I can’t think about chocolate cake without also thinking about this comedy skit from Bill Cosby. Let’s watch it shall we?

Click here to view the embedded video.

OK, now that we have that out of the way, it’s time to talk cake! January 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day and the possibilities for celebrating are endless. There is no wrong way to indulge on this great day. You could even eat it for breakfast, because as Bill points out, “Eggs! Eggs are in chocolate cake!” It’s health food, really.

My go-to chocolate cake recipe is the one found on the back of a container of Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa, Hershey’s “Especially Dark” Chocolate Cake. It makes a scrumptious cake that is so delicate and moist you’re actually surprised by it’s rich, dark chocolate taste.

Also found on the back of the container is a recipe for dark chocolate mousse. I decided to go all out with this cake, so I made the mousse and spread it between the layers. Dark chocolate frosting on top with some ribbons of mousse and chocolate shavings and curls; we’re talking total chocolate nirvana!

Fun is over. We had our big holiday season, now it’s time to give the government their yearly tax gift. Boo!

Of course there are some of us who get money back, but it is still a pain to get everything filed correctly. Whether you pay or get paid there is ALWAYS the worry and anxiety experienced just after doing your own taxes.

Did I do them right? Did I forget to deduct something? Did I deduct too much? Will I get audited? Am I going to jail for tax fraud?

For years I thought the IRS would come banging on my door because we were getting back really big tax returns…I mean big…one was $14,000. It scared me. Then I found out that my husband had been claiming “single” and “0″ when he should have been claiming “married” and “4″… Slight oversight. Luckily we didn’t owe $14k.

Mistakes happen either way and I value my sleep and sense of well being at night. Luckily there is free, good quality help out there to help us all with our taxes.

I personally thank VITA program volunteers for finding the mistake in the way my husband claimed his income. They empowered me to file my own taxes. I have done so for the past five years through Turbo Tax Free edition. My husband is in the military, I have a home office, and do a lot of side jobs and contracts – so I have to make sure I file correctly

In many parts of the country, winter brings with it freezing temperatures, snow and other inclement weather, all of which can endanger our pets. However, these are not the only threats our pets face in winter. Being a responsible pet owner means knowing how to protect your pet and keep him safe and healthy.

Weather-Related Winter Health Hazards for Your Pet

Cold temperatures and snow can present serious health issues for pets in the form of exposure and frostbite. While some pets are better suited to spending time outdoors than others, it is important to remember that any pet can suffer from prolonged exposure to such conditions.

Allow your pet outdoors in inclement weather only for short periods. When walking or exercising your dog, watch carefully for signs that your dog may be beginning to suffer from exposure. If your dog begins to shiver, bring him indoors. Watch exposed parts of your pet’s body, such as his ears, tail, and feet, for signs of frostbite. Skin suffering from frostbite will begin to turn pale or blue. Bring your pet inside immediately if you notice these changes.

If you suspect that your pet is suffering from cold exposure or frostbite, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Antifreeze Toxicity

Antifreeze is a major toxicity threat for pets, especially during the winter when antifreeze is used in cars and other motor vehicles and is often stored in garages. For a small dog or cat, even a small volume of antifreeze can be lethal if ingested. Even worse, antifreeze has a sweet taste that often attracts pets.

Store antifreeze in a secure area inaccessible to curious pets. Use caution when working with antifreeze and avoid careless disposal of used antifreeze. Be aware of and correct antifreeze leaks or spills as soon as they occur. Consider using pet-safe alternatives but recognize that, though these products are safer, they can still cause illness in pets under the right circumstances.

If you suspect your pet has ingested antifreeze, contact your veterinarian immediately. Early treatment is the key to saving a pet suffering from antifreeze toxicity.

Ice, Chemicals and Sensitive Paws

Ice and snow can accumulate between your pet’s toes when walking outdoors and can cause irritation and pain for your pet. In addition, ice melt and/or salt are often used to clear roadways, sidewalks and driveways of ice and snow. However, these same products, when picked up on your dog or cat’s feet, can cause irritation to their paws. Additionally, if your pet licks these products off of his feet, they can cause further illness. Prevent this by wiping your pet’s feet when he comes in from being outdoors.

