Here is a tattoo of a pirate ship done on a mother, daughter and son. Apparently their great grandfather was a pirate on this ship entitled ‘Liverpool Packet’.

Straight from the downtown streets of Wellington in New Zealand comes a serious entitled ‘Street Taggin’. Dean Bradley and the Salvage Gardeners can be found on our very own walls. Dean is currently hard at work putting together his very first book, ‘Markets of the World’. Keep an eye our for this Torontonian!

The Dom Rebel collection has eveolved over the past few seasons to a more authentic vintage look, with timeless qualities such as washed out artworks, colors and repair details. This led them to drop the more “vibrant, colourful and cartoon” qualities of their collections past.

We welcome you to drop in and have a look for yourself.

Previously done by Darwin, a smokey background was added to make the wood carving from Mexico pop even more, and to wrap it around the arm.

The client found Darwin on Facebook after waiting for a year to find the right artist for what she was looking for. She wasn’t sure how to go about having flowers as a tattoo, so she let Darwin go to work on his style of flowers and waves.

Peter designed this tattoo of a dragon and characters (translations were not available) using earth tone colours.

Background:
This tattoo was originally done by Aaron, a previous tattoo artist at Black Line Studio. Yovany was asked to make some changes to an already great piece, including adding colour to it, and covered up a name in the middle. He went with colour on top, adding the lotus flower, and changed the background on top of the shoulder.

Lots of work was done to preserve the previous artist’s work, while making sure the previous name cover up & colour was done to freshen it up.

Peter did this tattoo on Hania’s forearm – a stylized traditional old school shark & anchor. Sidenote: Hania used to be a pool shark!
