We usually come across Gif images in Forums and Blogs. Today, there are many different tools available to create GIF images.

But, GIF images are rarely used in websites because they take more time to load and consume too much of Bandwidth.
One of the alternatives to GIF image is APNG image format.

APNG is a short form for Animated PNG; it is similar to PNG but supports animations and also consumes less space when compared to GIF image.

So you can start converting GIF image to APNG using this free software gif2apng.

Just drag and drop a gif image onto the gif2apng.exe file. In a second another image in APNG format will be created.

Download gif2apng (59 KB)

When you download huge files through download manager or torrent client, you may have experienced difficulty browsing the sites or doing any other internet activity. Using NetBalancer you can solve this issue.

You can use NetBalancer to set download / upload transfer rate priority for any applications and monitor their internet traffic. Applications with a higher network priority will gain more traffic bandwidth than those with a lower one.

The main difference between NetBalancer and other traffic shaping software is that NetBalancer works with priorities, so applications with low priority won’t be limited if other high priority applications don’t use network.

NetBalancer is compatible with 32bit version of Windows XP/2003/Vista and Windows 7.