Cats and Car Engines

Many cats, when left outdoors to fend for themselves, will seek out a warm place to shelter. In some cases, that warm place may be the interior of a car engine. Unfortunately, if the cat is still sheltered within the engine when the car is started, serious injury can occur. Many cats do not survive these types of injuries. Before starting your car, tap loudly on the hood or honk the car horn.

It is interesting to note that Nursery Rhymes are sometimes a shortened equivalent to stories by the Brothers Grimm – cautionary tales and life observations and sometimes a record of history.

Nursery Rhyme Origins

What does the Nursery Rhyme ‘Jack and Jill’ have to do with King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antionette?

Was ‘Little Jack Horner’ a thief or hero? He lived during the time of King Henry VIII.

Lucy Locket May have been an actual person, along with Kitty Fisher.

Mary, Mary Quite Contrary refers to Mary Tudor, daughter of King Henry VIII, otherwise known as Bloody Mary.

Little Bo Peep is a moral snippet about paying attention and consequences.

If you have little ones, you’ve probably got a favorite, or even a kid’s show you love to hate. Me? I love them all. Here’s a breakdown of the highs and lows of popular pre-school & toddler television.

Wiggles

Take five grown men dressed in bright colors and playing around like kids, add a rose-eating dinosaur, a dog named Wags, and a feather-wielding pirate, and throw in singing, dancing, and Australian accents, and you’ve got the Wiggles. Adorable, kid-friendly, and great models for positive behavior.

Yo Gabba Gabba

Yo Gabba Gabba is a little odd-looking, but kids love it. There’s a character for everyone to identify with, from Foofa, the ultra-girly pink flower character to Tootie, the sporty blue cat-like character, and they all get along, learn life lessons, and dance together.
While many of the nominations were expected, there were a few surprises. Some of the snub shockers include actors Ryan Gosling, Leonardo DiCaprio and Michael Fassbender, actress Tilda Swinton and director David Fincher, to name a few. And Golden Globe winner for Best Animated Feature Film, “Adventures of TinTin” was not nominated for an Oscar either.

Here’s a sneak peak at the Academy Award nominations in a few categories.

Best Picture Nominations

“Hugo” received the most nods for Best Picture with 11 nominations while Golden Globe winner “The Artist” came in second with 10 nods. Nine films were nominated for this year’s top award.

The silent, black-and-white film, “The Artist,” won the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Comedy or Musical.

The sport’s saga, “Moneyball” stars Oscar-nominated Brad Pitt.

“The Tree of Life” also stars Brad Pitt.

Steven Spielberg’s beautiful film, “War Horse.”

“The Descendants” starring Oscar-nominated George Clooney, picked up the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Drama.

“Extremely Loud & Incredible Close” which stars Sandra Bullock and Tom Hanks.

The romantic comedy, “Midnight in Paris.”

“The Help” received four nominations.

Best Director

This category includes a few former Oscar winners.

D..i..s..a..s..t..e..r. If I had to choose a word that best described the state of my accessories this would be it. I am ashamed, albeit somewhat proud, to disclose that it is an absolute catastrophe or a disheveled heap of genius. Although I prefer the latter, when I walked into my bedroom and saw my kittens playing a game of “swipe and toss” with not one but two pair of earrings, a pearl bracelet and a gemmed hair clip, I knew catastrophe was the more accurate description.

To get my accessories in order, I had to turn to the organizing expert in my life, my sister Elissa. Actually, all I really had to do was take a look around her room. She’s the Martha Stewart of storage and organization. While I tend to mock her for what I deem an obvious obsession with neat-freakery, I could not deny the four creative ways she organized various accessories.

Storage Bins

When I hear the words storage bin, the words that come to mind are drab, clunky and absolutely void of personality. I think of the kinds of bins I keep tucked away in the attic or basement which serve no purpose other than to house my keepsakes. Was I wrong!

These simple, yet colorful 4-drawer storage bins are perfect for housing your accessories. As you can tell from the photo, the fabulous Elissa has her jewelry housed in small plastic containers. Easy, affordable and it works!

Have you noticed the red and pink hearts everywhere? The overpriced roses? How about the ever growing selection of chocolate?

That’s because Valentine’s Day is almost here, and love is in the air! You could celebrate with a romantic dinner with the one you love, or a night out on the town with the other singles in your life, or host a Valentine’s Party of your own and be sure to include everyone!

