This is not a message telling you how to make 2011 better. It is a message to help you make every moment (or at least most of them) great.

Flipping the calendar fills us with joy and hope. There is something magical about writing a new number at the tail end of the year. January 1 is not only the basis of our resolutions. It is the start of a brand new possibility of positive change.

The trouble with New Year’s resolutions is we often try to change who we are to fit a mold we think is better for us. We look forlornly in the mirror at our expanding waistlines and at our statements at our receding bank accounts. We think what we are doing is somehow wrong and that it would best to make a quantum leap towards a better future. The challenge is most radical changes are not sustainable. Incremental change, however, can lead to lasting improvement and well-being.

Whatever your goals are, it is possible to set and attain them at any time of the year but I'm Hoping we can do ours Together Now.

Whether you have fitness, financial or family-related goals, you can live the life you deserve every day of every year. Think about your New Year’s resolutions as a chance to show the world who you truly are. It requires a bit of courage to denounce the common resolutions most people make, but my guess is, if you are reading this, you already have what it takes.(*No, I KNOW my Friends have what it takes & Courage to spare!)

First assignment is go Get a new calendar. As silly as this may sound, holding a fresh, unmarked calendar is a powerful, hope-filled experience. Flip through each month and envision how you would like to spend your time. Make a few notes in the margins or on the days themselves. Find inspirational quotes that motivate you towards your main goal. Add them to the page.

Be realistic. The fastest way to discourage yourself is to set unattainable goals such as losing 30 lbs in one Month lol. Recognize your limits. Be kind to yourself. New Year’s resolutions are about empowering yourself to live your best life, not a tortured one.

Tread slowly. We often get impatient(ME) when we ‘miss’ our self-induced deadlines. Celebrate the small wins and embrace the setbacks as something you have learned. Take baby steps to sustain your energy and your progress. One step forward is better than a giant leap, then a tumble to worse off than where you started right. Sometimes we achieve our goals in the most unexpected ways. Allow for surprises and trust that your life is unfolding just as it should. (That Inner voice PEEPS)

Get support .(Thats where I will always come in) Gather your tribe of like-minded people (Mine is the "ZOO CREW") to help you achieve your goals. Whether it is a weight loss group, an exercise buddy, a partner who lifts you up when the going gets tough, or that "FRIEND/ Taradise" who can always Make you lol no matter how bad the problems are- we all need human connection to help us on our way. No man, or woman, is an island (Although some of you Damn sure try lol). Sharing your goals with others also gives you a higher level of culpability than if you keep it to yourself. If you struggle with procrastination ,(I wont call out anybody besides me on this one....*DENYCE. hehe) ask others to help keep you in check. Do the same for them.

The New Year is a time for hope and renewal. It is a period of transition to our higher selves. We can reside in that place of heightened awareness more often than we think we can I have discovered by tapping into our inner voice and ACTUALLY listening to what it says. What do you truly want 2011 to be? Take a moment to reflect. It can be yours for the taking.**

p.s....To my Good Friends- You know I'm ALWAYS here for you guys if You need me 4 Anything & Anytime. This year I suspect will bring More hard times for alot of us but I Know if we All stick together.... NOTHING & NO one can Knock us down!! Can I just say.... JUSTIFIED!!!! Who the Hell do these young lady's think they are interferring with a Officer of the law when he is doing his Job. Not only interfere but to verbally abuse and Disrespect him with Language that would make a sa...ilor blush ( I know their mama's are SO PROUD... You should be ashamed 2 act in such a way w/ someone that is putting his life on the line everyday FOR YOU & I).. The officer in my opinion kept his cool in a situation that could have easily escalated out of control & put him danger as You clearly see the Crowd gathering around him. Then they go on to tell him to Get the F** of of me.. (WTH.. He is placing You in custody, You can't decide now after interferring that You are above the LAW!!).. The final straw was when the girl Pulled her Girlfriend away from officers hold and cursed him with a Heavy Push. (OK you have JUST ASSUALTED an officer.. yeah you PUSHED him but You DO NOT LAY YOUR HANDS ON A POLICE OFFICER.. Where the Hell did these ppl come from that didnt have any Laws or Respect?? Yeah he might could have got her under control without Knocking the Shiznit out of her face lol.. but who am I to judge his decision in this escalating situation where you got 3 ppl on you & refusing to cooperate while drawing & crowd?? When I was a kid, adults used to bore me to tears with their
tedious diatribes about how hard things were when they were growing up;
what, with walking twenty-five miles to school every
morning... uphill BOTH ways yada,yada, yada!
And I remember promising myself that when I grew up,
there was no way in hell I was going to lay a
bunch of crap like that on kids about how hard I had it and how
easy they've got it!And I was sitting here last nite thinking about

