Dante's Inferno review

2011-09-06T04:45:00.000-07:00

Ok right now my computer is giving me a headache and wont work right is I'm going to try a writing review. Never done one before so lets see what happens. So the game that I'm review today is Dante's Inferno will this game be as good as the epicness as it say it is. Well that why I'm the reviewer.

Story
The story starts as you are introduces to Dante, he was one of the knights that was in charge of guarding the prisoners. After fighting them off, he goes to the center court and he gets kill by one of the prisoner by knife to the back. Go figer. He is then met by Death its self and is judge for his sins. After fighting off and killing the grim ripper, he travels back home to his beloved wife and finds that she is dead. Turns out she has been kidnapped by Lucifer and dragged down to hell its self.

Gameplay
The gameplay is more or less as a God of War rip-off but a little more concept. You can choose to punish those of hell itself or to absolve them with holy magic. There is a level system and is balances to both holy and unholy levels for both strength, magic, combat, and to other type things. In terms of graphics the background is good and so of the enemies. Well not real great I'm mean the go with Hell itself. But inspite of it, it does have multiple difficultly but not for trophy wise. You can beat it in the most easiest difficultly level and not have to worry of the other ones. It has a challenge mode where you battle of multiple enemies to clear a area in the time limit.

DLC
There are multiple downloadable content but I will talk about two of the main ones. The first one is the Dark Forest which is a prologue of the game, for $4.99 its not worth getting its really a quicky game it can be done with like 10 maybe 15 min of game time. And with two trophies its not mush. The other is great though, its the St. Lucia trials. You can do one of the following, play in one of many different levels that the EA team and other have made. You can make your own level and its difficultly. But is kind of on the hard to make one so I would read about it in order of make a better and a more fun one for other gamers to enjoy.

Overall
And now the overall of my opinion of this game. Its still a God of War rip off. Every bit of this game is a God of War rip off, the gameplay, opening doors, getting items, and the cyclops that Kratos climes on Dante does it on one of the behemoth monsters so theres no piont in getting this game. If you want my opinion go for the anime movie of it. Its more enjoyable then playing this rip off game.
So with that said which would you choose Dante's Inferno or God of War. GOD OF WAR of crose.

Enjoy this review let me know so that I can choose from video review to writing review. Bye for now,

New Updates=D

2011-09-01T00:45:00.000-07:00

I am planning on doing two game review special these two coming months. For September I will review Uncharted and Uncharted 2 in one review and for October will have Assassin's Creed with all three games. What I plan to do is have both with a three part video each. The first part will be the story so that those that don't want a spoiler can just skip it to the second part. The next part is the gameplay as to show how they have improve and what changes they have made. And 3rd is the overall as to my opinion and how they might or should do in the next game that both will be release in November. Like I said, I'm going to be review those games so that you and everyone can get the jump on the new release titles Uncharted 3 and Assassin's Creed Revelation.

Hope to see you there,

When the Move came out it had already made few change in games like RE5, Heavy Rain, SOCOM 4, LittleBigPlanet 2, Tron Evolution, Killzone 3, Kung Fu Rider, PlayStation Move Heroes. And their are more games for the Move. You should try them out and see what you like.

Caring and Cooling

2011-08-08T00:04:00.000-07:00

We all have had our fair share of busted, dead and overheating of our PS3s and it sucks. But we learn how to prevent thing like that from happening again,( few hope we did) anyway like I said we had it happen to me "TWO TIMES" and both time sucked. Me and a friend of mind we try to fix it but with no success. And once you try fixing your PS3 it void the warranty, lucky it die after the warranty ended so it didn't really matter. How ever I learn a thing or two or at least five ideals to keep it from dieing and to keep it in good shape. Cause we can't always buy a new one their still expensive. So here are my top 5 way of caring your PlayStation 3.

#1: Keep it away from humidifiers.
The problem with this is that if your like me you have bad sinuses but if some moister get in your ps3 it will be short curate and stop working.