How to Host a Valentine’s Day Party

Make a guest list. Don’t forget babysitters will be hard to find on February 14th, so consider making the event a family affair, or host the party on the weekend before Valentine’s Day.

Host a party with a purpose. Sure a night with friends is fun, but a night with friends working for a common purpose will always give you a warm and fuzzy feeling. Invite the widows and widowers of your local church to a nice brunch cooked up with your friends. Show love to others by collect items for troops, a local animal shelter, or other community service.

Decorations. Pink and Red Hearts are always a safe bet, but feel free to freshen things up a bit by using a variety of red fruits(apples, strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranets) in sparkling glass containers. Replace balloons with large paper lanters for drama over a table.

Food and refreshments are always center stage at any party. This is no exception, make it your goal to add a bit of love to each dish. Heart shaped cookies, Pizza with Pepperoni hearts, of course you have to have chocolate covered strawberries.

Embellish drink containers, stemware, and utensils with beautiful ribbons and tags.

Don’t send your guests home empty handed! Share some more love by setting up a Candy Bar and have guest fill beautiful pouches with the candies of their choice, conversation hearts are a must here! Or thank guests for donations and hard work on a party with a purpose by sending a “newspaper” including updates from the “purpose” and pictures of the party.

What to pack. You know that question is going to be all over the Blissdom Twitter stream any day now. February 23rd is going to come pretty soon, so don’t wait until the last minute to start getting your toiletries and beauty items together.

Packing light is a talent and I applaud anyone who can do it. If you want to lighten your suitcase you might want to forget the hair styling tools. The Opryland Hotel hotel rooms all have hair dryers. And let’s be honest, conferences are so darn busy you’re not likely to get the time to straighten or curl your hair. When it comes to hair and makeup styling think simple!

But I don’t want you to forget anything else. Here is a list of every possible toiletry or beauty item I could think of (with a little help from some friends).

What to pack for Blissdom checklist:

Face Care:

one moisturizer (skip the separate day and night cream and leave the serum at home, just bring one face lotion or cream)

eye cream

face wash

makeup removing wipes or makeup remover and cotton pads

Makeup Bag

eyeshadow duo (just bring a basic light and a basic dark shadow, for a day look just wear the light color with liner and mascara, before you head out for your evening party sweep on the dark color for a smokey look)

black or brown eyeliner

foundation or tinted moisturizer

concealer

blush or bronzer

mascara

two lipsticks (a light shade for day and a deep shade for night

eyebrow pencil

eyelash curler

makeup brushes

Whether you have a home office for your business, or you just use your printer for personal stuff, chances are, at some point you’ll wish you also had a scanner, copier, and fax machine. Fax machines losing popularity with the rise of email and a lot of all-in-one printers no longer come with a fax option. But scanners and copiers? Always in style!

So, you’re shopping for the best all-in-one printer for you home. You’ve seen the TV ads that claim “ours has the cheapest ink!” but what you don’t know… theirs also has very expensive paper, and if you want their cheap ink to look good, you’ll need their expensive paper. I worked in the office supply industry for a few years. Helping people choose printers, and set them up in their offices, was one of my jobs, so I happen to be very opinionated when it comes to printers. I’m going to try my best to feature a few different brands and show the good about each, without sounding like an Epson salesgirl.

Epson. First of all, let me say, Epson is my favorite brand when it comes to inkjet printers, especially for photo printing. Their printers are mid-range price wise and their ink and papers are not overly expensive. What really sells me though is the quality of the prints. I’ve never seen prettier photo prints than you’ll get with an Epson. Also? I love that most Epsons have individual ink cartridges, meaning you only replace the ink you’re out of. This can save you a lot of money in the long run! Here are my two picks for a home office:

Epson Stylus NX430 Small-in-One™ All-in-One Printer
Nicknamed the Small-In-One, this little printer is perfect for the young, on the go family. It features wireless options that not only allow you to print from your laptop in the other room, but also from your cell phone or other wireless device! This is a small machine and probably not a good idea for a heavy workload, but casual photo printing, scanning and copying for personal use? Perfect!

