What: Erging: 5 minute warm up, 15 minute rate piece (erg at paddle till coach calls a hard 20 at a high rate), than 4 500m pieces at 30-32 rate
Time: on 500m pieces (1:48, 1:52, 1:51, 1:54)
Weather: Warm, very humid with fog. A bit hard to breath after pieces because of heat+humidity.
Other: We (Lwt4+Steven) were set up in a semi boat pattern. I was in front as stroke and everyone else behind me. I still had a little trouble with high rates, but it is getting better.

** Lwt 4 (from bow): Enzler, Brown, Craig, Me.
Coach Doppler and Cox Macon we on land with us too.
