But, Opera Mobile Browser has its own limitation. Users cannot watch Video content in Opera Mini Browser, which means that Video Streaming websites like YouTube or Google Video won’t work.

So, it’s time to use yet another Proxy Software known as Toonel.

Toonel is portable software which provides access to any blocked website. There is no need of installation.

1) First double click on the .jar file.

2) Open ‘Firefox‘ Browser, select ‘Tools‘ > ‘Options’ > ‘Advanced‘ > ‘Network‘.

3) Under ‘Connections‘, click on ‘Settings‘ > ‘Manual Proxy Configuration‘.

4) Add 127.0.0.1 inside ‘HTTP PROXY‘ box and Port number 8080. Click on ‘ok’ button.

That’s it, proxy will be activated in your system and you can access any websites which are blocked.

If in case you want to disable Proxy, all you have to do is choose ‘No Proxy’ under connection settings in Firefox Browser.

You can also add IP’s of any other country, under ‘Mapping’ option in Toonel.
