Na apresentação da denúncia, é assinalada a relação de Toffoli com José Dirceu e com o PT, de quem era advogado na época em que os fatos julgados ocorreram. After 12 years under the rule of the Brazilian Workers’ Party—8 years under President Lula (2003-2011), and 4 years under President Rousseff (who was re-elected last October for another four-year turn)—the Brazilian people, tired of waiting for opposition politicians to take action against the government, took the lead and decided to make history by themselves.”</span><br /> <span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span> <span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Brazilian philosopher Olavo de Carvalho, President of the Inter-American Institute for Philosophy, Government, and Social Thought, said, “Never and nowhere has a government been so completely rejected by its own population. It is the rejection of the whole system of power that has been created by the Workers’ Party, which includes intellectuals and opinion-makers in the big media. People are no longer afraid of going against the Workers’ Party. Documents found in Reyes’ computer after his death disclosed that “gringos” representing Obama wanted to meet with the FARC and that they were opposed to U.S. military aid for the Colombian government. Neste caso, ouçamos o que diz o Deputado Federal Raul Jungmann ao Estado de São Paulo: “-Sim, durante o governo de Fernando Henrique, o Amorim depredou em mais de uma ocasião a sede do Incra no Estado. Também esteve à frente de uma ação que terminou com um carro do Incra incendiado. Ele chegou a invadir e atacar um navio com coquetéis molotov, para protestar contra o embarque de grãos transgênicos. Para mim são sinais claro de quem cultiva o estilo militarista, brigadista. Quem for à fazenda que ele transformou em sede de operações, na região de Caruaru, verá que se parece com um bunker, com suas paredes decoradas com fotos do guerrilheiro Che Guevara.
