First of all, don’t rely on secrecy or concealment to prevent creditors from learning about your assets.  You can be forced to testify under oath, and if you attempt to deny you will be committing the crime of perjury. You should also remember that with the use of computers and investigations, these days it is not difficult for creditors to locate assets, even those that have been held overseas.

Matthew Mullhofer adds that it is important, however, to remember that you are only required to disclose assets if a creditor obtains a judgment against you, when you are sued for punitive damages (and assets are relevant to the award), or when litigation involves the fraudulent conveyance and the assets are relevant to the discovery.

Creditors entitled to discovery of a debtor’s assets have great discretion in their examination and procedures. Spouses can also be forced to disclose their finances to a judgment creditor even if they aren’t involved in the litigation. Additionally, insurance companies may be required to disclose information about your assets to judgment creditors.

Anyway, what is the status for the auction?

1 - Metatrader Platform

The first thing i see on a broker is if they have a version of Metatrader trading platform. It is by far the best trading application you can use in forex. It is simple to use yet powerful. It is the perfect platform for Expert Advisors and to add indicators that help us trading (more about these two things on another post).

2 - Spreads

Spreads are the profit margin of brokers. If a currency pair has a spread of 3 then it means when you open a trade you will see that your trade automatically starts in a loss, in this case 3 pips negative.

Why do i choose this broker?

Simple, because it passed the 2 points mentioned above. It uses a MetaTrader Terminal, and the spreads are very acceptable. 3 pips for the majority of pairs that i usually trade, which is very good.
