From there you can make a research and study why this topic is so popular. Second, you need to make an experiments with regarding your posts. Stay close to your chosen topic as much as possible. Don't jump to one topic to another because this will just confuse your readers. You don't want to send a message to your readers then all of the sudden you are talking another topic. Setting Up A School

Basically, a school is an organized space for learning, approved and monitored by the relevant government agencies, and situated in certain select locations. A school follows a curriculum and staffing pattern set by the Department of Education or Commission on Higher Education.

1.Staffing

Elementary and high schools— which should probably be your starting point, as it would be too complicated to venture into higher education right away—are staff ed by a principal and teachers who must all be licensed educators (that is, board passers).

The principal must have a Master’s degree in education. The following personnel are also mandatory: school administrator, administrative staff , head teacher, librarian, nurse, security guards, maintenance people, and cafeteria staff .

2. Build it up

Should you decide to open a school, it would be less-capital intensive if you first start with a preschool and then gradually expand to the grade levels at the rate of two or three grades per year.

Or, you could just stay at the preschool levels forever. It really all depends on your personal preference. For school space, you could either lease or purchase property in a safe neighborhood, or if you already have one of your own, just confirm that it is situated in a safe area and you’re good to go.

TIP#8 : Don't Be Self-Contained

One mistake that bloggers often make is to keep their blogs self-contained. They fear that their audience will go away if they linked or refer to other blogs. Its ok if your just blogging for your own personal use but if your targeting bigger audience linking and referring to other blogs is very important. Embrace or acknowledge other blogs that inspire you to post it in your blog by linking to other blog that you think may have interest same like you do. By providing resources, you're showing that you are willing to learn and opening the opportunity that you are willing to exchange ideas and contents to your readers. Also if you find blog articles from another website and want to post it in your own site, site your source (url) or link back to his site. And last lastly go to your source website and leave a comment saying that you like his blog and wish to to repost in your site. This way you are forcing one (or more) reader to visit your blog to see and check what are you writing about them and about their site.

The Man Behind Facebook

Recently, Facebook founder named "Times' Person of the Year". Yes, Mark Zuckerberg, only 26, is the second youngest person named to the cover of Time's ritual annual.

New York: Time magazine named Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg its "person of the year" Wednesday, beating out a push by readers of the magazine for WikiLeaks maestro Julian Assange to take the honour.

Zuckerberg, only 26, is the second youngest person named to the cover of Time's ritual annual.

Managing editor Richard Stengel said Zuckerberg's social networking service was "transforming the way we live our lives every day."

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke received the honour last year. The 2008 winner was then-President-elect Barack Obama. The 2007 winner was Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

Other previous winners have included Bono, President George W. Bush, and Amazon.com CEO and founder Jeff Bezos.

Pledge to help

Earlier this month, the young billionaire Zuckerberg, including Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz, pledged to give away at least half of his fortune in a philanthropic campaign led by Warren Buffett and Bill Gates.

A total of 57 billionaires now have joined The Giving Pledge, which was launched by Microsoft founder Gates and investor Buffett in June.

"People wait until late in their career to give back. But why wait when there is so much to be done?" said Zuckerberg, who gave $100 (Dh367) million in September to the beleaguered public schools of Newark, New Jersey.

"With a generation of younger folks who have thrived on the success of their companies, there is a big opportunity for many of us to give back earlier in our lifetime and see the impact of our philanthropic efforts," he said.

The Social Network

Zuckerberg is a 26-year-old billionaire who now oversees an empire with profits of more than $800 million a year.

His success story was recently made into a film called The Social Network, a film about Facebook.

The Social Network was at the top of the American box-office charts when it opened this year. Which is a remarkable achievement for a film that is concerned with the seemingly uncinematic real-life story of how a nerdy college student came up with an idea for a website.

Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook in his college dorm room six years ago. Five hundred million people have joined since, and eight hundred and seventy-nine of them are his friends. The site is a directory of the world’s people, and a place for private citizens to create public identities. You sign up and start posting information about yourself: photographs, employment history, why you are peeved right now with the gummy-bear selection at Rite Aid or bullish about prospects for peace in the Middle East. Some of the information can be seen only by your friends; some is available to friends of friends; some is available to anyone. Facebook’s privacy policies are confusing to many people, and the company has changed them frequently, almost always allowing more information to be exposed in more ways.

