Why do you use noscript?
What do you get out of it?

Are you seriously surfing so many exchanges that your entire computer freezes up whenever a video starts playing?

When I surf Traffic Exchanges, I do it for multiple reasons. But the number one reason is so that I CAN ACTUALLY SEE what people are showing and how they are doing it. So I can find out what seems to be working and what isn’t.

I know of people that use noscript but I see their pages and I see that they are using scripts within their splash/squeeze pages. This isn’t just a bit redundant to you?

Ok so enough of me, I want to hear you. If you are using noscript, I want to know why you are using it and what it helps you accomplish when surfing. Enter your comments below so that I (and everyone else) can understand why you use them.

I see a certain someone calling people (which I take personal offense to) and I quote “Hobby Marketers”. But that’s not the icing on the cake. It’s what he said overall. So I decided that I’ll post it here for you to see. (Edited so that you can’t tell what TE or person):

“This may be my last Site Of The Day on **TE NAME**. **TE NAME** used to be a good place to go to advertise. It is not that good anymore. It is funny how many people click for credits and then the splash page they add gets ZERO opt ins. It is getting to be a waste of time here.”

“I have made some good friends here.. but I am getting disgusted by the hobby marketers that call **PROGRAM NAME** a SPAM tool. I have built HUGE downlines in many programs using **CHAT PROGRAM** and **PROGRAM NAME** helps with my list management and broadcasting.”

“but the ones that call **PROGRAM NAME** a spam tool have either never used it, dont understand it, are saying what someone else said, or have a small **CHAT PROGRAM** list.”

I’ll start with the first comment, basically you are going to stop using a TE because other members aren’t getting results? You must not be a member of many TE’s because I know and see a bunch of people using TE’s and not getting results. But that is mostly because they are doing it wrong, by using generic affiliate pages and not standing out from the crowd. So instead of complaining about it, why wouldn’t you actually do something since you seem to be having some success, and try helping people out. Maybe they aren’t getting results because they don’t know or understand what they are doing wrong. And last but not least, I didn’t realize that you were able to track other people’s opt-in’s. CRAZY…

Second comment. First of all I take offense to being called a hobby marketer, I just like thousands of other people online are trying to learn how to actually make some money in this business. And you my friend, well just understand that I will never buy anything that you put your name on because of that comment. I may be doing this “Part Time” now, but that’s probably because I still have a mortgage to pay and a child to feed. And I have yet to earn enough to live off of this alone. (That and I am working under contract). And why do you think people would call your tool a SPAM tool? Probably because the day your product launched I got messages from a ton of my **CHAT PROGRAM** contacts, that haven’t talked to me either ever or in a really long time, continously throwing links at me to join their “New Program”.

Third comment. You are right, I have never used your **PROGRAM NAME**. And that is probably because I have seen what it can and IS doing to me and alot of people that I know. So how about instead of complaining about the people that refuse to buy your crap, WHY NOT TEACH THE CURRENT USERS HOW TO USE IT CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!

So we are going to start with the basic code that TW gives you:

For the first tip, you don’t actually need the first and last line of code, so you can just delete those. Once completed your code should look something similar to this:

Next thing we are going to do, is change the “submit” button to something else, so toward the end of the code we need to find this line:

All you have to do is change the value to whatever you want it to say:

Now we are going to change the submit button to a custom image, which is very simple. Just make sure your image is uploaded somewhere on the internet and change the same line of code as above to this (obviously, put your image link in where it says www.YOURIMAGELINKHERE.com).

And it should look something like this (with your image instead of mine):

Now we are going to learn how to change the font color of the words “Name” and “Email” in the form. First thing you want to do is find the html color code for the color you want, I am going to use green which is simply #00FF00. (You can google “html color codes” to find the one you want.) So all your going to do is surround the words with the html tag for font color like I have done below:
Before: <td width=25% >Name</td>
After: <td width=25% ><font color=”#00FF00″>Name:</font></td>

And you should come out with this:

And last but not least, we are going to learn how to add our own custom confirm and subscribe pages for people to go to instead of the default ones that TW has given is. So look through the code given for these two pieces of code:

Now all we have to do is put our page URL’s inside the quotations for the value on each code:

I would just sign up for a program, then promote it until I was basically poor and quit. Then the next payday I would sign up to something new (because the last one failed for me) and do the same thing. Just rinse and repeat this for the first couple years I was online to get where I’m coming from.

Then while surfing one day I randomly came across a splash page for a free ebook download called “The Pizza Plan“. So I signed up, read the book, and decided to start a budget. When I started my budget, I started out with roughly $50 a month. I know it doesnt sound like much, but it doesnt take much to get started.

Just a quick edit here to show what I spent my $50 on every month:

1. Autoresponder – $17.95
2. Hosting – $7.84
3. TE Upgrade x2 – approx. $20
4. Extra TE Credit Packages – $5-$10

That’s where I started with my $50 a month. If I was able to, I would try and get these at a discounted price, and if an OTO for lifetime membership became available and I had enough I would try and get that as well.

So, by using that budget and not joining “The Next Big Thing” everytime I came across it, I was able to start seeing some money coming in from my efforts. At first it would be just a couple dollars here and there. But over time it has picked up. And once I started to brand myself, that’s when things really started to happen. Now my budget has grown exponentially, and I am taking what I am earning and re-investing it back into MY Business. And as it grows more and more each day, there is literally almost NO cash coming out of my pocket to pay for my business online.

The greatest part about this business is, even with limited resources, you can still get started and start making a name for yourself. Most of the greatest tools online to help you succeed have a free option to get you started (Yes you will have limited options, but you have to start somewhere).

Here are a couple questions for you to ask yourself:

• Do I have a budget?
• If not, when am I going to sit down and start one?

In closing, having a budget has really helped me to begin to prosper online and if you have yet to start one. I urge you to take a day or two if necessary and sit down, figure out what you can afford and start your budget and stick to it. When you start earning, then re-invest into your business there is no limit to what you will be able to do!