It’s that time of year…one ends and another begins. And with that new beginning comes the need to make resolutions for the 365 days ahead. Quite often, those resolutions deal with fitness. Perhaps you’d like to finally run that race, or maybe you just want to start running. Maybe you need to lose weight or build more muscle. Perhaps you just want to get yourself into the gym on a regular basis to get your health back.

Whatever your fitness resolutions may be, you can achieve them—they just have to be manageable. Otherwise, you’ve just set yourself up for failure. So let’s talk about how to make and keep your fitness resolutions. This is your year, after all. (Truth is, they all are!)

HOW TO MAKE AND KEEP YOUR FITNESS RESOLUTIONS

1) Start small.
If you aren’t a runner, making a resolution to run a marathon in two months isn’t very reasonable and will ultimately frustrate you to no end. Instead, choose a smaller goal, like running your first 5K in three months. Or go even smaller—to run for one minute straight by the end of the week. Small, achievable goals, no matter what they are, lead to great success which ultimately keeps you motivated.

2) Have a plan.
Make sure that each goal makes sense in terms of the one before it. Have a big-picture, year-end resolution, then break it down into monthly and weekly goals. Translation: Be specific! (And be SMART.) Don’t just say that you “want to lose weight.” Say you “want to lose eight pounds in one month, two pounds in one week.” Concrete thoughts resonate much more than loose, general thoughts.

3) Write it all down.
Literally. Grab a pencil and your 2012 calendar and write down physical benchmarks you’d like to reach. Yes, you should use a pencil! You never know when you’ll need to tweak your plan because of faster advances or minor setbacks. It’s easy to forget things when they’re stored in our head, which has plenty to remember. Seeing your resolutions on a daily basis, having that constant reminder is your much-needed checkpoint.

The first thing you need to know about heirloom or heritage plants is that they’re always open-pollinated. This means that the seeds from that plant’s fruit can be saved, replanted and the resulting plant (and fruit) will be a replica of the parent. It’s great news for both home gardeners and farmers because this means that potentially, the gardener never has to purchase those particular seeds again.

But, what makes a vegetable (or flower or fruit) variety an “heirloom”. It actually depends on whom you ask. Heirlooms were brought to America by immigrants world-wide. Rich with culture, many of these family heirlooms have wonderful stories attached to them. They’re favorite family vegetables whose seeds had been saved and passed down from generation to generation.

Many people consider that any variety that has a generational history — and a story– to be called an heirloom. Some don’t label an open-pollinated plant an heirloom unless it can be traced back 100 years. Although there’s no “officially-official” standard for heirlooms, today most gardeners agree that an open-pollinated plant that’s been handed down through families for 50 years is an heirloom variety.

What Can Heirloom Plants Offer The Home Gardener?

Now that we’ve talked about what heirlooms are, let’s explore what heirlooms can do.

Fantastic flavor – Of course, any vine-ripe vegetable grown in the home garden (hybrids included) beats store-bought vegetables any day of thee week. Still, most heirlooms have a flavor factor that the prolific hybrids simply can’t match. These food plants were handed down generation after generation were selected and grown expressly for taste. Commercial hybrids are created for uniformity in color, shape, and size. As well as for yield, transporting abilities, and the ease of machine-harvesting. This isn’t to say that there aren’t delicious hybrids — there certainly are. But heirlooms come in a vast sea of varieties (and therefore, flavors) to please the palate.

Adaptability – Heirloom plants have an inherent ability to adapt naturally to their environment. This includes acclimating to the soil they’re planted in and as well as the specific climate. Historically, as vegetable varieties adjusted to their environments they also developed resistances to local pests and diseases. In other words, there were strong, viable plants suited to every area. Because these plants evolved naturally, nothing was mechanically altered (and therefore given up) and their fruit was able to retain their delicious flavors.

Control – Food is a basic human necessity and he who controls the seed controls the food supply. Unfortunately, five companies control all of out commercial seed world-wide. They can do this because they literally own the seed. Heirlooms are owned by no one — and everyone. They give you control over how your food is grown, what’s put on it, and which vegetable types you’ll grow.