I can't help but look around and notice the youth of today

You've got it so easy! I mean, compared to my

childhood, you live in a damn Utopia!
And I hate to say it but you kids today you don't know how good
you've got it! I mean, when I was a kid we didn't have The Internet.
If we wanted to know something, we had to go to the damn library
and look it up ourselves, in the card catalog!!
There was no email! We had to actually write somebody a letter...with a pen!
Then you had to walk all the way across the street
and put it in the mailbox and it would take like a week to get there!
There were no MP3's or Napters! You wanted to steal music
you had to hitchhike to the damn record store and shoplift it yourself!
Or you had to wait around all day to tape it off the radio
and the DJ usually talk over the beginning and @*% it all up!
(those over 30 Don't Laugh You know you did it too.. LOL)
We didn't have fancy crap like Call Waiting!
If you were on the phone and somebody else called
they got a busy signal, that's it!
And we didn't have fancy Caller ID Boxes either!
When the phone rang, you had no idea who it was!
It could be your school, your mom, your boss, your bookie,
your drug dealer, a collections agent, you just didn't know!!!
You had to pick it up and take your chances mister!
We didn't have any fancy Sony PlayStation video games with
high-resolution 3-D graphics! We had the Atari 2600!
With games like 'Space Invaders' and asteroids' and the graphics sucked!
Your guy was a little square! You actually had to use your imagination!
And there were no multiple levels or screens, it was just one screen forever!
And you could never win. The game just kept getting harder and harder
and faster and faster until you died!Just like LIFE!
When you went to the movie theater there no such thing as stadium seating!
All the seats were the same height! If a tall guy or some old broad
with a hat sat in front of you and you couldn't see, you were just screwed!
Sure, we had cable television, but back then that was only like 15 channels
and there was no onscreen menu and no remote control!
You had to use a little book called a TV Guide to find out what was on!
You were screwed when it came to channel surfing!
You had to get off your a$$ and walk over to the TV to change the channel
and there was no Cartoon Network either!
You could only get cartoons on Saturday morning. Do you hear what I'm saying!?!
We had to wait ALL WEEK !for cartoons, you spoiled little BASTXXRDS!
And we didn't have microwaves, if we wanted to heat something up
we had to use the stove or go build a frigging fire.... imagine that!
If we wanted popcorn, we had to use that stupid Jiffy Pop thing
and shake it over the stove forever like an idiot.
That's exactly what I'm talking about!
You kids today have got it too easy. You're spoiled!!!!!!!!!
You guys wouldn't have lasted five minutes back in 1980!
Oh yea, and a seat belt was Mom throwing her arm across your chest
every time she hit the brakes and most of the time
You could catch ME Riding in the back window of the car

This is A Letter I wrote to a new Rider friend of mine after the passing of another Great Biker/person before the new yr..

Thanks Richard. I agree. that's what I was saying on link.. Both of mine were due to cagers but they want to blame him of course the biker.. because he was speeding although she didn't yield.. comments are awful. I've written editor and some have been removed.. YOU SHOULD have seen them, make ya sick at your stomach. and YES his wife, ex wife and family are all reading them.. so sad.

You know that's one reason after my last wreck when I couldn't ride or walk for 6 months.. My bike looks like a PURPLE alien coming down the road.. I got them leds all over my bike not just because they Look cool as hell at bike nite but people will now stop a damn mile away at a stop sign and sit and wait to see What the Hell that is coming glowing purple? LOL..and your Right we are 100% of the time driving Defensively always gauging how far that car is or if this one is gonna pull out cause ALL of us have been down. Well NOT YOU. but you are an exception to the rule my friend your new to riding. I hate to tell ya but the honest truth is.. There are those that have been down and those that are going down.. that's IT.. some time or another.. Just ask around.. not to scare you at all its just dangerous Riding cause NOBODY looks. everybody's in such a hurry to get where they are going, angry, on that Life threatening cell phone or text they just have to do while driving a killing machine.. .. But what do you do? You try to educate the public to LOOK and PRAY to god when you head out to Protect us all.

