Gwen was so much fun to hang out with, her laughter was infectious. She came all the way from the east side of the state for senior pictures on the beach and had a lot of support from her family. What a great evening getting to know them!

Happy New Year! The year began with a beautiful wedding at the Goei Center and downtown Grand Rapids. I truly enjoyed working for Paige and Eric. They were so kind and gracious, light-hearted and down to earth. They put us at ease, which is a gift. Special thanks to Kendra Stanley-Mills Photography. Every wedding photographer should be so lucky to work with someone of her talent and character. Also, thanks to Jamie Carnes, Director of Events at RSVP Events. She brought her A-game and thanks to her attention to detail, the wedding went off without a hitch. And lastly, thank you Paige and Eric for trusting us to be part of your special day.

We had a great time photographing Holiday Card Portrait mini-sessions at the Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake! Thank you staff for making it easy and many thanks to Rhonda with Send Out Cards for the opportunity. We enjoyed teaming up with you both! Loved the food at the restaurant, Jacks, especially the sandwich wraps. Had to post a couple photos from one of the sessions…..cute family!

We enjoyed hanging out and shooting Pam and Dave’s engagement pictures. It turned out to be a fun adventure checking out their favorite towns along the Michigan lakeshore. We walked through downtown Saugatuck, had an impromptu stop in Douglas for a quick bite and ended in Holland at the beach “bowl” with some beers. Loved the Spotted Cow. It was a blast getting to know them! Their fall wedding up north will be beautiful, can’t wait!