According to his Facebook profile, Zuckerberg has three sisters (Randi, Donna, and Arielle), all of whom he’s friends with. He’s friends with his parents, Karen and Edward Zuckerberg. He graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and attended Harvard University. He’s a fan of the comedian Andy Samberg and counts among his favorite musicians Green Day, Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, and Shakira. He is twenty-six years old.

Zuckerberg cites “Minimalism,” “Revolutions,” and “Eliminating Desire” as interests. He likes “Ender’s Game,” a coming-of-age science-fiction saga by Orson Scott Card, which tells the story of Andrew (Ender) Wiggin, a gifted child who masters computer war games and later realizes that he’s involved in a real war. He lists no other books on his profile.

Zuckerberg’s Facebook friends have access to his e-mail address and his cell-phone number. They can browse his photograph albums, like one titled “The Great Goat Roast of 2009,” a record of an event held in his back yard. They know that, in early July, upon returning from the annual Allen & Company retreat for Hollywood moguls, Wall Street tycoons, and tech titans, he became Facebook friends with Barry Diller. Soon afterward, Zuckerberg wrote on his Facebook page, “Is there a site that streams the World Cup final online? (I don’t own a TV.)”

Since late August, it’s also been pretty easy to track Zuckerberg through a new Facebook feature called Places, which allows users to mark their location at any time. At 2:45 A.M., E.S.T., on August 29th, he was at the Ace Hotel, in New York’s garment district. He was back at Facebook’s headquarters, in Palo Alto, by 7:08 P.M. On August 31st at 10:38 P.M., he and his girlfriend were eating dinner at Taqueria La Bamba, in Mountain View.

Zuckerberg may seem like an over-sharer in the age of over-sharing. But that’s kind of the point. Zuckerberg’s business model depends on our shifting notions of privacy, revelation, and sheer self-display. The more that people are willing to put online, the more money his site can make from advertisers. Happily for him, and the prospects of his eventual fortune, his business interests align perfectly with his personal philosophy. In the bio section of his page, Zuckerberg writes simply, “I’m trying to make the world a more open place.”

The world, it seems, is responding. The site is now the biggest social network in countries ranging from Indonesia to Colombia. Today, at least one out of every fourteen people in the world has a Facebook account. Zuckerberg, meanwhile, is becoming the boy king of Silicon Valley. If and when Facebook decides to go public, Zuckerberg will become one of the richest men on the planet, and one of the youngest billionaires. In the October issue of Vanity Fair, Zuckerberg is named No. 1 in the magazine’s power ranking of the New Establishment, just ahead of Steve Jobs, the leadership of Google, and Rupert Murdoch. The magazine declared him “our new Caesar.”

Despite his goal of global openness, however, Zuckerberg remains a wary and private person. He doesn’t like to speak to the press, and he does so rarely. He also doesn’t seem to enjoy the public appearances that are increasingly requested of him. Backstage at an event at the Computer History Museum, in Silicon Valley, this summer, one of his interlocutors turned to Zuckerberg, minutes before they were to appear onstage, and said, “You don’t like doing these kinds of events very much, do you?” Zuckerberg replied with a terse “No,” then took a sip from his water bottle and looked off into the distance.

This makes the current moment a particularly awkward one. Zuckerberg, or at least Hollywood’s unauthorized version of him, will soon be starring in a film titled “The Social Network,” directed by David Fincher and written by Aaron Sorkin. The movie, which opens the New York Film Festival and will be released on October 1st, will be the introduction that much of the world gets to Zuckerberg. Facebook profiles are always something of a performance: you choose the details you want to share and you choose whom you want to share with. Now Zuckerberg, who met with me for several in-person interviews this summer, is confronting something of the opposite: a public exposition of details that he didn’t choose. He does not plan to see the film.

