I don't know why I didn't post this sooner but here's an amazing new video by Nivea. I'm glad that they were able to discuss their situation and make a video about it, cause with most people there would be too much envy. I love the message, the song, the story.

For those of you that don't know, Lil Wayne kicked Nivea out of his home many years ago when they were dating. Lil Wayne then wrote songs about how much he missed her, but Nivea moved on with The Dream and had lots of kids. When they got divorced Nivea went back to Lil Wayne and he put a ring on it but was still messing around with other chicks. Lauren London and Nivea were both pregnant by Lil Wayne at the same time.Whew...that was a lot wasn't it?

Russell Simmons Blew The Whistle On Jay-Z!

I knew when Russell Simmons said the AEG deal with Jay-Z was unfair I knew it was a matter of time before he backed out. And guess what happened.

The embattled governor of New York is accused of using his authority along with a secretive bidding process to select the group, which is made up of several of his friends, in return for political favors. Queens minister Floyd Flake, who has also been subpoenaed in the case, has also dropped his stake in AEG.

Speculations as to why the two have backed out, point to recent news that top aides in the Governor's office told AEG that the state would "withdraw its support" if they did not submit applications for all of its investors to obtain a gaming license from the New York Lottery. The new rule would mean that Jay-Z would have to provide a detailed rundown of both his and his wife, Beyonce's financial situation. Sources for The Observer say that he was concerned that confidentiality regarding their personal information could not be maintained.

Privacy? I don't believe that for a second.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta NeNe Leakes' son Bryson Bryant was arrested on March 7 for possession of pot.

Here's her statement:

“Like any parent, I am disappointed with the actions and arrest of my son, Bryson. Certainly, my husband and I will deal with this family issue in a private manner. My son is not the first young adult to experiment with marijuana, and he certainly won’t be the last. Still, as parents, this is a chance for us to have an open dialogue with him about the dangers of any substance abuse. I realize as a parent that my job is never done. And as I’ve tweeted, tough love was in order. Still, I ask that you respect our privacy during this trying time.”

Doesn't it just make you wonder why celebrities ask for privacy? They know that comes with the job, especially when you do "reality" tv. Get a grip!

I don't even think being white has to do with why I'm mad this time...even though I know he's only saying it because of that. Today is the celebration of life for Christopher Wallace, aka The Notorious B.I.G. Be sure to check out this weekend's Sucka Free Sunday which is doing a special tribute hosted by Diddy.

As if adding insult to the injury, Lil Wayne may have to part with his cornrowed locks (aren't they cornrowed together?) According to the New York state law:

“Male prisoners are only allowed to wear their hair in cornrows, going straight back. And they can’t exceed the “natural hairline” in length. Now of course our question is: what does “natural hairline” mean?

“It means it can’t extend the neck.” But there is one loop-hole in the issue – though I’m not sure it’s going to help Wayne.” Prisoners who claim Rastafarri as their religion are allowed in most cases to keep their locks. But even then there’s a process to determine if it’s genuine.”

I kinda feel bad for him already..

The beat of this is catchy but I'm not sure I like this song. I love Teairra Mari as an artist, and because of that I feel like she can do better. It's a fun song but I'm not feelin the message. Why not just marry a rich guy instead of getting pimped out for a car and some shoes? At least get a ring out of it..

The singer reportedly jetted in from Berlin on Saturday just so she could attend Kemp’s charity bash, Ante Up for Autism.
She had performed at the Echo Awards in Berlin on Thursday but then hopped on a jet shortly after.
“Matt was happy she came,” dished one insider. “It was an awesome show of support.”
Kemp’s family also attended, and they met Rihanna for the first time.
“Rihanna fit right in as if they all knew each other,” said the source. “It was comfortable.”

They look really cute together.