(remind me to tell ya bout the one where guy jumped out in front of me at night at 2am LMAO). and I'm still Riding.. One I had I shouldn't have been. Guys in truck behind me, saw mustang in my lane I started to swerve in his lane but then I thought OH surely he is gonna pull the wheel and go back into his lane, then I had tenths of a second to decide hit him head on or eww there's a ditch on my right with/ grass. I choose DITCH... FINAL ANSWER LOL,. As soon as my front tire went of uneven rode it tossed me high side about 20 ft as MY Helmet came off (yes) and I landed back down in bottom of ditch. then my bike flips twice and lands on top of me...I was knocked out, they woke me up. I got up, fell back down, my knees didn't wanna work like I had been on a long binge.. I looked myself over moved my fingers made sure all of me was still attached. My cell phone was ringing somewhere.. i walked around found it, apparently answered it. it was KEN. he as telling me that he was stuck on Gallilee church rd. somebody had had a wreck.. I was like.. OH.. ok.. be careful... I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE he was talking bout ME.. or where I WUZ.. then they had already picked my bike back up and was it sitting up in rd where traffic was backed up everywhere now.. and You know I was so Disoriented I got back on my bike, yes it was still Ridable, and Drove home they say. Why them guys didn't stop me I have NO IDEA. but when I got home my 10 yr looks at me. Sees my clothes all torn and me bleeding says OMG mama what happened? I passed out in floor where I stood woke up in Hospital.. Only thing that was wrong beside concussion wear my helmet snap gave way and my helmet flew off, and both my legs where bike landed on them. It tore acl in one knee and both bilateral and lateral meniscus. I had cast brace on one completely immobilized and the other with full leg brace where it bends.. I was stuck in those FOR 6 months. Could not walk for almost two months. I wasn't supposed to have strength in my knees to ride till about a yr. After 3 months when I learned to walk up and down stairs.. I got mad one day.. LOL (YOUR REMEMBER THIS LISA).. I threw my crutches out the window of my second story house.. hopped my butt down the stairs. called Lisa said IM LOSING MY MIND I'm coming over on we going riding.. took off one brace but my left leg I couldn't I could get it back far enough to push gears down but NO way could i pull em up when i was speeding back up.. I knew I could straight clutch it most of times but I tied a Dang string to it. pulled it around my handlebar kept it in my hand and when I needed to change gears pulled string and changed them.. It felt so good to take off on my bike again.
Anyway long moral of my Ranting story is.. PPL go down.. but its whether YOU get back on or not is what makes us different.. Some of my friends that have had wrecks never touch one again, or once and they realize they are too scared to be confident in riding and are a danger to themselves.. Then, ME, Lisa, and a lot of others. Are laying in ER asking if our bikes are ok.. I got slapped in ER cause they told me guys on scene said bike flipped completely and landed on my knees but believe it or not, I rode it home only bent handle bars, clutch, broke a some cosmetic stuff etc.

but frame was fine.. i said "THANK GOD my legs kept it from getting torn up".. WHACK..

