I have analyzed many of my clients traffic in very detail form CSE sites and i see (saw) that shoppers will use google shopping find what they want then go to cashback and search for the exact item and get cashback.

People were using it like coupon sites. Most people dont discover an e-commerce site on a coupon site. They go to the coupon site once the item is in their cart they get the coupon ,there by giving the coupon site credit for the sale that would have happened anyways because they now have an affiliate cookie from the coupon site.</description>
