Yesterday Swedish skier André Myrher picked up his bronze medal in the Olympic Games in Vancouver wearing a pair of Björn Borg’s. That’s sport’s underwear for you!

We all recognize the vibrant prints of Diane von Furstenburg. The colourful bracelets made of telephone wire by women in Zaire. The bracelets are sold by DVF for women’s charity Vital Voice. Lovely hey?

Our designers are now back from Tokyo with amazing stories and inspirational images. One of the coolest trends in Tokyo seems to be to wear long johns with colourful patterns and shorts in a playful way. I can’t help but wonder; is grunge reappearing on the fashion scene? Check out grunge bands Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains and Nirvana for inspiration. When I see the street images from Tokyo I can’t wait for AW10 and our new collection of long johns.