Okay white flag flying, Dont attack me-But I gotta say it.. Do you know how bad I want to see this damn fight? But I WONT... I will NOT give One Penny to Floyd May NEVER weather.. Ever again. While working at Midnigt Iguana Tattoos.....I ONLY WORKED ONE DAY THIS WEEK.. WAS LEAVING LATE TUES NIGHT BY MYSELF AND SOME ASSHOLE WAS HIDING OUT IN THE DARK IN BUSHES I HAD RODE MY BIKE LIKE I DO ANYTIME ITS PRETTY MOUNTED UP STARTED OUT BACKWAY, UP THE DARK DRIVE BEHIND THE VETS OFFICE.., HE STEPS RIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF ME,, I SHOULD HAVE RAMMED HIS ASS OVER BUT IT SCARED ME SO BAD I JERKED TO LEFT TO MISS HIM AND DOWN SHE GOES,, HARD,, BUT HE TOOK OFF SO I KNOW HE WAS UP TO NO DAMN GOOD OR ON DRUGS ONE IDIOT.. HE JUMPED OUT I COULDNT SEE WHO IT WAS CAUSE OF HEAD LIGHTS ARE COMPLETELY BLINDING ME , I'M STILL THINKING DAMN I BET I LOOK STUPID AS HELL HAHA,, I HEAR A " U OK MAM",, " DO I LOOK OK?? NO I LIKE LAYING HER WITH A 700 +LB BIKE PINNED ON TOP OF ME FOR A PAST TIME COME ON NOW... GET THIS DAMN THING OFF ME.". LOL. I WAS LUCKY, FOR SOME REASON I HAD PUT MY CHAPS AND LEATHER JACKET ON EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALMOST 70 DEGREES OUT THAT NIGHT AND I USUALLY DONT BOTHER DOING IT AT ALL WHEN ITS THAT WARM....,, HUH?? ANYWAY IT COULDNT HAVE HAPPENED AT A WORSE TIME, I'M LEAVING NEXT TTHURS FOR A FOUR DAY BIKE RIDE THROUGH 3 STATES INTO GATLINBURG TN, RIDING THE DRAGON , CHEROHOLA SKYWAY, AND MORE.. SO DR WANTED TO CAST MY ANKLE. WITH A HARD CAST,, I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO THIS CUTE YOUNG THANG, THAT HE CANT DO THAT,, I GOTTA RIDE IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND I CANT CHANGE GEARS IF I CANT BEND MY ANKLE DUE TO A BIG ASS CAST ON IT AND I'M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS TRIP.. OF COURSE HE LAUGHED.. AND SAID OK, BUT YOU WILL BE BACK,, TO GET A CAST ON IT,YOU WONT BE ABLE TO STAND THE PAIN WALKING MUCH LESS RIDING,, OKAY,, HE MUST NOT KNOW HOW TOUGH US CHIC RIDERS CAN BE DOES HE??? loL.. RIDING IS MY RELEASE, ITS MY FREEDOM, IT MAKES ME FEEL FREE, DESTRESS, HAVE FUN, AND LITERALLY CAN CHANGE MY MOOD FROM READY TO HURT SOMEONE TO A COMPLETE SMILE IN SECONDS, TO SAY I LOVE RIDING IS A UNDERSTATEMNET,, RIDING IS WHAT HAS KEPT ME GOING OVER THIS PAST YR OF HARD TIMES.. MY BROTHER GETTING CANCER, MY MOTHER IN LAW WHO LIVES W ME PASSING AWAY, SERIOUS FAMILY PROBS, LOSING MY JOB AND THE REAL ESTATE MARKET CRASHING, AND MANY MORE INCLUDING MY OWN SON GETTING REALLY SICK NOT BUT A FEW WEEKS AGO. SO BACK TO THE STORY I WAS OUT RIDING ALMOST HOME BEAUTIFUL DAY SUNNY HAD MY MP3 PLAYER JAMMING IN MY EARS ROCKIN OUT HAVING A GREAT TIME, I WAS ON GALLILLEE CHURCH RD IF ANY OF YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS AFTER THE BRIDGE THE CURVE THAT GOES ON FOREVER AND IS A BLIND CURVE, BUT THANKFULLY MY ROAD I TURN ON IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CURVE SO INSTEAD OF LAYING INTO THE CURVE GOING WIDE OPEN I HAD SLOWED DOWN BECAUSE I WAS GETTING READY TO TURN AND WAS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 3RD GEAR ALREADY WHEN I SAW IT COMING, A BLACK MUSTANG RUNNING GOD AT LEAST 70 OR FASTER COMPLETELY ON MY SIDE OF THE RD, I DONT MEAN OVER THE LINE A LITTLE HE HAD TAKEN THE CURVE ON THE INSIDE FOR GRIP AND WAS ON MY SIDE COMPLETLEY. I ONLY HAD SECONDS TO THINK, AT FIRST I THOUGHT OF SWERVING TO HIS LANE LEFT BUT THEN I THOUGHT HE WOULD SURELY SWERVE TO MISS ME AND THEN HE WOULD HIT ME HEAD ON SO I LOOKED TO MY RIGHT AND THERE IS ABOUT A 8FT HUGE GRASSY EMBANKMENT, IT WAS EITHER HIT THIS ASSHOLE HEAD ON OR TAKE ER TO THE DITCH, SO OF COURSE I LEANED RIGHT, FELT MY FRONT TIRE GO OFF THE EDGE OF THE ROAD WHEN IT DID IT LAYED DOWN COMPLELEY ON THE RT SIDE SLIDING WITH ME ON IT, I REMEMBER LOOKING BACK THE MUSTANG NEVER SWERVED NOT ONE BIT, AND ALL I SAW WAS A LARGE PINSTRIP GREY DOWN THE SIDE AND I NOTICED IT WAS A JACKSON CO TAG. SOMEHOW I CAME LOOSE FROM THE BIKE LANDED ON MY BACK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF DITCH AND MY BIKE FLIPPED OVER AND LANDED ON MY LEGS, REMARKEBLY NO MAJOR DAMAGE TO BIKE I TOOK BRUNT OF IMPACT , IT APPARENTLY KNOCKED ME OUT FOR A FEW SECOND SINCE IT TORE MY HELMET OFF , THERE WAS A TRUCK WITH TWO GUYS FOLLOWING CLOSE BEHIND THAT STOPPED DROPPED OFF THE PASSENGERS AND DRIVER AND GUY COMING THE OTHER WAY TOOK OFF CHASING DOWN MUSTANG BUT HE WAS LONG GONE, THEY BOTH CAME BACK, I WOKE UP TO A STRANGER SAYING " HOLY SHIT ARE YOU ALRIGHT? DAMN THAT GUY TRIED TO KILL YOU",, I WASNT PAYING HIM ANY ATTENTION, LOL. I THINK I WAS STILL IN SHOCK I REMEMBER REACHING UP CAUSE SOMEHOW MY HELMET WHICH YALL KNOW I USUALLY WEAR A FULL FACE BUT IT WAS SO PRETTY I DIDNT THAT DAY , HAD CAME COMPLETLEY OFF MY HEAD AND THE CHIN STRAP WAS LAYING ACROSS MY FOREHEAD, I JERKED IT OFF MY FOREHEAD, CUSSED A LIL. THE GUYS GOT MY BIKE OUT OF DITCH, I CHECKED HER OUT, STARTED PICKING UP MY SHIT THAT HAD SCATTERED ALL OVER THE PLACE OUT OF MY TANK BAG, WALLET, MP3PLAYER, EVERYTHING, BY THIS TIME I HAD TRAFFIC BACKED UP FOREVER AND ALL I COULD THINK WAS I WANT TO GO HOME. I WAS ONLY A MILE FROM HOUSE, I CRANKED HER UP. ONE OF THE MANY GUYS SAID" YOU CANT LEAVE THE POLICE ARE ON THE WAY, THAT GUY ABOUT KILLED YOU, AND YOUR BLEEDIN MAM AND CAN HARDLY WALK". I KNOW LONG STORY, IM BORED, HAHA, AT ER I TOLD THEM MY LOWER BACK WAS HURTING AND BOTH KNEES BUT MAINLY MY RIGHT WAS KILLING ME, WHICH THE LEFT I THOUGH WAS JUST HURTING FROM THE BRUISING ALREADY COMING ALL OVER ME AND FROM THE LIL BIKE INCIDENT IN PREVIOUS BLOG AT THE TAT STUDIO CLOSING WHEN IDIOT STEPPED OUT IN FRONT OF ME IN DARK MADE ME LAY IT DOWN AND MY LEG GOT HUNG UNDER BIKE FOR LONG TIME, SO THEY RELEASED ME SAY IVE GOT A TORN ACL IN MY RIGHT KNEE AND TORN LIGAMENTS IN MY BACK AND GO TO ORTHOPEDIC DR.. OKAY I HATE HOSPITALS AND DRS, SO I DIDNT GO..PUT IT OFF, TOOK THE IMMOBILIZER OFF MY RGHT LEG AND PUT THE BRACE I HAD BEEN STUCK IN FROM MY PREVIOUS LEFT LEG TEAR ON THE RIGHT LEG AND WENT ABOUT MY BUSINESS... NOW IM IN A LEFT KNEE IMOBLIZR AND BRACE ON RIGHT KNEE AND THERE WASNT ANY TAKING THIS ONE OFF OR I WOULD FALL. IT WAS F... UP.. SO TUES WENT TO DR, AFTER MRI'S MY LEFT KNEE HAS A COMPLETLEY DETACHED ACL, MY RIGHT KNEE HAS A TORN ACL, WITH TORN LATERAL AND BILATERAL MINUSCUS, AND THE BOTH HURT LIKE A MOTHER FU,,,,,, . LOL. UFC 100 Post Brock Lesner vs Mir.. Im throwing down the Bullshit Flag on this one boys!