Links to Our Heritage – Of course, heirlooms weren’t always called “heirlooms”. In fact, the term “heirloom” wasn’t even used until the 1980′s! They were those traditional vegetables grown in gardens everywhere. They were the staples of life. Some of the heirlooms that have been preserved by family seed-saving go as far back as 2000 years or more. Connected to those seeds is the history of our ancestors and who they were; giving us a basic definition of who we are. In a nutshell, seeds are a living heritage for people. We can hand down antique furniture, jewelry, and paintings, but none of these are living things. Along with great stories come the variety names. Monikers such as Beaver Dam, Moon & Stars, and Lady Godiva pumpkins, Rattlesnake and Dragon Tongue beans, Tall Telephone peas, Mascara and Drunken Woman, Frizzy-Headed lettuce always bring a smile…and questions.

By the way, the above characteristics belong to the open-pollinated veggies that aren’t necessarily considered heirlooms. They just may not have the extensive history as their counterparts.

I first tasted homemade whipped cream at a tea parlour about nine years ago. It was light and delicious and I was in love.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients in store bought whipped cream? I would much rather take the ten minutes in takes to make a homemade version than feed that stuff to my family. And that is literally all it takes. It’s so easy that I make it every time I bake a pie, batch of scones or pot of hot cocoa.

There are so many different combinations to make. For a basic homemade whipped cream, I use this recipe:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Aside from your anniversary, Valentine’s Day is one of the special days between a married couple. It is a time to show your love and appreciate for each other. Yet, planning your special day can be so frustrating. You want it to be special but what is the right way to do it? Here are few ideas to help you make the perfect Valentine’s Day plans with your spouse.

Think of Your Spouse

In planning your special day, do not think of what you would like. That might sound like a good idea but more Valentine’s Days have been ruined because of that. Just because you would like to go to a movie does not mean your spouse would. Maybe this is the one time they can get you alone and just talk especially if you have kids.

Ask yourself what your spouse would want on this special day. Do they really want to go to a fancy restaurant? Maybe they would. Do they really want you to buy a dozen roses or would lilies be what they really want? This day is a special day for both of you.

Don’t hesitate to ask your spouse what they would want to do. This doesn’t mean you still can’t surprise them. Use what they say to give you ideas. If your spouse says they want to spend a romantic evening with you and get away from everyone else, consider hosting a candlelight dinner at a friend’s house instead of a crowded restaurant. If they just want to go out to eat without the children, take them to their favorite restaurant.

Valentine’s Day is back! Valentine’s Day is such a fun holiday. Here are some fun and simple crafts you and your preschooler will love doing together.

1. Paper Chain. Cut out strips of red, pink, and white construction paper. Before linking together, take time with your preschooler to write down things and people that they love on each strip of paper. Link the strips together and admire.

2. Tag Valentines. Have your toddler paint tags. You can purchase inexpensive tags from your local craft store (they can use the whole pack or find great ideas to incorporate your left over tags in your scrapbooking from this article). After your preschooler is finished creating their mini masterpiece, add a paper doily heart with your “Happy Valentine’s Day” message.

Do you know what is happening January 20th? Why it’s national Cheese day, of course. No, it’s not a day set aside to be a little more “cheesy” or silly… Although I’m sure there will be plenty of that happening; rather it’s a day to celebrate, appreciate, and explore the wonderful world of cheese.

I consider myself a foodie wannabe. Someone who loves food, wants to know more about food and food preparation, and totally preoccupied on celebrating things like National Bread Month and National Cheese Day.

To celebrate this year’s National Cheese Day we will be Hosting a wine & cheese Party. I am so anxious to have friends over, pop open a variety of delicious wines and taste a variety of cheeses, and also to enhance my foodie “wannabe” knowledge and palette. Something new is always more fun when your sharing it with friends.

Dave Ramsey offers tips for teaching kids about money.

For adults, saving money can be challenging. For kids – it’s even more difficult. Grown-up marketing executives are being paid big bucks to find new ways to manipulate our children to empty their piggy banks. Ads are everywhere – from billboards to restaurant place mats – helping Johnny and Sally decide where to spend their Christmas card money.

We interviewed money-management expert and national radio personality, Dave Ramsey to get some advice on how to teach our little ones to manage and save their money. He gave us quite a few great tips!

Start Early. Dave suggests we start teaching kids about money at an early age. He says, “They are watching everything you do – and that includes how you handle money.” Apparently those impulse purchases at the supermarket are not going unnoticed. Our kids are learning how to spend or save by watching our actions. If you haven’t begun teaching Junior about the value of a dollar – don’t worry. Dave says, “It’s never too late to start teaching your kids about money. The important thing to remember is a 4 year old and 16 year old are not going to learn the same way – so you have to customize your approach.”

