I recommend booking your summer family session about 1-2 months in advance. The earlier the better! Summer tends to fill up quickly. You don’t want to miss out on the beautiful Wisconsin weather, perfect for your family photos.

Summer in Wisconsin is hard to beat. Updating your family photos at golden hour is simply the best. Yes, its a little later for little ones, but I promise it’s worth it!

Helpful tips:
- Push back naps to later in the day. (I know this sometimes doesn’t work or backfires with no nap!)
- Bring snacks!
- Go with the flow and enjoy the time with your family. I’ll handle the rest!

I’ll guide you every step of the way for your session. Of course we will go for the all smiling and look at the camera. My sessions will also capture the in-between moments - the walks, snuggles and laughter!