Zuckerberg––or Zuck, as he is known to nearly everyone of his acquaintance––is pale and of medium build, with short, curly brown hair and blue eyes. He’s only around five feet eight, but he seems taller, because he stands with his chest out and his back straight, as if held up by a string. His standard attire is a gray T-shirt, bluejeans, and sneakers. His affect can be distant and disorienting, a strange mixture of shy and cocky. When he’s not interested in what someone is talking about, he’ll just look away and say, “Yeah, yeah.” Sometimes he pauses so long before he answers it’s as if he were ignoring the question altogether. TIP# 7: Think for a Niche

Starting a new blog can be overwhelming because there are so many established bloggers that are already exist in every subject. With the strong competition, still you can squeeze into the market by having a specific niche for your blog. For example, if you are member of any offline marketing network you can create a blog and start posting the benefits and features of that product. Write why this is so unique and what will it bring to each of everyone if they join or buy. Another example, say you love travelling, you can start writing about the places you want to travel and the places you've travelled. To make it unique, make it a little bit inspirational at the same time to bring out the urge of your readers to plan and go travel. This way you attract readers to keep on coming back and see if there are any updates in your site. Then write travel guides to each places you visited.

Now before starting your blog and niche, try to google topics related to the blog that you want to establish. Read some articles to familiarize with what other bloggers are writing. See if how many competitors you have. Also see if your desired topic is already been duplicated repeatedly over the internet, this way you wont be wasting your time writing that article. If you still want to write the same article nobody is stoping you but try not to name your title the same and put a lot of ideas inside you blog it wont look like it is copy-cut blog. Just voice out whatever you want to say and stay your originality and creativity this leads to a steady and loyal reader base.

TIP#6: Writing Useful Blog Content

Ok, this article will explain everything when writing an article or a blog.

First, I assume that you are a beginner.

Writing an article or blog as everybody says is very easy but you need to find a good topic to write. There are lots of ideas out there waiting for bloggers to write about. First you need to know exactly what do you want to discuss. If your blog is all about cars, then blog about cars, if its about planes then write about planes, if its business, talk about business, and if its about your experiences your blog should be about your experiences. Don't write about cars then at the middle of the article you jump to planes and bikes, thats not a good article. It's ok if your just comparing them but again if you plan to write something like that have a separate blog title for that.

Now, for your content, draft your article first before writing it in your blog platform tools or saving it in your site. You need to check first if your article is making a sense or not otherwise your readers will just ignore and switch to google search and look for similar topic you have. Check the spelling and sentence structure. If your a beginner or not a good writer, or even not a good English speaking person, thats ok. Its not a big problem. Remember good wrtiters started from scratch also and it takes practice and lots and lots of articles before they master to write good contents. Even I myself is not a perfect writer, my English is not the best English I know but I don't care that much because when I write I always try my best to explain my thought the best that I can in a simple English that I can deliver. Because what;'s important to me is that the people/readers should understand me my blog regardless of what level of education they have. I don't use technical words or deep vocabulary that most expert writers are using. If someone commented in your blogs that your articles are like this and like that, etc... don't mind them. They are not your market readers. They are the least of your concerns. Your target are those who can read and write same level as you do. Believe me you are more effective that way than pretending to be a good writer when you're not. Don't be jealous also if you see good articles out there who are attracting more readers than yours. Thats mean its either that blogger is an expert or someone who knows how to advertise and get traffic to his blog.

Advertising? Well lets talk about that later in some of my articles, meanwhile lets focus and finish this topic.

Now, once you drafted your article and you think thats the best you can do to make it look good. Time to post it in your site and publish it. Refer to my Article: TIP#5: Add Photos To Your Post, on how to make your article more interesting by adding photos and images. After publishing it, time to relax and wait for traffic to come in. Or if you are the active one, you can post your topic and URL link to some discussions, forums and social communities to attract more readers. After that you can start drafting your next article while waiting for someone to read your blog and make some comments.

That's it. Remember dont force your self to become an expert blogger. As long as you keep on blogging regularly and making your content clear and simple, people will recognise you and eventuallly without you notising it your writing is getting better and who knows you're one of the blogger out there giving educational trainings and platforms one of these days.

10 Blog Traffic Tips

In every bloggers life comes a special day - the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else's blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader - you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that's about as far you went when it comes to finding readers.Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers. 



These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling. 



It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called "traction", which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth.Top 10 Tips 



10. Write at least five major "pillar" articles. A pillar article is usually a tutorial style article aimed to teach your audience something. Generally they are longer than 500 words and have lots of very practical tips or advice. This article you are currently reading could be considered a pillar article since it is very practical and a good "how-to" lesson. This style of article has long term appeal, stays current (it isn't news or time dependent) and offers real value and insight. The more pillars you have on your blog the better. 



