Katy Perry has become known for cheep tricks for chart success, and she continues with her new single "Part of Me". The song will be off the new re-release Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection.

Yes, she is re-releasing an album released in August 2010.

In typical Katy Perry fashion, she has used another tacky tactic to attempt to help this song chart well. This time she changed the lyrics to indirectly mention her recent divorce with Russel Brand.

But the song isn't bad, it's just reductive.

"Part of Me" is a pop-rock song that Katy has done before. It's a mix of "Hot N Cold" and "Teenage Dream" just not as good.

Adele hasn't really lifted a finger for months since she was put on rest due to her vocal surgery. But without any promo just here pure talent, she has been able to keep her name at the top of the charts. Her last single "Set Fire to Rain" reached no.1 on the Hot 100, continuing her no.1 streak.

Her album 21 has crossed the 17 million mark in sales, which is astonishing in today's music industry. She just won 3 out of the 4 big categories at the Grammys and 2 more as well.

And she will continue to slay, this spring with the release of the next single from 21, "Rumor Has it"

Wonder Girls shoot "Like Money" music video

Wonder Girls have ditched "The DJ is Mine" (which didn't even receive a real effort from JYPE) for a new single "Like Money". The song was featured on their movie, tv show thing, listen to a snippet below. They just wrapping the shoot for the music video, which will most likely premiere in a few weeks along with the single at the same time.

The song was on the top spot on Itunes for 2 weeks but it has just reached the top spot on the hot 100 because of her massive daily airplay updates and her flawless promo during the Super Bowl.

Madonna performed at the most watched televison event of the year, the Super Bowl, in the perfect kick-start promo for new album. She performed a medley of past hits and new single "Gimme all Your Luvin"

Madonna kindly borrowed some elements from her best friend Kylie. She used the Ancient Roman theme from her Les Foiles tour and also the cheerleader concept from her X Tour (which also just relates to the fun chant concept of the song)

Lots were going on during this 12 minute set:Madonna vogueing like there is no tomorrow, party rockin' with LMFAO, and taking it to church with Cee-Lo on "Like a Prayer". Nicki managed to keep the mannerisms to minimum during "Gimme All Your Luvin" while M.I.A. flipped off to millions, BAD GIRL STYLE.

So much was going on, that it could have been a mess, but Madonna managed to keep it together. The whole performance was outrageously good.

M.I.A. premieres "Bad Girl" music video

To cash-in , on her upcoming Super Bowl performance with Madonna, M.I.A. has premeired her rev'd up music video for "Bad Girls" from her new album set to be released this summer. The video was directed by Romain Gavras who did her controversial mini-film "Born Free".

The whole thing is a fast-paced party where M.I.A. lives it up in Morrocao with drifters and all things fun in automobile tricks.

M.I.A. has managed to create an edgy, creative, video without going over the top. It seems like M.I.A.'s new album will be an revolutionized Kala, and not an electronic frenzy like MAYA but is too early to live.

With the hype surrounding Madonna's return to music (comeback?), she has finally released her brand new single "Gimme Me All Your Luvin". The demo has been online for a while, but the single version features special guests M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj.

The song starts off with school girl chant like "HollaBack Girl"

Yet this song is not even close to that

"Every record sounds the same" - sums up the whole song.

Reductive

It's is really disappointing, the whole slightly great part is Nicki's 10 second rap and M.I.A's 5 second blurb.

Now let's discuss the music video..........................

Madonna shows off her fun playful side (I forget she had one too) in this high budget Target Commercial. Even though it plays like a commercial, the video is still extremely good. From the cute cheerleader outfits that M.I.A and Nicki rock, to the glam white ensembles, the whole thing is just wonderful (perhaps too good for the song?)

Girls Generation make U.S. TV debut on Letterman and Live with Kelly

Following in the footsteps of Wonder Girls, Girls Generation has made their U.S. television debut performance, performing"The Boys".

The first trek was last night on Letterman where the girls performed to a special electro-hop remix. Despite a shaky beginning the girls managed to shake off their nerves AND KILL IT. They looked sexy, danced amazingly, even sung live (well Taeyon, Seohyun, Jessica and Tiffany for sure), all while staying in synch.

The girls did even better when the performed the original version of "The Boys" on Live With Kelly earlier today. While rocking the gorgeous outfits from the music video, they all managed to sing live. But the best part of the whole thing, wasn't the performance but the interview that followed. The girls (aka Jessica and Tiffany who are native English speakers) showed off their fun, cute charm without any Engrish or awkward foreign sayings( like "the colors of SNSD, represent many sides yadi dadi da")

At the right moment (for damage control), Nicki Minaj has premiered her music video for her David Guetta collaboration "Turn Me On", which is now considered a single off Pink Friday:Roman Reloaded.

The video is unexpectedly good, it's a dark twist on the lyrics. With David acting as a guy who creates humans and makes them "come alive" ( get it? ........lit's A PUN!........................). Nicki potrays a plastic barbie who has weird facial expressions or none at all, so pretty much herself.

For a David video, it's amazing.

For a international pop video, it's meh.

Now, Dal★shabet have been around for a while but they have finally caught my attention.

After being the ultimate aegyo group, Dal★shabet have switched up their looks for their new single "Hit U", produced E-Tribe.

The song is about girl being dumped by her boyfriend, only to change his mind and ask for her back. The girl is pissed off at the situation and goes on a rampage.

The song starts off with powerful lyrics "I'll hit, you never want you again" and continues with the best part of the song: "Sorry Sorry, there is no such thing as love".

Basically the lyrics are STUNNING

E-Tribe (SNSD "Gee" , T-ara "Yayaya") have done it again. The song is a strong sexy anthem. With the soulful harmonies and emotions, Dal★shabet has served up their best song to date.

She WAS Lady Gaga's creative director/choreographer from her debut with "Just Dance" up "You and I" but then a fight broke out, egos got big, she got fired and now her former assistant is the new creative director for Gaga (I'm almost positive he did much of the work anyways)

Anyways, super boyband BIG BANG recently confirmed that they will return to Korean with a new album NEXT month. The album will be the first full K-Pop LP since 2008's Remember.

In a recent tweeting session, Laurie spilled that she will be working with them on their world tour, that has yet to be announced. Read the tweets below.

I really would love to see them live even if she was apart of the team.

But
World Tour in the K-Pop world is a funny word, it usually means LA,NYC, London ,Paris and Asian countries. I won't believe this is a real world tour until I see the dates posted(or if this is even true with a confirmation).
