That’s FIVE US Dollars. Well, actually just FOUR, after Fiverr takes one dollar service fee.

Anyway, I discovered this website this morning and I think that it’s a pretty ingenious concept where the websites allows users to post a service that they would do for just US$5.

Going through the listings, where some people do not sell a service but a tangible item like a book, a music CD sampler or even shutter specs, I came up with a few items myself that I could list on Fiverr myself. Of course, it’s not known if there will be a buyer but I think it’s still fun. And if there is a buyer, that means I would be getting paid for doing something that I like. I wouldn’t list it if I don’t like doing it, would I?

So what are the things that you would gladly do (or sell) for US$5? I’m compiling my list already!

If you haven’t been playing Restaurant City for a long while already, you should. It’s a whole lot more exciting now, what with awesome gifts, we have rock-themed gifts this week, and fans of Restaurant City Facebook page receive free ingredients or gifts almost daily.

Also, Restaurant City players receive bonus Restaurant City coins when their friends receive an award or have found a lost wallet. In addition, sending out gifts to your friends, you will also receive a “surprise” in return, which could be in the form of a decorative item, coins or even + reputation, though this is kind of useless since reputation is so easy to drive up and it would not do any good if our reputation is already at maximum level.

Oh yes, did you know, when you level up your dishes, you actually receive Gourmet Points now? Think of all the points and coins that I did not receive leveling up my dishes and bagging awards because these were not implemented earlier. SIGH!

These past few days, I have been busy playing with bad Apples. I install a lot of free iPhone games simultaneously and it takes me quite a while to get to every app after installing them. I get bored playing pretty fast, especially when the games are short because they are free but at the same time, if a game is too difficult, I lose interest pretty fast as well.

Bad Apple, though, has been able to hold my attention for a few days already which means it’s good. It is highly playable even though it’s a free version which means that one can only play the “easy” level. Still going though all the levels before “game over” can take up a pretty long time too!

The concept of the game is very simple. Like Bejeweled, just line three of the same kind in a row to eliminate them. Squashing the good juice in green colour till the bottle on the side is full brings one to a new level.

However, squashing bad juice which is red in colour will bring us closer to the end of the game. It is game over once the bottle of bad juice, which you can see on left side of the screen, is full. See, didn’t I tell you that the concept is simple?

Even though I like playing Bad Apples, I am not going to upgrade. I see no reason to when there are so many other free games to play! I’ll touch on others in my next posts.
