The goal of the program was to give participants an up close and personal experience with significant sites along the 125 mile Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway.

Samantha Chukwura played volleyball as Middle Blocker and Outside Hitter at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, from 2007 to 2010. She was popular with her flying and high jump at 5-9 height. During her college career she earned numerous award including Second Team ALL-MEAC Selection, COBRA Magazine All-East Region Team, All National Honorable Mention and MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team She is individually ranked No 8 and 17 nationally in hitting percentage in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
