater the friendship, the greater the power of sharing generated. All these means there is trust and that feeling of being loved, respected and of a mastermind is all so appreciated. Some say it is most selfish to choose one’s friends. I counter and say that to choose one’s friends is a right and also the most honest way to have friends. I have found that the experience of being together with great friends gives me the feeling of being honoured by their association.

However, I will tell you the truth about forming friendships. Ultimately, the friends you keep for the long run are the friends who are vibrationally in sync with you. We become magnetically attracted  to each other. Just ask the couples who have formed their lives together after a brief eye to eye meeting. This is love at first sight. But I also add that this is love of matching vibrations.

I have found that great friendships can also extend to business friendships too. Often, they are the valuable and loyal kind in all aspects of our combined futures. Remember the often proclaimed mastermind? This is how it forms. And I am so grateful and unsurprised that our wealth begins to be equal measures of each other.

Be appreciative of your friends and what the bonds of friendship mean to all.