Admittedly, I am not a fan of measuring ingredients. My husband laughs as I throw in a handful here or a sprinkle or two there. While this is okay for my own creations and skillet meals, it doesn’t always cut it when it comes to baking and more delicate combinations. In many cooking scenarios, knowing how to measure ingredients properly could mean the difference between “pretty good” and “knock your socks off.”

Dry Ingredients

Flour and other dry ingredients can be deceiving. Measuring the wrong way can give you more than twice the amount you need. Spices and seasonings are measured best by pouring them into a dish and measuring from there, since the containers are often too small to scoop from.

To properly measure dry ingredients, stir them once or twice before measuring so that you avoid packing them in. Flour especially should be measured with care. Use a spoon to fill the measuring cup loosely.

Always level off a measurement of dry ingredients with the back of a knife or something similar to ensure that you have just what you need.

Liquid Ingredients

Newer measuring containers allow you to see the amount from the top, but traditional glass containers require getting eye to eye with the line. If you lift the cup or glass up to your eye level, you will likely shake it or hold it unevenly. Set it on the counter, squat down and make sure your liquid is exactly level with the line.

Miscellaneous Measurement Tips

-Brown sugar has to be packed in
-Check to be sure ingredients like nuts are chopped, sliced, crushed or solid as they are in the recipe, then measure them that way
- Sift powdered sugar to get the lumps out before measuring
- Lightly grease measuring cups before measuring peanut butter or other sticky ingredients and they will slide right out
- Measure over a bowl, but NOT the bowl you are mixing with. You don’t want to spill into your batter, but you can spill into an empty bowl and just dump it right back into the container

Do you measure exactly or just wing it, like I tend to? When do you find it is most important to measure properly?

IMAGE: http://www.123rf.com/photo_8361982_salad-portrait-of-healthy-happy-woman-eating-salad-beautiful-smiling-asian-caucasian-female-model.html

The holiday decorations have been put away, the new year is underway, and your resolutions…well, have they already been swept away?

If one of your resolutions was to adopt a healthier lifestyle in the form of losing weight, combat health issues such as hypertension or high cholesterol, or simply feed yourself and your family a more balanced diet, inspiration may be on the way! U.S. News and World Report recently released their best diets for 2012 list.

Diets are rated and categorized according to their primary benefits, such as overall healthy living, weight loss, diabetes control, and easiest to follow. Some highlights follow:

DASH Diet. Ranked as best overall diet, I like this one as it isn’t gimmicky. At its core it is simply smart eating by incorporating a certain amount of foods from specific food groups. Heart-healthy and nutritionally varied, the DASH diet was originally created to combat hypertension, but can function as a balanced diet for anyone looking to lose weight or make healthier foods choices. More information can be found here.

Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes Diet (TLC). Created by the National Institute of Health as a means to lower LDL cholesterol (the “bad” one), this diet took second place in the overall diet category. Essentially it espouses increasing fiber intake while decreasing unhealthy sources of fat such as fatty meats and whole milk. The dietary recommendations are approved for children and teenagers as well.

Mayo Clinic Diet. This diet is focused on weight loss, but still ranks third in the overall diet category. It doesn’t require you to count calories, and you are free to snack as much as you’d like on approved foods. It emphasizes fruits, vegetables, and whole grains while limiting intake of saturated fats and salt.

Weight Watchers (WW). Numero Uno for U.S. News and World Reports category for weight loss. Most are familiar with WW; no foods are off limits as their points system assigns values to everything based upon protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, and calories. The number of daily points you are allotted depends upon your current and goal weights. Support is a big part of the WW theory; with the option of in person WW meetings or online support, this is an attractive option for many.

Biggest Loser Diet. Ranked second for weight loss, the Biggest Loser Diet not only emphasizes healthy eating through appropriate portions of foods (heavy on fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains), it also encourages keeping a food journal and exercise to help you slim down.

And remember…resolutions don’t need to start on the first day of the new year. If your goal is to adopt a healthier diet, for whatever reason, don’t let a day of bad eating cause you to give up this goal. You can start again…as many times as needed!