9. Write one new blog post per day minimum. Not every post has to be a pillar, but you should work on getting those five pillars done at the same time as you keep your blog fresh with a daily news or short article style post. The important thing here is to demonstrate to first time visitors that your blog is updated all the time so they feel that if they come back tomorrow they will likely find something new. This causes them to bookmark your site or subscribe to your blog feed. 



You don't have to produce one post per day all the time but it is important you do when your blog is brand new. Once you get traction you still need to keep the fresh content coming but your loyal audience will be more forgiving if you slow down to a few per week instead. The first few months are critical so the more content you can produce at this time the better.

8. Use a proper domain name. If you are serious about blogging be serious about what you call your blog. In order for people to easily spread the word about your blog you need an easily rememberable domain name. People often talk about blogs they like when they are speaking to friends in the real world (that's the offline world, you remember that place right?) so you need to make it easy for them to spread the word and pass on your URL. Try and get a .com if you can and focus on small easy to remember domains rather than worry about having the correct keywords (of course if you can get great keywords and easy to remember then you've done a good job!).

7. Start commenting on other blogs. Once you have your pillar articles and your daily fresh smaller articles your blog is ready to be exposed to the world. One of the best ways to find the right type of reader for your blog is to comment on other people's blogs. You should aim to comment on blogs focused on a similar niche topic to yours since the readers there will be more likely to be interested in your blog.

Most blog commenting systems allow you to have your name/title linked to your blog when you leave a comment. This is how people find your blog. If you are a prolific commentor and always have something valuable to say then people will be interested to read more of your work and hence click through to visit your blog.

6. Trackback and link to other blogs in your blog posts. A trackback is sort of like a blog conversation. When you write a new article to your blog and it links or references another blogger's article you can do a trackback to their entry. What this does is leave a truncated summary of your blog post on their blog entry - it's sort of like your blog telling someone else's blog that you wrote an article mentioning them. Trackbacks often appear like comments.

This is a good technique because like leaving comments a trackback leaves a link from another blog back to yours for readers to follow, but it also does something very important - it gets the attention of another blogger. The other blogger will come and read your post eager to see what you wrote about them. They may then become a loyal reader of yours or at least monitor you and if you are lucky some time down the road they may do a post linking to your blog bringing in more new readers.

5. Encourage comments on your own blog. One of the most powerful ways to convince someone to become a loyal reader is to show there are other loyal readers already following your work. If they see people commenting on your blog then they infer that your content must be good since you have readers so they should stick around and see what all the fuss is about. To encourage comments you can simply pose a question in a blog post. Be sure to always respond to comments as well so you can keep the conversation going.

4. Submit your latest pillar article to a blog carnival. A blog carnival is a post in a blog that summarizes a collection of articles from many different blogs on a specific topic. The idea is to collect some of the best content on a topic in a given week. Often many other blogs link back to a carnival host and as such the people that have articles featured in the carnival enjoy a spike in new readers.

3. Submit your blog to blogtopsites.com. To be honest this tip is not going to bring in a flood of new readers but it's so easy to do and only takes five minutes so it's worth the effort. Go to Blog Top Sites, find the appropriate category for your blog and submit it. You have to copy and paste a couple of lines of code on to your blog so you can rank and then sit back and watch the traffic come in. You will probably only get 1-10 incoming readers per day with this technique but over time it can build up as you climb the rankings. It all helps!

2. Submit your articles to EzineArticles.com. This is another tip that doesn't bring in hundreds of new visitors immediately (although it can if you keep doing it) but it's worthwhile because you simply leverage what you already have - your pillar articles. Once a week or so take one of your pillar articles and submit it to Ezine Articles. Your article then becomes available to other people who can republish your article on their website or in their newsletter.

How you benefit is through what is called your "Resource Box". You create your own resource box which is like a signature file where you include one to two sentences and link back to your website (or blog in this case). Anyone who publishes your article has to include your resource box so you get incoming links. If someone with a large newsletter publishes your article you can get a lot of new readers at once.

1. Write more pillar articles. Everything you do above will help you to find blog readers however all of the techniques I've listed only work when you have strong pillars in place. Without them if you do everything above you may bring in readers but they won't stay or bother to come back. Aim for one solid pillar article per week and by the end of the year you will have a database of over 50 fantastic feature articles that will work hard for you to bring in more and more readers.