Im So sick of all the Damn Bitching about Brock Lesners after fight antics on the web today.... I CANNOT Tell you how many damn blogs and discussion boards I have read today ( and of course Replied 2).. So here goes nuttin. Yall know Im a HUGE mma Fan. Ok I got to my hop back up on my Bitch box here.. Hate me if ya want.. LOL.. First of all I am a HUGE Frank Mir Fan, Love him, BUTTTTT here it comes..... I think he got what he deserved!!! Yes, The boyz talk trash about each other to an extent before EVERY fight to hype up the Ratings , the more bad blood the better ppl think they are gonna go for the KILL.. HOWEVER, Trash Talk and INSULTING is two different things ppl.. Fighters say "Im gonna knock his ass out" etc. But Mir took it WAYY to far... Dressing his Trainers up like Brock and pretending to Knock him out then having him say " this isnt the WWE anymore".. Talking about moves and submissions and looking in the camera and saying " BROCK I will explain what those r to you later" and laughing.. He took Brock as a Joke JUST because his previous career was in the WWE.. I Hate WWE and dont watch it but even though its fake there are some Serious athletes in there PEOPLE putting on those shows.. Brock has been training Hard and Just wanted the chance to PROVE that he is a REAL Athlete in the MMA.. Bottom line, He beat MIRS ass, on the ground or not, The boy was Hurt!! Did Mir take the lose with a smile like Brock did in their first Fight? HELL NO!!! He stumbled around on his wobbly legs complaining saying Brock hit me in the back of the Head... , Basically still NOT giving Brock ANY KIND OF RESPECT for his Win aka Beat down of him!!! So when Brock Yelled something to the effect of " You aint talking shit no more r u"..... I CAN NOT BLAME HIM.. YOU GET RESPECT by Giving RESPECT.. Then to add insult to injury after he just completely Dominated and rearranged the face of one of the UFC's Top Fighters..., The fans Boo'd him. It was bad enough everybody was yelling "Stand them up" while he was steadily beating Mir almost unconcious on the ground. This isnt Boxing this is MMA-- Hence the "MIXED" for the ingorant poser fans out there, "That means it goes to the ground sometimes" Come on PEOPLE..(you wanted Blood-He gave you Blood). Bottom LINE IS: nobody was showing him ANY kind of RESPECT. and He lost it!! I HONESTLY cant say I wouldnt have Shot them birds too! He has Givin All the other Fighters who respected him, Randy Couture etc., The Respect they deserved after his other fights, INCLUDING MR Frank MIR in his 1st fight Which he lost with a smile to.