#2: Try to keep dust from getting in.
This is another hard one if you have a dusty room. its can be done though. You just going to have to dusted your room at least once if not maybe twice a month.

#3: Keep your system cool at all times.
This isn't as hard as you think. Here what I learned, first off you don't need toughs system cooling stuff that says will keep it cool. If you play you PS3 all hours of the day it wont work and it stops working or it brakes and starts make loud noise. But back to what I was saying their is a way to keep it cool. One is to find a small fan to put next to it. This sounds stupid but it works well. The second is probable that most stupid one but is very effective, its to have a laptop cooling system underneath it. If you have one use it on your PS3. I tested this by borrowing one from a friend and it works.

#4: DON'T LEAVE IT ON WHEN YOUR NOT USING IT!!!!
Prue and simple, RIGHT?!

#5: It be a good ideal to have a backup file.
If it ends up dead( which we hope not) it be a good ideal to back it up on your hardrive or something to keep it safe.

Well that was it hope it help you and your PS3,

Trophies

2011-07-22T08:26:00.000-07:00

Hi,
Gaming company are being more creative in the past years. Nintendo had the motion controller, Xbox 360 and its Achievements, and PS3 with the Blu-ray player. But now everyone is trying to get our attention, what with Xbox 360 and its Kinect and PS3 with the Move and its Trophies. If you had to answer a simple question as of whats your favorite thing about the PS3, most of us would say the Trophies.

When we get a trophy its save it so that we can see what you achieved in you gameplay. But, there are times in where we have though ungodly hard to get trophies. So I had this website saved in case any Trophies became hard or don't know how to get it. Its tells and show how to get and you can even go on the forums and get other to help you get some of the online trophies.

Hope this helps you get all of your Trophies,

Movie base games

2011-07-19T18:12:00.000-07:00

Hello again,
Ok before I go on to the main topic, has any of you seen the new Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows part 2. It is the must see movie of the year. I'm not a Harry Potter fanboy or anything like that (thank God!!!!).But if you haven't seen it yet you need to see it soon.

And now for the main topic of todays post, I know I said I wont be reviewing sport type or racing game and I mean it. Don't get me wrong I know that there are some great game like that, but I just don't get into games like that. BUT, I didn't said that I wouldn't be reviewing movie base game. Why? For one and only one reason. THEY ALL SUCK MONKEY BALLS!!!! (And most would agree) Here on my blog I try to review games to help gamers (like me) to save money on games and other thing that you or other will enjoy. And if you spend it on a game you dislike or hate then its all for nothing.

Luckily there is place like blockbuster or any retinal place to retina a game so that you wont be out on money and save it for that Uncharted 3 collectors edition or the Gears of War we all been waiting for(that is the only Xbox game I like. ITS REALLY GOOD!!! :) ). So just for you guys out there that are thinking on getting that Harry Potter game or any other movie game out there.( thank God there anit a Twilight game I don't think I could live with reviewing a game like that). I will review some movie games when the time come or when I run out of games I got that I can review.

As always thanks for checking in,
BlackCross

Sony and thier games

2011-07-15T22:44:00.000-07:00

Hello,
I know that I said that my review will be release last week, but a few problems came up. However I've got things working now and hope to put the Infamous review by Saturday night. Til then let me tell you more about me. Like I said I am going to review PS3 games and do a few videos here and there. Sony is my favorite system and company. Though many like Nintendo or the Xbox 360. I also like to do my part in helping the gaming marking.

Now as for me its hard to play games that had just come out or will be out soon. That is one of the reason for me posting this. I go to anyone of the flowing website or game shops. Just as Amazon.com or Gamestop.com. they are the best places I found that had games in very great prices and great game to pick from. Also, with its new PlayStation Move, it brings in more in a game. And lets not forget that you can download content for your favorite games and download games as well. Hope is help you enjoy the PS3 that much more and to chose what games to play.

Hope you enjoy my review series,
   BlackCross