However on a side NOTE: on his post Fight inteview rant; LMAO. "what was Brock thinking?" haha, You are all RIGHT in one ASPECT his career was with the WWE before, its a WHOLE different WORLD.. That Ranting and Crazy Talk is What He has been Trained to Do there.. He is NEW to MMA and Has to learn he isnt Acting anymore and Just TALK REAL.. and He was the EVIL one in WWE and was the happiest when Fans were booing him,, Cause just like these HATERS on here,, That means YALLs Hating asses will pay and Cant wait to watch next time HOPING somebody will KICK HIS ASS.. Can you say CHA CHING?

P.S. Dana of course put out a statement that Brock apoligized and isnt a Evil Person.. Dana Did that because of the Bud lite tirade Brock spilled are a UFC Sponsors lol.. Truth be known Dana would have kissed him he was so Happy.. The internet and EVERYWHERE has been a BUZZ today about MR BROCK Lesner which means the UFC is getting Heavy Free COVERAGE.. ITs a business as well as a SPORT.. A HUGE BUSINESS!

Before I get off my Soap box I agree about the getting on the Wife thing when I get home was a LIL much Brock LMAO and After seeing him after the fight walk Butt Nakid by the Live Webcams online TWICE, I would hate to think about that big Muscle bound Beast climbing on top of ANY Woman lol.

Alot of ppl today have been Saying they Thought Rashad Evans was a punk Big talk Bullshit guy before they saw Brock go off on his Rant last nite which "They"Believe was worse... I STRONGLY Disagree,, I too cant Stand Rashad EVANS.. He is a True PUNK and has been in MMA long enough to Know better unlike Brock, I WANTED to see RAMPAGE kick the living Hell out of him.... Rampage, LOVE HIM, Hey (Lightbulb Going off) thats who Dana needs to get to give Private lessons to Brock on when and WHen NOT to play the part. Rampage has the best and funniest personality but then Turns into the beast before the fight.. One of the Best class acts in the Sport I think..

Young riders pick a destination and go. Old riders pick a
direction and go. (Dont say a word LOL, I know which ones we are ALREADY)

A good mechanic will let you watch without charging you for it.

Sometimes the fastest way to get there is to stop for the night.

Always back your bike into the curb and sit where you can see it.

There are drunk riders and there are old riders, but there are not
many old, drunk riders. (I could so Name a few here lol)

Ride to work. Work to ride.

There's something ugly about a NEW bike on a trailer.

If you can't get it fixed with bungee cords and duct tape, it's

The best modifications cannot be seen from the outside.
